The WHOLE SYSTEM. I Was a customer. Now I’m an employee at a Pick n Save. I do not agree that I make 10$ an hour and have to pay full price for lunch for a break. Also, I have to take a 1-hour break for an 8-hour shift! NO, I SHOULD GET ONE 30 & TWO 15. BREAK THE SHIFT UP. It’s not at all ok I work the deli part where I have no mop they tell me to dump water and then sweep it. Ok, sad that I need this job.

Pick N Save - Elderly Can't Use Your Digital Coupons

Rated 1.0 out of 5

I will not be shopping @ Pick N Save anymore. They discriminate against the elderly, those of us without a smartphone, and those of us who are not technologically savvy. Do they not know that these people make up a large portion of their clientele? I have heard that if you don’t play their digital coupon game you can go to the service desk and somehow get the same discounts. Why inconvenience the elderly and technologically “handicapped”?? Please don’t tell me that it’s your suppliers who are forcing you to use digital coupons. It is you who make these decisions and it is you who will reap the losses. I hope they start hiring grownups to make executive decisions from now on.

Enough is enough

Pick and Save HQ - Digital coupons are frustrating!

Why do you have to have your card and do the digital coupon to get a deal? Let’s say soda. My wife has nothing but issues trying to get your app to work on her phone. To do this digital c*** and it never works. So just imagine what it’s like for the elderly to try to do this. It used to be good enough just to have your card. But now you’re switching to digital c*** and the wife. And I am seriously considering not going to pick and save ever again. We will take our business to Woodmans where we save money also.

My family loves to get the fish fry that is served out of the deli on Friday. However, they’re already closing up before 6 o’clock. They told me the hours are supposed to be until seven so by the time I get off work at 5 o’clock and I get over to pick and save you have it all cleaned up and closed up, the produce is very poor it is not brushed it is molding and rotting most of the time or may only last in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. The store help is a joke they don’t want to help. They just stare at you and talk amongst themselves, the bathroom arthrosis Lee kept and was shut down one day by both men and women with no direction as to where another bathroom might be located. Overall, the store has gone. , the bathroom arthrosis Lee kept and we’re shut down one day both men and women with no direction as to where another bathroom might be located. Overall, the store has gone downhill immensely.

Pick-N-Save Headquarters - very disappointed with customer service

Went back to pick-n-save after getting groceries and realized I had purchased the wrong items, At 2:00 pm I was told the service department was closed so I drove back home, returning the following day to return my items totaling about 40.00 dollars realizing I lost my receipt, i figured they could just look up my credit card because it was only a day old, well I was informed very rudely that they cant do that and I could look it up and show them from my pick-n-save card the managers were probably the rudest person Brian the one manager was trying to help my but he woman or other manager was hollering at me because i wouldn’t look at her I then through the items in the garbage and left. I have been shopping at pick-in-save in Waupaca, Wis for the better part of 20 years. I can now tell you I will never shop there again and I will tell everyone about my experience! in short, Pick-n-save is going down the tubes!
