I have tried every phone number I can find on the internet to contact someone at First Energy but all are out of service.
ReplyDeleteI tried reaching someone at corporate FirstEnergy but all numbers listed on-line were out of service. When trying to get a number through the customer service people, they informed me that they did not have a number for the corporate office in Akron. So much for 21st century communications......I'll have my IVR robot call your IVR robot.
