  1. I was thinking about staying at one of your hotels that we notice you still have the Dolphins in captivity in the desert let us know when u get rid of that and put them back where they belong but for now I'll stay away from your hotels cruel very cruel

  2. Will never stay at the Mirage again! Awful customer service with management at front desk!! Your Cravings buffet doesnt take military id from the spouse !! Awful--My family had to change room 3 times. Oh btw the room we were in had filthy carpet. I was told I could upgrade for $20..when I checked my bill I couldn't figure it out--Manager said it was $20 per night--but still DOWNgraded us and removed the fee. After we were told $20 for an upgrade--He never apologized!!! Paid to stay at the Mirage but spent our money in another hotel!!

  4. First time staying here with my girlfriend and I really really enjoyed it and had hope to refer family, friends and coworkers, although that will not happen!! When we returned to the room, we called at 11:00pm about the sink profusely leaking, and were told that a engineer would be by to fix it. After calling housekeeping and the frontdesk twice to get an ETA on the engineer, we waited until 2am and no one ever showed!! I called the front desk again Sunday morning and the receptionist mentioned that comments and a ticket was open 7 hours ago. WTH?!? They comped the entire stay...thank you, but it's the principal as you guys are in the hospitality industry. Some guest may be irresponsible and not care, but we are not and it was a major inconvenience. I thought about the nasty water that has now flooded the bathroom, the lack of hygiene concerns and possibly further structural damage that it can cause to rooms beneath us as we are on the 21st floor. The negligence and lack of urgency is what really has me upset about my stay. We are in the middle of a pandemic where washing your hands, which I due thoroughly, is essential; two weeks ago in Florida an entire building clasped due to structural issues that management failed to address and families are completely dismayed; now my experience with The Mirage is tarnished because I have to brush my damn teeth and wash my hands in the tub knowing that this a multi-billion dollar organization who does not care about their future revenue, reputation and me not returning. I will definitely be sharing my experience with others. MGM needs to get their shit together!
