Issue with Frigidaire refrigerator FGHG2366PFBA

I am trying to get help with an issue concerning our refrigerator model FGHG2366PFBA. We are having a problem with a water leak near the front of the unit at the feet. It has been suggested that it may be an issue with the defrost drain clogging. I have tried calling both Frigidaire and Electrolux. I tried chatting, text messages, and Facebook messages, but no luck. Beginning to think you are trying to avoid customers with problems. I am hoping that is not the case and someone will call me back to help.
