I am very disappointed in your policy regarding lost packages. I ordered a sweater and paid for it mid November. Customer service said they were unable to replace the lost sweater. Instead they started an investigation with UPS. Now I must wait until UPS investigates which could take quite a while. I have paid for the sweater already and now I am paying the price of the lost sweater. I don’t agree with this policy at all!

As a fan of your clothing, having made many purchases over the years, I have a couple of suggestions. One is to offer shorts, especially knee length or longer, for spring, summer, and fall. I expect these would be very popular with your customers as they could be dressed up or down with jackets, t-shirts, blouses, sweaters, etc. Shorts like this are nowhere to be found and would be a welcome addition to your brand.

Also, please, please, please offer more more white pieces for spring and summer: t shirts, blouses, sweaters, skirts, dresses, and pants. I notice the few pieces you have each season go quickly, both in stores and online.
