This company is a mess!

I called to cancel/discuss moving my service to a new location as I purchased a new home. I was supposed to receive a callback and never did. I discussed cancellation and just starting new as I didn’t want to pay a $500 for them to move my service from one location to another. I called, purchased a new system and never once did they tell me my old account wasn’t closed. They billed me for over a year and refused to refund me. This company is an absolute mess and I would never refer anyone here. Good luck!

BAD INVESTMENT AND CHOICE OF COMPANY AND WISH COULD GET ANOTHER COMPANY! I feel like I don’t have a security system at all. The camera don’t pickup cars coming in or out of my property and only pickup people sometimes. I keep gtting false alerts. I had technicians out more than 15 time and they leave me with no satisfaction. I need help solving this problem so me and my family can feel safe.

We have been lied to, HELLA OVERCHARGED! $1,800 for a $399.99 control panel. We haven’t even had Vivint for one month and we STILL are being denied access to our account! No one “can do anything” or “you will get a call back in 5-10 days.” ALL emails have gone ignored! I called again today wanting access to our account and was told I would get a phone call back. Still nothing! Charged for equipment WE DON’T HAVE! $4,000 to be exact! Vivint Premium Plus isn’t even that much!! I am furious! I am ready to turn this over to our Attorneys! We deserve to STOP being lied to! WE NEED ANSWERS

You can get the same service with ADT Basic, Simply Safe, or a self-monitoring system. They charge triple what the system is worth and provide no extra monitoring than what you can do on your own. It’s a pyramid scam

I had a negative experience with one of your outside salespeople who visited my home on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023. The individual pitched a speech regarding a home security deal and claimed that all equipment would be free. However, at the end of the conversation, he stated that there would be a $400 charge for installation. I found this to be misleading and disingenuous. He provided me with the name of Will Shepard and a phone number which turned out to be fake and not in service. To make matters worse, he ran a credit check on me without my permission, which negatively impacted my credit score.

I want to make it clear that I do not want your service as I already have a security system that I am satisfied with. Despite this, your sales representative claimed I did not qualify for your service, which I know to be false as I have good credit. Additionally, he made a mistake by stating that my deceased aunt owned my home when this was not the case.

Furthermore, I am displeased with the behavior of your previous sales representative who damaged my outside doorbell with his hand, causing me to spend $60 on repairs. I have a “no soliciting” sign, and I do not appreciate your company’s representatives coming to my home uninvited. I plan on filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau.

Overall, I find your customer service lacking, and your representatives seem to be unprofessional and untrained. I tried contacting your corporate office, but the number provided by your customer service representative did not work. I hope that you can address these issues to improve your company’s image and customer satisfaction.
