Reach Super 8 Corporate Office 

Double billed for substandard room! Stayed at Super 8 Socorro New Mexico on December 5th. Was charged for two rooms even though we only stayed in one. Expedia said they saw the duplicate billing but we would have to talk to manager at Super 8 directly. He told them we had two rooms. Told him the room we were given has problems. Dirty, noisy fan on heater, unable to get more blankets from front desk because they were locked up. No coffee even when we went for our “free” breakfast! Manager said he couldn’t check it out this late in the game. American Express would not correct the billing problem which we believe was fraud. Corporate Super 8 said they would check into the situation but never returned the call in a week as promised. Made reservation by phone one hour before arriving as we needed a pet friendly room. Never got confirmation text or survey text as there was an old email address on file. Use caution when calling to reserve as this was a non refundable reservation for 1 room, double billed and refund of one charge denied. I believe they are taking advantage of “snowbirds” passing through the area.

Terrible place to stay! The employees barely speak English and communication is near impossible and they were very rude. The rooms were dirty and cold, and the key cards they gave us for the room didn’t work the first 3 times, the fourth time walking back to the front desk finally the card worked but then it wouldn’t work to get me in the building. Now it’s been two days and I haven’t received my $100 deposit back yet. We’ll never stay at Super 8 again!

Super Sketchy (Super 8 by Wyndham; Winchester VA)!

Reposting review I put on TripAdvisor; actual Date of Stay was December 30:

I was traveling with my mother, helping her do her annual snowbird drive from New York to Florida. She typically likes staying at a Super 8 because they are pet friendly and she has a small dog.

Believe it or not, the first room they gave us was worse than the attached photos. The safety latch on the door was broken, the front of one of the dresser drawers was missing, the mattress was stained, the edge of the wall was chipped and more. There was a lot of noise upstairs and my mother had to go to the front desk to complain. She said she heard an alarm all night which I did not hear, but in the morning I realized it was a smoke detector with worn battery chirping somewhere. She was closer to the door and could hear it when I could not.

For a few bucks more we should have stayed at the La Quinta right next door. My mother said she was going to complain to corporate – no way is this up to snuff!

Just spent three weeks here in Roseburg Oregon and was treated like shit there front desk guy was extremely rude and the continental breakfast is ridiculously cheap a bagel and some orange juice are all they serve

We tried to stay at your hotel last night but there were bedbugs. They credited us but charged us again. In the meantime I left a large Ziploc bag full of my prescriptions s I’ve tried calling all the Super 8 in Casper to no avail
