Moe's Food is Cold, Dirty and Rude

Yes, we ate at the one in Murfreesboro Tennessee on Saturday and the food was not even lukewarm and the tables were dirty when we went up to the counter to talk to the guy, he was very rude and he said that there was nothing he could do to fix it And I had ordered the chicken nachos and I had noticed when he was putting the queso on my nachos that the cheese was clumped meaning that it was cold and I was hoping I was wrong because I was hungry and I’ve been shopping all day. The guy that was working Told me that he works there five days a week and that’s the way that the food is and I said there’s no steam coming out of it. It’s not even lukewarm. I said I’ve eaten here before and the food has been hot. No, it’s always like that. He was very rude and very unprofessional And I probably will not be back in there I will tell everybody that I know not to eat there and I also turned it in to the health department because everything was nasty, dirty disgusting, and rude. I should have eaten at Blue Coast burrito. Their restaurant is always clean. Their food is hot and fresh. Maybe you all should go check out their restaurants

Moe's Southwest Grill Closing early

I don’t know if this is policy or not but I feel that corporate should know because these new happenings are turning away MANY paying customers.

We have frequented this specific, Moes at 118 Trinity Point Dr

Washington, PA 15301 for the past two years.

With past managers, The dining room stayed open until 9 PM at which point they closed it alongside the whole restaurant.

However, for the past six months or so, the evening staff has been told by the manager to start closing down the dining room at 8 PM.

When they close down the dining room, they are sweeping around paying customers who are still eating and placing chairs on top of tables, all the while, closing off the garbage cans inside the restaurant making them unusable.

By the time 815-830p comes around, there are no seats to sit at in the dining room which means paying customers are forced to purchase their food and leave.

Outside of the restaurant used to be two tables for patrons to say that… Those are gone as well.

It is also not uncommon to have most of the sauces, gone and some of the meat unavailable.

We frequent this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week, however, as a result of these new happenings, we spend our money elsewhere.

To note… The door states that the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. and does not state a closing time for the dining room.

Thank you for taking the time.

Moe's Enfield CT Dirty Store

Moe’s Hazard Ave, Enfield, CT. Do not eat here! Dirty store. Unsafe food handling practices, cross contamination observed. Daughter ate part of a steak bowl that made her feel queasy. Manager refused to give her a cheese quesadilla to replace the bowl she couldn’t eat. She now has symptoms of food poisoning (vomiting and diarrhea). This Moe’s literally made her sick!
