To President Lazy Boy Headquarters! I overpaid for a sofa I purchased from Lazy Boy. I went to the 30% sale, and it was a rip-off. I should have gone to Ashley or RC Willey’s and bought a better sofa for half the cost. The sofa is a sectional that comes in several sections. When the delivery guys tried attaching the pieces they would not hold together. I was told the latches were installed wrong. I want to know when it leaves the factory don’t check to make sure everything is working properly. I called the store I purchased the sofa from and complained. Now I have to wait almost a month to have it fixed. I spent my hard-earned money and got junk. I deserve at least a partial refund.

Purchased the Greyson power reclining sofa and recliner chair. The sofa was delivered on Nov 21, 2023. As the delivery personnel were setting it up they informed me a serious problem was evident. The entire power motor and mechanism were missing from the right side. After 2 calls to our local store in Cranberry Twp PA, Carol assured me someone would contact me by day’s end. Nope! Didn’t happen! One day away from Thanksgiving and I am the owner of a piece of junk compliments of lazy boy! My almost $5000 was taken in the blink of an eye and now they don’t even know who I am! Lazy Boy, you just put your company in the tank with me! And my husband is a veteran who has worked hard for his money, unlike you who grab money and run!

Bought a rug, reclining sofa reclining chair, and two pillows on 4/3. Spent almost $8,000. Sofa arrived 6 weeks later with some blemishes on the leather, they said they would repair it (we paid almost $800 for their warranty, a waste). Soon enough discovered that one side of the sofa would not work. Still waiting for leather repair, so added it to the list. After another month and calling the store, finally said they’d send replacement parts and tech would fix it. After another month, and lots of calls to the local LB manager they scheduled the repairs. Waited all day and into the evening, but the guy was a no-show. Went to the store, not happy with them, they said they would send someone else. It’s now the end of August and finally tech came yesterday to say the frame is bent, so the problem was misdiagnosed!!! We called the store, but nothing can be done until Monday. Meanwhile, we wait. After almost 5 months of waiting for a functioning, undamaged sofa they should just replace it!!! And we have no recourse, we are just little guys in front of a billion-dollar company. Kristen Bell, help!!! We might as well have gone to Rooms To Go and saved a bunch of money. Come on, Lazy Boy, this is not right…

1st time I had a tech come and tell me what was wrong he ordered parts 2 weeks later parts showed up called to make another appt 2 more weeks. tech came out and cost me $75 he replaced the parts by that night noise was back, so I called and complained. 2 weeks went by they set up another appt 2 weeks later tech came he couldn’t figure out the problem and stated he would have them send another tech out. 2 weeks later I call to find out status they advised me that they ordered arms for the chair 2 weeks later parts arrive before the tech comes to recheck the problem 2 weeks later same tech comes out I advised him they never sent another tech out just the parts. He opened the box LOL wrong parts there for another chair not moons so he took parts and stated I will order the parts again very poor service with this company I think it would be easier just to deliver another chair after going through all of this VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE
