  2. on December 2013 I stayed at Fairfield Marriott in San Antonio Riverwalk it was mandatory Valley parking which was $21 a nightI left my coat in the trunk of the rental vehicle and my fur scarf underneath the pillow in the backseat of the vehicle I left in the morning and noticed that neither one was in the car so I reported it to the manager of the valley parking which he made a claim the claims department called me and wrote me a letter and said they were not responsible for me leaving valuable items in the vehicle because I did not tell someone that I was leaving them in the car so then

  3. One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms smelled like smoke and were dirty. Restroom were dirty and found a roach in the room. The breakfast area was dirty as well. The drink area for their breakfast was dirty and drinks were not good. When I emailed the manager her excuse was they had lost power so the drink station was not working right. I stayed the whole night and never lost power. Never addressed the dirty rooms or lobby. Email her back but never responded. La Quinta in South Corpus

  5. stayed at your hotel in Durant Oklahoma over the thanksgiving holiday for 3 days, seems like my dental bridge work went missing at the time the housekeeping cleaned my room, could not find them, when I was packing to leave a cockroach came out of my bag and one was on the chair, I was told by general manger that they would refund me one night, but nothing about my dental work, so far nothing from the general manager, that will be the last time in a La Quinta hotel

  6. We stayed at the La Quinta in Helena, MT. Worst stay ever. Dirty, stinky, old and awful! If you don't want to waste your money, do not book here. I spoke to other people staying there and they were pretty horrified too. Not good at all.

  7. I have never stayed at LaQuinta until last week of May. Upon getting ready to check out I checked my account. I noticed 2 charges! When I asked the front desk, they said my bank..ugh no...then because they want to make sure I had enough money to cover my first charge? huh...really, no notification of this, no heads up, and no reason. In my eyes, they were stealing from my account. How many others never noticed? Hotel was $170 in Grand Prairie. For this amount I expected accomodations. I've stayed in better hotels for less and fancier and never have I been charged twice for using a debit/credit card. I will never stay at LaQuinta again. I will notify my friends and family. This hotel are run my thieves.

  10. At the La Quinta Inn Germantown, Memphis, TN, I had an interaction with a “Cheyenne” at the front desk that can only be described as the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel. Rude, disrespectful, unable to grasp basic concepts and then refused to check me in when I told her I am a doctor at the hospital and there might be a reservation for me. She considered this comment “disrespectful” to her personally for some bizarre reason. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never stay at another La Quinta Inn.

  14. Very rude customer service. No running water to brush teeth or flush toilets or shower. Laundry facility was a joke, 1 washer kept eating the quarters with giving a code ERROR, ate 6.50, then tried the other machine, took change find but apparently the spin cycle was broke bcwe had to hand twist the water out our clothes but gets better took almost 5 hours to dry 1 load and constantly feeding change, $17 to wash & dry 1 load. The guests above leave their dogs alone so it sounds like a stampede with barking non stop infact I don't even know if the room above will have a door left bc you can hear the dogs jumping at it.
No breakfast as stated, no bar attendant to even get a drink to help with the stress of this horrible stay. Dogs kept us up most nights since Sunday. Front desk turned ringers off and there was a line that all witness the manager state" ringers are off bc y'all give me a headache".
Checked in on Sunday the 14, 2021, and by Tues they changed the rate from 99 to 119 +tax and they serve no breakfast as stated they had complementary, no running water, no bar, hmm I don't think house keeping even showed up to work today. They do not all wear masks. Should had went to another chain bc they are all around me. Poor choice on my side, never again.

  15. After spending the day at Six Flags 3/09/2021, my family and I were too tired to drive back home so we decided to rent a room for the night @ 10:30 p.m.. We found this one, once getting in the room we needed to ask a question since we weren't prepared for a over night trip and needed toothbrushes and other items. We tried calling down stair and the phone in the room wasn't connected nor did it work, so we googled thinking this was our location to stay a front desk personal said they had some (tooth brushes) for free down stair, but then to realize our La Quinta charged $2.00 for them. The next morning I went down to get what i needed and get some breakfast at 8:15 a.m. and there was a sign at the door stating " Only One Person In The Kitchenet At A Time" and as I waited to go in because there were voices in there and the persons weren't coming out, I looked in to find one of the ladies that worked the front desk the night before and guest talking in there and I had to go around to heat my food because they weren't leaving. I finally was able to sit to eat to hear that the kitchen was closing at 8:30 a.m.! My family hadn't gotten to eat and I told the lady from Columbia and only reason I know this because she told the guest where she was from. I asked the lady if the kitchen was really closing so quick, she said" yes, because it's been open since 6:30a.m." I told her we were from out of town and gotten in late and she walked off. I called my family to come get coffee and something for my grandbaby to eat since the coffee marker in the room didn't come with coffee to make. The lady asked me if I was going to eat anymore? I said ye in a bit since this all happened in 15 minutes! There was a half piece of biscuit left behind! and for the money I spent for two beds to sleep in only is ridiculous! I will not recommend this location to anyone! Also when one reads the printed out letter posted across from elevators about quiet times and to have respect for those that work in the medical fields and truckers also for the staff, how about us educators that are also under stress? This short trip didn't help at all!! I also have pictures.

  17. June 26 27 28 2021, departing June 29, We have been staying at La Quinta, 1900 Center Street, Campaign IL. Cleaning service is non existent and has been for 3 nights.. There's no phone in Room 118 to call front desk. We've had to get towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper from the front desk. Waste baskets are overflowing. Tub shower sprays water on the floor.

We complained twice. Tonight, our third night we were told we should "call the front desk" before 9:30 pm the night before we want a room cleaned and beds made. No one said this at check in, but there is a typewritten notice on an 8x11" paper. Not prominent and no verbal communication! Why is a hotel open with the expectation the guest will handle cleaning duties or report in by 9:30 am to beg for the room to be cleaned. We're on vacation. We don't return to the hotel until 10:30 pm. This LaQuinta deserves a minus 5 rating for cleanliness and customer service. Corporate office will be notified of tne appalling conditions.

  18. (Pinellas Park LQ) Prior to the Pandemic I have stayed at this hotel quite a bit so when I had another event in town I didn’t hesitate to book a room. My nightmare stay started when I stepped up to the check in desk when the person behind the counter said, “oh they didn’t tell you?” I said what’s that? He said “oh, they cancelled your reservation”. He thought it was quite funny to say that to a traveler who is relying on their reservations to provide a roof over her head. I was very upset by this but it gets better. The hotel seems so run down that the elevator wasn’t working and ice machines were unplugged. I went to my room and the key didn’t work. I walked back and forth to the front office 3 times when they finally had an employee come to the room to reprogram the lock. I thought all was good. The next morning as I was loading my car at 6am I locked the door and when I went to go back in the room and the key didn’t work. 2 more times walking back and forth to the front office where I was told that the front desk couldn’t help me because they no longer had master keys and that I would have to wait 40-60 minutes for someone to come in and reprogram the lock again. I was supposed to be at my event at 7am but the person only got there to let me back into my room at 7am. I was furious and will never stay at this hotel again. My cooler leaked water on the floor so I grabbed a towel to clean it up and the towel was black when I was done. They must never mop the floors. Disgusting. They no longer had a table in the room so I had no where to sit to work. There are people who live at the hotel that hang around sitting on the ground by the parking area that makes the hotel look even more run down. Done with LQ. This hotel used to be acceptable. But no longer.
