I purchased a bedroom set in 2008 with a lifetime warranty in Sarasota I called about my bedrail that had cracked in which is being held up by lumber. Anyway, they sent a man who took pictures of the cracked bedrail., a week later when I called about the situation someone named remora told me that there was nothing that they could do because in florida a lifetime warranty means seven years. I was told that the vendor of the product is no longer available to get a new bedrail. I spent almost 9 thousand dollars on furniture from kanes because of this lifetime warranty.
