Dyson, poor customer service. My Dyson V8 vacuum I bought on Amazon 7-16-24 stopped working correctly. The replacement part was out of stock so I was offered a new machine on 4-14-25 – once I returned the old one, a new machine would be sent. Dyson received the old vacuum 5-1-25. I have been told 3 separate times I would receive my replacement in 2-5 days. Today is 5-29-25 and nothing. Considering how much your vacuums cost, Dyson—Do Better!!!!

Dyson, Bought a Dyson blow dryer for $499 and a Dyson Cordless Hair Straightener for $499. These were bought 6 months apart about a year and a half ago. The blow dryer started to make a weird whooshing noise when turned on. I checked the filter, cleaned it and it was still doing that same noise with no air coming out. The cordless straightener just stopped working all together without the cord. With the cord it would only work for 15 mins then shut off for no reason. I took both items to the Dyson repair center in Tampa, FL. The cordless straightener needs a new battery which Dyson doesn’t make yet so the item is useless when you can not replace the battery. Why does Dyson make a product without having replacement parts? Spent $499.00 & can not use my straightener. Asked when will you get batteries for it & the guy said he doesn’t know because they do not make them. This item should be replaced by Dyson!!!!! The blow dryer making the weird noise with no air coming out of it, the guy told me it needs a new motor and it would be $180.00 plus labor. So I spent $499.00 on the blow dryer & the want $180.00 to replace the motor!!! I will never buy another product from Dyson ever again. Both of these items are fairly new, very expensive & the company does not stand by their product!! I have a 14 year old Chi blow dryer & that is still working with no problems! Why??????

Dyson, Terrible customer service. After months of complaining that a Dyson attachment was defective and damaged my new floor, agents in chat or phone say someone will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. They never do. There customer service email sends an auto reply its not monitored, and then this chat. Dyson, Poor customer service. I ordered an Airwrap in February as a birthday present. Dyson shipped the incorrect product. Shipped the incorrect product back which was received on March 17 2025. Placed a new order on March the 11th and now need to wait 18 more days for new order to be processed due to Dysons error. Worst customer service I have ever come across.

Dyson, Failed! I bought a Dyson that only works with a remote back in May 2024. I have been contacting “customer Service” since then to get them to send me a new remote since the one that came did not work. I keep on being told they are out of stock. Last call they actually had the nerve to tell me that they were available on Amazon!!! I told them that they should purchase one and have Amazon send it to me. Of course, they are not able to do this!!! Also, very hard to understand and would not transfer me to someone in the U.S.
