  1. Hello... I have a serious question. Yesterday 3/29/16 (Tuesday) I called tour customer service number at 5:40 p.m. in which it said I was number 2 on the que. Now I understand how que phone system works, and I was on hold for over 20 minuets and I was still number 2 on the que ... I actually stayed on hold to see how long it would take for someone to puck up well after six O'Clock knowing your customer service close at 6... Now I call back and I'm still number 2 on the que and have been on hold at least 5 minutes ... I have screenshots of my call and hold time from yesterday as well... As a customer who has a membership I think this is very ridiculous that no one can't get through to customer service nor the head office... I was calling because I had placed an order on Monday and the shipping and billing addressed were reversed... How convenient that while I was on hold yesterday for more than a half hr that I got an email that my order shipped.. On top of that not to mention ordering previously and my shipment came with no name on it

    1. I had a similar experience but today I finally got a human on the phone who could not help me. I wanted to cancel my order sonce they told me it was not shipped and could take 14dsys... I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was only 1 supervisor at carols daughter and they were not in. The pandemic has been here since Feb that is not an excuse. Every other company has made adjustments. Dont take orders if you cant fill them timely. Amazon can get me the products in 2 days. NEVER AGAIN

  2. I placed an order two weeks ago still no order has come. They place a new order for me told me it shipped but they didn't have a tracking number. They only have one person in customer service and she is SO HORRIBLE. I still have no information on the old or new order. Poor Loreal.......

  3. I am still on hold waiting for someone to pick up it is now 50 minutes. I to have screen shots. Last time I spoke to someone from there her cs was horrific I am glad I didn't get a membership.
