Camping World, Dishonest and Deceptive Practices. LaMirada bought my toyhauler on 4/18. Buyer Jason brought paperwork to the table and presented a page that stated the purchase price, the confirmed payoff on trailer, and the net amount due me. He said if I agreed, sign. I reviewed the written numbers, agreed and signed. Jason then had me sign the DMV transfers and related paperwork. Then he went to the back office and when he returned he said I would have my check in seven days. I was surprised and expected it at the time of sale. He said it was “a corporate thing” and told me it would be coming from the corporate office in a week to 10 days and nothing he could do about it. I reluctantly accepted his story and left. After a week and no check, I called Jason and now he said he should have said 10 business days, and in fact he was telling people now that it might take three weeks. The former lender told me that they received the payoff on 4/28 and released the electronic title on 5/8. They have my trailer advertised on their website for $15k more than they bought it for stock number 32538581P. Today is 5/16 and I have not been paid.

Camping World Chattanooga, TN. Frustrating Experience with New RV Purchase! I purchased a new RV and have had more issues than I can count. Every time I reach out, I’m met with delays and excuses about waiting for parts. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through. I’m still hopeful that someone in management will step in and help resolve these problems.

Camping World, Sold our Travel trailer to Camping World. They advertise hassle free, quick payment. Bull…we’re still waiting for or check and nobody can tell us the status. Meanwhile they have our trailer for free. Avoid this company like the plague! There are honest dealerships around. Don’t do business with Camping World.

Camping World, RV Repair. Have you ever heard of Camping World not giving an estimate on repairs? They did in Jackson, MS. I had already paid to fix the side out floor and need a repair in the bathroom and roof work. But Camping World would not give an estimate. They could have had my business and others but not now. Even considered trading but will go someone else. Worst place I have been.

Camping World, Worst company do business with in my 67 years! I purchased a used camper from camping world in Lake City, FL April 2025. So many things were hidden from us in damage. Too many to list and they said they would take care of them. They did not. The DM was the worst of them all! Two people that did their job, cashiers and the lady that went over the contract.
