BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse Corporate Office, Address & Phone

🗨  Comments

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse corporate office and headquarters are located at 7755 Center Avenue, Suite 300, in Huntington Beach, California. BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is a publicly traded, company-owned casual-dining restaurant chain known for deep-dish pizza, Pizookie® desserts, craft beer, takeout, delivery, and catering.

Guests commonly search for the BJ’s corporate address, headquarters phone number, complaint department, restaurant manager, catering support, refund assistance, gift-card help, Premier Rewards support, employment information, or a way to escalate an unresolved dining complaint. This page explains which corporate, restaurant, delivery, rewards, or employment contact is appropriate.

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse Corporate Office Information

Telephone clarification: The number 1-714-500-2400 is BJ’s Restaurants’ corporate and Investor Relations number. It is not presented as a universal customer-service, reservation, restaurant complaint, catering, refund, delivery, or Human Resources line.

Customer-service clarification: BJ’s does not currently publish one universal public Guest Services telephone number for every consumer concern. Start with the restaurant involved or use the official online contact form.

Facility clarification: The Huntington Beach headquarters is a corporate office. It is not a BJ’s restaurant, public brewery, takeout counter, catering kitchen, gift-card service desk, event-refund counter, lost-and-found department, or guaranteed walk-in complaint office.

How to Contact a Specific BJ’s Restaurant

Most guest concerns should begin with the restaurant where the meal, order, catering service, payment, reservation, or incident occurred.

Use the official BJ’s location directory to find:

  • The restaurant’s direct phone number
  • Street address and directions
  • Current restaurant hours
  • Takeout and delivery options
  • Reservation availability
  • Catering information
  • Location-specific menu information
  • An accessibility complaint option

Contact the local restaurant for:

  • A current dining-room concern
  • An incorrect or missing menu item
  • Takeout or curbside pickup
  • A catering order
  • A reservation or waitlist
  • Restaurant hours
  • A server, bartender, host, or manager interaction
  • A restaurant receipt or itemized check
  • A local refund or gift-card promise
  • A lost item
  • Restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, or accessibility

How to Submit a BJ’s Complaint

BJ’s provides an official contact form for guest feedback, questions, complaints, reservations, catering, gift cards, menu concerns, and loyalty-program matters.

Submit feedback to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse

Include:

  • The restaurant city and state
  • The date and approximate time
  • The order type: dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering, or event
  • The order, check, or receipt information
  • The menu items involved
  • The employee’s role or name when known
  • The manager’s response
  • Previous contact dates
  • The reasonable resolution requested

Do not submit the same complaint repeatedly under multiple categories unless BJ’s asks you to do so. Keep screenshots or copies of each message and any confirmation number.

How to Escalate a BJ’s Restaurant Complaint

  1. Report the problem promptly. Ask the server, bartender, host, takeout employee, or catering contact to correct the issue.
  2. Ask for the manager on duty. Explain what happened and what resolution is requested.
  3. Retain supporting information. Keep the receipt, order confirmation, photographs, gift-card promise, delivery record, catering agreement, voucher, and previous messages.
  4. Contact the restaurant again when necessary. Ask for the general manager if the manager on duty did not resolve the concern.
  5. Use the official feedback form. Identify the restaurant and describe all prior contacts.
  6. Request a case or reference number. Use the same number during follow-up.
  7. Keep a contact log. Record dates, representatives, managers, promised actions, deadlines, and outcomes.
  8. Call the corporate office for routing when appropriate. Contact 1-714-500-2400, but do not assume the switchboard can directly refund a local restaurant transaction.
  9. Send concise written correspondence when necessary. Address it to BJ’s Restaurants, Inc., 7755 Center Avenue, Suite 300, Huntington Beach, CA 92647.

Use copies rather than original receipts, gift cards, medical records, or other irreplaceable documents. Do not send food, beverages, or other perishable evidence to headquarters.

Dine-In Service Complaints

A dine-in complaint may involve:

  • Excessive waiting
  • A missing server
  • Drink refills
  • Courses arriving in the wrong order
  • Cold, overcooked, undercooked, or incorrect food
  • Missing utensils or condiments
  • An incorrect check
  • A tip or payment concern
  • An employee or manager interaction
  • Cleanliness or maintenance
  • An accessibility concern

Ask for a manager before paying or leaving when possible. The restaurant may be better able to inspect the food, review the timing, correct the check, remake the meal, or speak with the employees involved while the visit is still active.

Describe observable behavior accurately. Avoid personal insults, comments about an employee’s appearance, unsupported accusations, or demands that a particular employee be fired, suspended, or publicly identified.

Takeout and Curbside Pickup Complaints

Check the order before leaving the restaurant when practical. Confirm:

  • The number of containers
  • The entrées and side dishes
  • Sauces and dressings
  • Beverages
  • Utensils and napkins
  • Special preparation instructions
  • Allergen-related requests

For a missing, incorrect, damaged, or poorly prepared item, contact the restaurant directly and provide the order number, pickup time, item, and requested correction.

Keep photographs and packaging until the restaurant or Guest Relations representative explains whether the item should be retained or discarded.

BJ’s Delivery Order Problems

Delivery may be placed through BJ’s website, the mobile app, or an outside delivery company.

Contact the restaurant when the issue involves:

  • Food preparation
  • An incorrect menu item
  • A missing restaurant item
  • Food temperature or quality
  • Packaging
  • An allergen instruction

Contact the delivery provider when the issue involves:

  • The driver’s location
  • Delivery instructions
  • A delivery-service fee
  • A delivery-platform promotion
  • The driver leaving the order at the wrong address
  • A platform-issued refund or credit

Some complaints require participation by both the restaurant and delivery provider. Determine which company processed the payment before requesting a refund.

BJ’s Catering Complaints and Cancellations

BJ’s offers catering pickup and delivery. Catering questions should begin with the restaurant responsible for preparing the order.

Contact the restaurant manager for:

  • Placing or modifying an order
  • Confirming quantities and serving sizes
  • Delivery timing
  • Missing trays, utensils, plates, napkins, or serving items
  • Incorrect food
  • A canceled event
  • A refund or credit request

BJ’s currently states that catering orders canceled less than two hours before the pickup or delivery time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Larger or customized orders may use additional terms.

Keep the catering confirmation, receipt, order list, delivery record, photographs, and manager’s written promises.

Refund and Billing Complaints

For a refund or billing complaint, retain:

  • The itemized restaurant check
  • The payment-card receipt
  • The online order confirmation
  • The catering or event agreement
  • The voucher or ticket
  • The gift-card receipt
  • The refund promise
  • The date and name or role of each person contacted

Ask whether the expected correction is:

  • A voided transaction
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • A gift card
  • A loyalty credit
  • A promotional replacement

A voided or refunded card transaction may require additional posting time from the financial institution. Ask for written confirmation or a refund reference when available.

Do not publicly post a full card number, bank information, receipt barcode, authorization code, or unredacted card statement.

Beer Dinner, Event, and Voucher Complaints

For a prepaid dinner, beer event, ticket, reservation, or voucher:

  • Keep the purchase confirmation
  • Review the cancellation terms
  • Contact the hosting restaurant
  • Record when the cancellation was requested
  • Ask whether the refund must be processed locally or centrally
  • Request a case or transaction number

Do not assume that canceling a table reservation automatically cancels or refunds a separately purchased voucher, subscription, event ticket, or Beer Club product.

BJ’s Gift Cards

BJ’s sells physical and electronic gift cards. BJ’s states that its gift cards do not expire and that it does not deduct non-usage fees from outstanding balances.

Review BJ’s gift-card options

For a gift-card concern, keep:

  • The purchase receipt
  • The purchaser’s email confirmation
  • The delivery email for an eGift card
  • The card number and PIN privately
  • The restaurant and transaction where redemption failed
  • The remaining balance shown

Do not publish the complete gift-card number, PIN, barcode, or balance screenshot.

A Beer Club gift subscription or promotional voucher may use different terms and should not automatically be treated as an ordinary BJ’s gift card.

BJ’s Premier Rewards PLUS Help

BJ’s Premier Rewards PLUS members earn points on eligible purchases. Taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, gift cards, Beer Club purchases, and other excluded transactions may not earn points.

For missing points or account problems, keep:

  • The receipt
  • The restaurant
  • The transaction date
  • The account email and phone number privately
  • The points expected
  • The reward or offer involved
  • A screenshot of any error

Do not publish the account password, verification code, full receipt, date of birth, or private contact information.

Menu Requests and Discontinued Items

Guests may use the official contact form to request that BJ’s restore a discontinued entrée, soup, beverage, dessert, or promotion.

Include:

  • The menu item’s name
  • The restaurant or region
  • How often it was ordered
  • Whether an acceptable substitute is available
  • Any dietary reason the item was especially useful

A request does not guarantee that BJ’s will restore an item. Menu decisions can depend on ingredient availability, sales, preparation requirements, regional demand, restaurant equipment, and seasonal planning.

Food Allergy and Dietary Questions

BJ’s publishes nutritional and allergen information for guests:

Tell the server and restaurant manager about a serious allergy before ordering. Ask whether the restaurant can accommodate the request and whether substitutions, shared equipment, fryers, utensils, preparation surfaces, or test-menu items affect the risk.

An online guide cannot guarantee that cross-contact will never occur. Contact emergency services immediately for a serious allergic reaction.

Food Quality, Illness, and Safety Complaints

Report a potentially unsafe, contaminated, undercooked, spoiled, or foreign-object concern to the manager immediately.

When safe, keep:

  • The receipt
  • The remaining food
  • The packaging
  • Photographs
  • The restaurant, date, and time
  • The items consumed
  • The names of people who ate the same items
  • Medical instructions or reports privately

Do not continue consuming questionable food merely to document the complaint. Seek appropriate medical care when needed. A serious food-safety concern may also be reported to the local health department.

Do not publish private medical records, diagnoses, dates of birth, insurance information, or photographs of another guest.

Restaurant Cleanliness and Maintenance Complaints

Report an active cleanliness, restroom, pest, spill, broken fixture, heating, cooling, plumbing, or sanitation issue to the manager while it can be inspected.

Document:

  • The restaurant location
  • The area involved
  • The date and approximate time
  • Whether an employee was notified
  • The manager’s response
  • Photographs when safe and appropriate

Contact emergency services for a fire, crime in progress, serious injury, or other immediate danger.

Accessibility Questions and Complaints

Individual BJ’s location pages provide an ADA complaint option. Guests may also report accessibility concerns through the official contact form.

An accessibility concern may involve:

  • Accessible parking
  • Entrances or pathways
  • Seating
  • Restrooms
  • Service animals
  • Communication assistance
  • Website or mobile-app access
  • Another disability-related accommodation

Identify the restaurant, date, requested accommodation, response received, and whether the concern remains unresolved. Do not publish another person’s disability or medical information.

BJ’s Employment and Human Resources

BJ’s does not prominently publish one general public Human Resources phone number for every restaurant, applicant, and employee concern. The corporate number should not be described as a verified direct HR, payroll, benefits, W-2, or employee-relations line.

  • Restaurant and corporate careers: BJ’s Restaurants careers
  • Restaurant Support Center careers: BJ’s corporate opportunities
  • Corporate routing: 1-714-500-2400
  • Current employees: Use the manager, Human Resources, payroll, benefits, employee-relations, or reporting resources supplied internally by BJ’s.

Applicants should verify that a position appears on the official careers site before providing sensitive personal information.

Do not send a Social Security number, bank information, identification document, password, verification code, or payment to an unverified recruiter.

BJ's Brewhouse Fresno CA Disappointing

January 15, 2025

BJ’s Brewhouse, Horrible Service Provided By Server On January 13, 2025 BJ’S Brewhouse Located At Fresno Fashion Fair Mall.We had a party of 3 people at BJ’s Brewhouse this evening on Monday, January 13, 2025. We ordered 2 orders of calamari as our appetizers. Then we ordered a Caesar salad for all three of us. We also ordered 3 prime rib sandwiches with au jus, cold slaw, and a fully loaded baked potatoes for each of us. We also ordered lemonade and 2 sodas which were rarely refilled. All evening, this server stated that he would take care of our requests, and stated, “I’m on it!”; however, he was fake and lying to us the entire evening and never fulfilled any of his promises. He either never returned to take care of our requests or else he took forever to return.

The servers, was absolutely horrible. We waited about 15 minutes at our table before he even arrived and greeted us. Finally, he took our orders and it took forever to receive the 2 orders of calamari and aoli garlic sauce. We specifically told our server not to place our dinner orders until we finish eating our appetizers. He did not follow instructions and instead sent the order in right away. We barely started eating our appetizers when another server from the kitchen brought us our salads. We told the employee to return the salads to the kitchen, because they would get warm and we were not ready to eat them until we had finished our appetizers. It took forever to get refills on our drinks. In fact, we had to walk up to another servers and a busboy to get someone to refill our drinks. As we were eating our salads, the general manager, Matt, came to us and told us that our dinners were sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. He told the cooks not to allow anyone to serve those dinners that were probably cremated by then. He ordered to the cooks to prepare new prime rib sandwiches for all three of us. Meanwhile, our server never came to dinner our salads or dinners the entire time. The General Manager had to do all the work, because our server was extremely poor and neglected our table.

Our total bill was approximately $153 with an undeserved tip of $20 going to the server who didn’t deserve it.We complained to the General Manager, Matt, that our server was horrible, all the other servers, hostesses, and busboys were doing all his work for him.

I am requesting that this server be suspended for poor service.

Lack of response from BJ's Brewhouse

December 18, 2023

I ordered a beer dinner voucher on Nov 22, 2023 for a Dec 4, 2023 dinner Unfortunately, I got Covid on Dec 3 and could not attend. My husband canceled the reservation on Dec 4. He spoke with the manager and they said they would refund us. It is now Dec 18 and We have yet to see our refund. We have made several calls, and spoken with several managers and I have been added to the corporate email chain, and still no response. I called corporate and left a message and still no response. I screenshot my receipt when I bought the voucher for proof but no one has ever asked me for my copy. So I attached it to the email and still no response. This is terrible business and I should not have to go to such lengths to get a refund. Your lack of appreciation in this matter is very disheartening.

Attention BJ's Brewhouse Menu

December 13, 2022

We have been regular customers at BJ’s in Beavercreek Ohio since it opened. We love it and the people who work there. The restaurant is clean, the servers are friendly and very good at their jobs. This location is always busy, which shows how great it is. My complaint is about the menu change. Why remove tomato basil soup and lentil soup? There are other items that were removed that fit the Dayton Ohio area so well. Please bring them back.

December 13, 2022

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your restaurant. The server was unhelpful and distracted by his nose ring. We were served our drinks without utensils, and our food was thrown on the table. However, Liz, the manager, was understanding and provided excellent customer service. I wanted to bring this to your attention and acknowledge Liz’s exceptional service.
