NTB, We Needed Help. We were coming back home from Louisiana to Texas when we couldn’t avoid running over a portion of the metal frame from an orange construction sign laying down on the right shoulder of I-10. Shortly after we got a low tire message in our cars dash. We started looking for a tire shop near us. We saw NTB and exited to get our tire checked out. It was flat. We were greeted by an NTB employee that took care of our needs. We were taken care of quickly and back on the road home. We received excellent service at 11041 East Freeway, Houston, TX.

NTB, Broke 2 Wheel Lock Keys! On Saturday 03/29/2025 I contact the NTB store at 5604 Sunnyside Ave, Beltsville. MD 20705 at approximately 10:00a.m. to spoke with associated David to ensure they had my tires in stock for 2012 Mecedes GLK 350. I was told yes and was provided 12:00 Noon Appointment’ I arrived at the store 30 minutes early 11:30 a.m. I notice it was slow. He said yes, it’s been hit and Miss. I was happy because my car can get in earlier’ Daivid was pleasant gather my information quoted my price and advised me it will be about two hours for tire replacement and alignment’ he offer me to wait in the waiting area. and my car went in immediately’ approximately 1:00p.m. Manager come to me saying Ms. King we have a problem holding pieces out of the wheel lock’ he stated the piece had broken out of the wheel lock. I told him the key wasn’t broken when I arrived’ he stated the nuts was on tight and it had broken only thing offer me go to Mecedes Dealer to see if they may have my key in stock’ but they will not be able to work on the car today’ but he will pay for they keylock’. Now I am up set’ Not only I been there for Hours and no work has been done and I have to travel to see if the Dealer have wheellock in stock my gas and travel time. I went to the closes Mecedes Dealer located 3301 Brigg Chaney Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20904 arrived the 1:59p.m. 03/29/2025 for me to be informed not in stock and has to be order. And the order will not go in until Monday 03/31/2025 due to Sunday the part department ‘ I received a call from Mecedes Dealer 8:30a.m. Tuesday 04/01/2025 to let me know the part was in. I pick up my keylock 04/01/2025 at 1:00p.m. and immediately arrived at the NTB on Sunnyside. Beltsville location 1:30pm with the new wheel lock key and my receipt of the cost for the part as requested by Manager David. I asked for the Manager Dave I was told he was at lunch the Manager came in with food from whatever restaurant he acts as I was never there and refused to acknowledge me. But it was clear he informed associate to take cost off for the key’ as he was totally up my cost. Took my information and he informed me that there were two cars in front of me, but he will be doing my car at approximately 3:10p.m. He came out to say Ms. King, you going to be mad at me I broke the second key. He stated he had got two wheels off but the wheel on the driver side was tight and it broken SECOND wheel lock Key. He says I am sorry, but I suggest you go to Mecedes Dealer to get wheel locks taken off or order another key we will pay the cost or take it off the tires. Again time, money and gas and No Service. My safety are in danger if my tire gets a flat or brake problem on side of the Road or Highway can’t get the wheel off due to their unprofessional unskilled and lack of concern. I bet if this was their family member mother, daughter or sister they would not take this so lightly.

NTB, Cancelation after cancelation and still no service. Three appointments later and when arrived for 1 pm appointment on March 18th, 2025. Canceled again due to lack of service technicians. Two managers inside office just hanging around giving excuses. Issue with help is not your customer problem. Made appointment on line. Confirmed and changed and changed again upon my arrival today without any prior warning. Poor management reflecting on very poor leadership. I realize no one will respond to me from NTB. Reflects on recent purchase of NTB brand. All the years I have been doing business with NTB for two of my cars. Do you think I will be a good messenger for you? I recently recommended a friend.

NTB, Utterly dismal display of poor customer service and employee treatment. I was immediately treated rudely by the manager of the store in Lewisville Texas. I was shocked and told my wife that the manager was just very rude to me while assisting me! We looked in the service bay area and saw the manager yelling and looking like he was about to attack one of the mechanics! I asked that young man as I was leaving what was that all about. He said “oh he treats everybody like that, everyday! He even treats the customers terrible too!” I told him that it was absolutely unacceptable! The mechanic said he was glad he would be leaving in a week! I have never seen someone act like this out in the open for anyone to see and hear!
