When my order arrived, the boots were two different sizes. I contacted Zara, and they sent me a prepaid shipping label. I had to pay for the box to ship them back, even though Zara sent me two different sizes. Today I received my replacement and they are two boots for the right foot! They are again wrong! I called Zara and was told they are not able to issue a store credit. Instead, I have to send the wrong boots back again. This is my time! And the money I have to spend because your company did not send me the correct order from the start, instead sent me another order with 2 shoes for the right foot! I do not have my boots which I purchased. I had to spend large amounts of time on the phone explaining to individuals who do not speak English, they refused to do anything to assist. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told no, I asked to be transferred I was told no. I asked for corporate I was told No. I now don’t have the boots that I purchased in November, your company sent me two wrong replacement orders, issued no store credit, and was not helpful at all!

Ordered online, trying to return they will only issue Pudo as a currier. There are no kudos close to me and it will be very difficult to travel. Hence the reason I ordered online. I have called no less than 5 times (the first two times they told me if I call back they could escalate and make the change to UPS, FedEx X, or USPS. Now they say they have no control over the carrier and they can’t help me. I said I would pay for the return shipping if they gave me the address to ship it to but they said no. They say my only chance of returning is this Pudo or returning it to the store. I asked for a supervisor but they also said they could transfer a call. I called the corporate offices in NY and it goes directly to the same customer service. I will never order from Zara again!!!!

I purchased a leather coat while on vacation in Chicago. I purchased the incorrect size and I’ve been told the only way for me to resolve the issue is by going into a store. The problem is that the nearest store is 4 hours away from my home. This is ridiculous that I have to drive 8 hours to do an exchange in your store. I will return the coat and will never purchase anything else from your store.

Help me please! I’m already desperate! I’m an employee of Zara, I work in Miami, Brickel City Center, and I live in Miami Beach! I have repeatedly raised the issue of transferring me closer to home since I live far away and get two transports, it even took 3 hours one way, usually 2 hours one way, yesterday I sat waiting for the bus at the bus stop for an hour! Also, while I was sitting, and considered that based on what I spend on the bus, $ 90 a month! I’m from Ukraine, I moved because of the war, and now I’m trying to improve my life, but I don’t pretend too much yet, I want to save time and money! I had to drop out of English school due to the long travel time, if I move closer to home I can get my studies back
