Zara, Trying to Reach customer service. Was on hold for 25 minutes, no answer. Went through Chat, and was dropped.

Zara, Customer service cannot helping! What a disappointment! Should be Zero stars! I placed an order 3 weeks ago. It processed and was prepared to ship. My credit card has been charged. The package is still sitting in the warehouse. When I call customer service all they can say is wait 48 hours. I’;ve been waiting way more than 48 hours. Now were at 72 hours. Not sure why there’s no information and no call back as to what happened to this order. For heavens sakes just reprocess and send a new one! Be fair. Awful awful experience.

Zara, Bad customer service. I returned a pair of $50 pants with holes in them. They also had the tags on them. I was a day late due death in my family. They don’t care. They laughed about it. They said customer service will call me back. I haven’t heard from them yet.

Zara, I Would Give Zero Stars If It Would Let Me! Worse Company Ever! Horrible Customer Service. I Returned An Item They Received It 16 Days Ago And No Refund Yet. Every Time I Call I Get Wait 48 More, And You Can Speak To No One That Can Help! Customer Service Is Sooooooo Bad! They Do Not Listen They Talk Over You And Give No Solutions. They Just Keep Your Money And The Product. If I Would Have Know They Also Owed H And M I Would Not Have Ordered From Them. H&M Is Rude Too. I Ordered From Them. Package Said Delivered. But I did not receive It.

Zara, I Got Sick In Store. The Day After Christmas And The Store Only Had 1 Register For Returns, I Stood On Line Standing Thre For Over 45 Minutes And Ended Up Getting Dizzy, Nauseous And Almost Passed Out While The Workers Were On The Floor Talking And Laughing.
