Spent over $60 on 2 regular cheeseburgers and onion rings. Was charged extra for 5 onion rings. Got a small pizza that was burnt and so hard it couldn’t be chewed. Didn’t even soften up in my mouth. Had to throw it away. I had a $10 off of $40 in my phone and when I ordered online I did it wrong. I told the girl at the bar and she checked with the manager and came back to say sorry. I asked why my order couldn’t have been voided and rang up again using my $10. I was told sorry. Bad enough I couldn’t use my coupon but the food was not great! Very disappointed. Tried to get through to the restaurant with no luck. I will try again tomorrow.

Waited over an hour for our food, asked about it several times. Food finally arrived cold, we had it remade and we were told the order would be discounted. When the bill arrived for our party of six, the discount was $7, not even the price of one of our meals. As customers, we never should have been treated this way.

Red Robin HQ - Dirty Surroundings and Slow Service on Hadley Road in South Plainfield, NJ

I visited Red Robin on Hadley Road in South Plainfield, NJ yesterday. I had to wait to be seated because I was told that they were understaffed. After I was seated there were enough employees in the restaurant which wasn’t that busy. There were plenty of empty tables with leftover food surrounding me. After receiving my order, I had to ask for napkins, ketchup, and the check. I was never asked if I wanted another beverage or more fries, and I was there for approximately an hour and 15 minutes. For that entire time, I was surrounded by dirty tables with leftover food. The bathroom had garbage overflowing and papers all over the floor. In the future, I will be visiting another restaurant as yours should be cited by the health department.

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated as a new employee. I live 45 minutes away and was told to come to the store in Panama City Beach to start work. As I started to do the training the manager that was supposed to be training me kept leaving , leaving me sitting for 10 to 15 minutes in limbo. I got to the part to take the tour and she told me I could not take the tour because I didn’t have non slip shoes. If someone would have told me I needed non slip shoes before I had gotten there I would have bought them. I was hired to be a bartender. But after this there are too many red flags. I noticed her whole demeanor changed once she saw my age. I hope this is not the norm for your restaurant. I will not be hiring and will look elsewhere, I also will never visit a Red Robin restaurant again and will share my story with my friends.
