Outback HQ - Inconsistent Quality

We have been frequent customers at the Franklin Road outback in Lebanon, Tennessee. We spend a lot of money. Every time we go, and the quality has just gone down and down. We order to go, so we don’t even realize how bad the situation is till we get home. Not sure what is going on but the last three meals we purchased, which are usually on a Friday, were cooked well done. I always order medium rare, but that is not what I have gotten the last three or four times. Hard to get my husband to Return to your restaurant because he’s angry at how much money goes down the drain when we have a hard time eating a well-done steak or ribeye.

Outback Steakhouse Disappointing

Steak or shoe leather? We hadn’t ordered from Outback in a while and decided to give it another shot…. Boy do we regret that decision. We ordered curbside pickup and because we did order the steak medium… what we received was nothing less than shoe leather. I wouldn’t be surprised if they found this piece of meat precooked in the back of the fridge and just put that in the microwave… If you look at the pics you will see how horribly inedible that meal was. The side of mac’n cheese was so dry, it seemed like it was left out and then put in the microwave to reheat as well. The shrimp wasn’t absolutely horrible, but it certainly wasn’t great. I’ve had better shrimp at a fast food joint than what we were given here. This is a huge disappointment as you expect more when you pay these prices and go to a restaurant and not a drive through. This was probably the worst meal we have had in a long long time. Our decision to not frequent Outback was the right decision originally. 100% do not recommend and will let all friends and family know not to spend their money here as there are so many better places that actually give you food you can eat. It’s terribly unfortunate because I do enjoy their salted caramel cookie for dessert.

Horrible experience! When the bread was put out it was molded and the second one was burnt

I ordered blooming chicken with fries. The fries were very salty!!!

My first reaction when I saw the molded bread was to get up and leave. Horrible very horrible experience!

Outback Steakhouse Over-The-Top Bad Customer Service

Worst service ever! Stopped in Outback Steakhouse in Waynesboro, VA 2/18/24. We truly had the worst service ever. Waited over an hour and a half for a steak that came out like shoe leather. Waited more time to get another one cooked. Long story short, we were as patient as we could be for as long as we could be, but after being in the restaurant for over two hours, and never got any food that was worth eating. we got up to leave and stood waiting for our bill… I addressed the very immature manager ( Sarah Ritenour) who at this point had not been very helpful. I finally told her that with the lengthy of time waiting and the quality of food, we shouldn’t even have a bill but we couldn’t even seem to get that. This girl had the nerve to turn it around on us and ask us to leave!!! We had been trying to eat and leave she and her staff were the reason we were there so long. She was the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. I think she was embarrassed because other customers were listening and she was trying to save face. I have posted a review everywhere I can find. We are not one to complain but this was over-the-top bad service. This girl should not be in a management position she has no idea how to handle it. Worst experience we’ve ever had.

OutBack - Dirty Restaurant In Clermont

We eat at your Outback on Rt 50 Clermont at least once to two times per week. On this past Sunday, we were greatly DISAPPOINTED. The floors were exceptionally dirty with paper and foodstuff laying all over. The tabletop we ate at was sticky and had wet liquid stains on it. The server was exceptionally unprofessional – took the order & delivered it and NEVER returned until he gave us our check. Is this a new standard, lack of training, or lack of managerial over look, or just don’t care? However, the food was extremely good as always. It may be worth your time to review this situation.
