Jason's Deli Wrong Order 5 Times

I have visited your store at Westheimer Road and Gessner 5 times now to get to go orders. Each time something is missing. Last night I and my wife went to the store to order. She thinks I mess up the orders but she did the ordering she even had the Manager take the food out of the bag and check it. He said the order was correct. Sure enough when we got home it was missing one item. I called the store spoke to the Manager and was not satified with his answer. I will Not be going back to any location again. Training is needed.

Jason's Deli Baytown TX

Rated 3.0 out of 5
July 31, 2023

On 7/19/2023, I my son and granddaughter went to Jason’s Deli in Baytown, Texas for dinner. My son always orders a 1/2 Muffaletta meal for his brother who works on shore with a chemical company. The cashier totaled his bill and he sat down with us and ate his healthy bowl costing $11.98. When his to-go order was brought to the table, noticed it felt light. Opened the box to find 1/4 of the sandwich. He presented this to management and explained that he wanted 1/2 sandwich. The cashier told him she could not grant him another 1/4 without him paying for another 1/4 meal..he paid for it. Each meal costs $11.58 (each). This was addressed to the manager, who stated that there must be a communication problem with his employees and he will address this issue. We didn’t receive any reimbursement. When we got the sandwich home…each sandwich had one slice of meat on each, and only one sandwich had a single slice of cheese. The sandwiches were piled with olive sauce. My son took one bite and threw them away! We have been customers of this restaurant since it first opened. This was the most disgusting service from this restaurant! I can see how this establishment has changed for the worse. I have pictures of the sandwiches and pictures of Jason’s Deli advertised Muffaletta, two totally different pictures. I also have pictures of all receipts from that order. Would have loved to have been reimbursed or some kind of resolution on our behalf…these Jason’s Deli employees/representatives need retraining!
