How to File a Complaint With Jason’s Deli

  1. Contact the local deli immediately. Restaurant management may be able to replace food, correct an order, send missing items, investigate a delivery, or review a charge.
  2. Ask for the manager or general manager. Explain the issue clearly and state the resolution you are requesting.
  3. Keep the receipt. Save the restaurant, order number, date, time, items purchased, total, and payment method.
  4. Document the problem. Take photographs of incorrect food, damaged packaging, spilled items, missing products, or another visible concern when appropriate.
  5. Contact Customer Service. Call 1-409-838-1976 or email cu**************@********li.com.
  6. Request a case or written response. Save the date, representative’s name, response, and promised follow-up.
  7. Use the responsible third-party route when necessary. A delivery marketplace, card issuer, gift-card administrator, or other company may control part of the transaction.

A useful complaint is factual and chronological. Identify what was ordered, what went wrong, how the restaurant responded, what remains unresolved, and the specific remedy requested.

What to Have Before Contacting Jason’s Deli Corporate Office

  • Restaurant city, state, and street address
  • Order date and approximate time
  • Order or confirmation number
  • Receipt or invoice
  • Items and quantities ordered
  • Items and quantities received
  • Pickup, dine-in, direct delivery, or third-party delivery method
  • Photographs of food or packaging when relevant
  • Manager’s name or position
  • Previous Customer Service correspondence
  • Deli Dollars account email when applicable
  • Gift-card information, shared only through a verified private route
  • A concise timeline
  • The specific resolution requested

Do not publicly post complete payment-card information, gift-card credentials, account passwords, private health details, employee personal information, home addresses, or receipts containing sensitive data.

Jason’s Deli Restaurant Complaints

Reasons a customer may contact restaurant management or corporate Customer Service include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete sandwiches
  • Missing toppings, sides, soups, drinks, or desserts
  • Food-quality or portion concerns
  • Cold, spilled, damaged, or poorly packaged food
  • Long waits
  • Restaurant cleanliness
  • Employee or manager conduct
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Refund disagreements
  • Catering errors
  • Delivery delays
  • Deli Dollars or gift-card issues

Because the Jason’s Deli system includes independent franchise operators, the company shown on a receipt, payment statement, or employment record may be a local franchise business. Local management should generally receive the first opportunity to correct a restaurant-specific problem.

Jason’s Deli Food-Quality and Portion Complaints

Customers may raise concerns about meat texture, ingredient substitutions, missing toppings, smaller portions, bread quality, salad-bar items, food temperature, or a menu item that appears different from previous purchases.

For a product complaint, identify:

  • Exact menu item
  • Requested customizations
  • Ingredients expected
  • Ingredients received
  • Restaurant location
  • Purchase date and time
  • Whether management inspected the item
  • Whether replacement or refund review was offered

A single restaurant experience does not necessarily confirm that Jason’s Deli has permanently changed a recipe, supplier, portion standard, or ingredient at every location. Ask Customer Service whether a change is local, regional, temporary, or companywide.

Jason’s Deli Delivery Complaints

Jason’s Deli offers direct delivery at participating locations and may also appear on third-party delivery platforms.

The correct complaint route depends on how the order was placed:

  • Jason’s Deli website or app: Contact the fulfilling deli and Jason’s Deli Customer Service.
  • Third-party delivery service: Use that company’s order, driver, delivery, and refund process.
  • Incorrect food preparation: Contact the Jason’s Deli restaurant even when a third party delivered the order.
  • Missing or damaged delivery: Contact both the restaurant and delivery provider when responsibility is unclear.

Keep the order confirmation, delivery time, photographs, packaging, driver or support messages, and any refund response.

Spilled, Opened, or Damaged Delivery Orders

Report spilled soup, leaking containers, torn packaging, open drinks, missing seals, crushed food, or another condition as soon as the delivery arrives.

  1. Photograph the bag and affected items.
  2. Do not consume food or beverages that appear opened, contaminated, or unsafe.
  3. Contact the restaurant.
  4. Contact the delivery platform when it supplied the driver.
  5. Request a replacement, refund review, or other appropriate correction.
  6. Save the support response and case number.

Jason’s Deli Online-Ordering Complaints

Online-order issues may involve:

  • No order number displayed
  • Missing confirmation email
  • Duplicate order
  • Incorrect location
  • Payment error
  • Saved card problem
  • Missing order history
  • House-account access
  • Tax-exempt account setup
  • Account or password problems

A successful online order should display an order number and generate a confirmation email. Check spam or junk folders when the email does not arrive.

Jason’s Deli says that order history from before December 2024 was not transferred into the newer online ordering system. Customers who need an older receipt can contact Customer Service or use the official receipt-request form.

How to Request a Jason’s Deli Receipt or Invoice

Jason’s Deli provides an online form for requesting:

  • A credit-card receipt
  • A house-account invoice
  • Documentation for an older order that is not visible online

The company states that requested documents are generally emailed within one business day.

Provide the restaurant, transaction date, approximate amount, last four digits of the payment card when requested through the secure form, and other identifying details needed to locate the order.

How to Request a Jason’s Deli Refund

Begin with the restaurant or delivery company that processed the transaction.

  1. Contact the deli promptly.
  2. Provide the receipt or order number.
  3. Identify the missing, incorrect, damaged, or disputed item.
  4. Ask whether the deli will replace the food, resend the order, correct the charge, or review a refund.
  5. Request confirmation when a refund or credit is approved.
  6. Escalate unresolved concerns to Customer Service.

Jason’s Deli’s online terms state that completed order charges are generally final and nonrefundable, although the company may grant a refund or credit at its discretion. Contacting the corporate office does not guarantee reimbursement.

Jason’s Deli Catering Complaints

Jason’s Deli provides catering for meetings, schools, offices, organizations, sports teams, events, and large groups.

For a catering complaint, retain:

  • Order confirmation
  • Catering contact or local deli
  • Event date and serving time
  • Number of guests
  • Items and quantities ordered
  • Items and quantities received
  • Delivery or pickup details
  • Photographs of food and packaging
  • Onsite contact information
  • Restaurant or catering-specialist response

Report missing or incorrect catering items immediately. A local restaurant or catering specialist may be able to send a correction before the meeting or event ends.

For larger or multistate catering needs, use Jason’s Deli’s official catering page to find the current regional specialist. Regional assignments and direct contact information may change.

Jason’s Deli Deli Dollars Rewards

Deli Dollars is Jason’s Deli’s current loyalty program.

Program features include:

  • One point for every qualifying dollar spent
  • A $10 reward after earning 250 points
  • Points generally appearing approximately four hours after the completed, paid order
  • Receipt-based missing-point claims within 48 hours
  • Unused banked rewards expiring one year after they are earned
  • A birthday reward for an individual dessert that is valid for 30 days

Deli Dollars are generally not earned on:

  • Taxes
  • Tips
  • Delivery fees
  • Gift-card purchases
  • Community Partners Program menu purchases
  • Orders placed through third-party providers

Missing Jason’s Deli Deli Dollars

If qualifying points have not appeared after approximately four hours:

  1. Check the account used for the purchase.
  2. Review the receipt for the rewards check-in notation.
  3. Enter the receipt barcode in the app when eligible.
  4. Submit the receipt within 48 hours when additional help is needed.
  5. Contact Customer Service at 1-409-838-1976.

Customer Service may not be able to add missing points after the published 48-hour receipt period.

Do not publish your account password, verification code, complete receipt barcode, phone number, email address, or saved payment information.

Jason’s Deli Gift Cards

Jason’s Deli offers physical gift cards and eGift Cards through its official website. Customers can also use the official gift-card page to check a balance.

For a gift-card concern, keep:

  • The physical card or original eGift Card email
  • Purchase receipt
  • Activation information
  • Card number and PIN, shared only privately
  • Approximate balance
  • Restaurant and transaction date
  • Error message
  • Previous Customer Service response

Jason’s Deli changed online-ordering and gift-card providers. Its ordering FAQ says that saved gift-card balances from the old wallet could not be transferred directly and that qualifying customers were emailed replacement eGift Cards. Customers who cannot locate the email should contact Customer Service.

Privacy warning: Do not post a complete gift-card number, PIN, barcode, balance screenshot, or activation receipt in a public review.

Jason’s Deli Gluten-Sensitive and Allergen Information

Jason’s Deli offers gluten-sensitive menu choices and uses dedicated preparation kits intended to reduce cross-contact. Those kits may include separate cutting boards, utensils, condiment packets, bread, trays, boxes, labels, parchment paper, and glove-changing procedures.

Jason’s Deli clearly states that its restaurants are not completely gluten free and that cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

Guests with allergies or sensitivities should:

  • Review the current official allergen information.
  • Tell the order taker about the allergy or sensitivity.
  • Speak with restaurant management.
  • Ask about ingredients and preparation.
  • Follow guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Current Jason’s Deli menu materials state that gluten-sensitive offerings are not recommended for people with celiac disease because food is prepared in a shared kitchen.

Jason’s Deli Food-Allergy or Illness Complaints

A customer who experiences a possible allergic reaction or illness should prioritize appropriate medical care. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot diagnose a reaction or determine whether a particular meal caused an illness.

Keep the receipt, packaging, product information, restaurant location, foods consumed, and timeline. Contact restaurant management and Jason’s Deli Customer Service.

Serious suspected food-safety or sanitation concerns may also be reported to the applicable local or state health department.

Do not post private medical records, insurance details, birth dates, prescriptions, or photographs containing sensitive health information in a public review.

Jason’s Deli Human Resources and Employment

Jason’s Deli does not prominently publish a separate general Human Resources telephone number.

Use the appropriate route:

  • Restaurant job application: Use Jason’s Deli Careers or contact the local deli.
  • Current employee scheduling question: Contact the restaurant manager.
  • Payroll, benefits, or employment record: Use the employer’s established HR or employee-service route.
  • Franchise employee concern: Contact the franchise company shown on the pay statement or tax form.
  • Guest complaint: Contact Customer Service rather than Human Resources.

Do not publish Social Security numbers, employee identification numbers, payroll documents, schedules, medical records, or private coworker information in a public comment.

Jason’s Deli Community Partners, Fundraising, and Donations

Jason’s Deli operates community programs for eligible schools, houses of worship, organizations, and teams.

Current opportunities may include:

  • Catering discounts for qualifying community partners
  • Student meal rewards
  • Fundraisers and spirit nights
  • Food or gift-card donation requests
  • Sponsorship requests
  • Game-day box lunches

Requests should be submitted through the official Community Partners or fundraising pages. Participation, timing, contribution percentages, discounts, and approval vary.

What Was Jason’s Deli Nation?

Jason’s Deli Nation was an older invitation-based customer research community associated with selected test delis.

I did not find a current public Jason’s Deli Nation enrollment or support program. Customers looking for the company’s current loyalty program should use Deli Dollars and the current Jason’s Deli app or website.

Formal Legal Notice of Dispute

Jason’s Deli’s current online Terms and Conditions include a separate process for providing a formal written Notice of Dispute before arbitration or small-claims proceedings.

The terms identify:

Deli Management, Inc.
Attn: Kim Collura
2130 W. Interstate 20
Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Telephone: 1-972-606-6826

This is a formal legal-notice route and is not the ordinary headquarters, restaurant-order, catering, Customer Service, gift-card, Deli Dollars, or employment contact.

Review the current terms before sending a legal notice because addresses, procedures, deadlines, and dispute requirements may change.

Jason’s Deli Reviews and Complaints

The reviews currently visible on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com include individual complaints about sandwich ingredients, meat quality, catering telephone assistance, delivery packaging, management response, and perceived portion reductions.

One reviewer described the roast beef in a Beefeater sandwich as overly processed, elastic, and different from previous purchases. Another asked Jason’s Deli to provide catering telephone staff with more information and customer-service training.

A delivery customer reported spilled soup and a drink that appeared to have been opened or partly consumed, followed by a response from a manager that the reviewer considered dismissive.

Another reader suggested clearer visual preparation instructions for a veggie sandwich. A separate reviewer said a California Club was missing bacon and avocado and contained less meat than expected.

These reviews represent individual reader experiences and allegations. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com does not independently verify every ingredient, recipe, portion, delivery condition, employee conversation, refund, or companywide menu change described in a public review.

A helpful Jason’s Deli review identifies the restaurant city and state, approximate purchase date, menu item or service, order method, manager or Customer Service response, requested resolution, and whether the matter was resolved.

Page Update Note

This Jason’s Deli corporate office page was reviewed and updated on July 23, 2026.

The update verified the 350 Pine Street, Suite 1775 Beaumont headquarters address, current corporate and customer-service number, Customer Service email, support hours, official contact page, and Deli Management, Inc. company name.

The update removed an outdated toll-free customer-service number, old online-ordering number, and unverified fax listing. It also distinguished the Beaumont headquarters from the Grand Prairie formal dispute-notice address published in Jason’s Deli’s current Terms and Conditions.

Additional updates include current ownership and location information, leadership review, online-order and receipt guidance, delivery and refund information, catering support, Deli Dollars rules, gift-card wallet changes, allergen and gluten-sensitive clarification, Jason’s Deli Nation search guidance, franchise information, competitor links, and a centered and optimized version of the existing article image.

The five visible reader reviews were also summarized and cleaned up to distinguish individual sandwich, delivery, catering, portion, and employee-training complaints from verified companywide practices.

Jason's Deli Corsicana TX Disappointing Beefeater Sandwich

April 16, 2025

Jason’s Deli, Low Quality Roast Beef. I have eaten at the Jason’s Deli #006 in Arlington since it opened. I get the Beefeater every time without exception. I have moved to Corsicana, TX now, but was visiting my family and stopped in to grab what was and always has been my favorite sandwich today. The roast beef was overly processed, elastic and almost rubbery. I am sure the switch was to save money, but it was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had and likely the last Beefeater Sandwich I will ever have or at least try to eat. Please let me know if it is a permanent change for all locations or just that store.

Jason's Deli Arlington TX Disappointing

February 10, 2025

Jason’s Deli, Very poor California Club. My wife and I love Jason’s Deli. On Sunday 2/9/25 we ate at the Jasons ion Road to Six flags in Arlington Tx. Our favorite entree is the California Club. We eat there several times a month–yesterday the sandwich had no bacon, no avocado and very small portion of meat. We have noted as cost increase the sandwiches and the California Club have less and less items on the sandwich. The prices have increased and the sandwich is getting worse.
