The Golden Brewery page identifies the production site at 12th and Ford Street in Golden. That brewery location, the tour parking/check-in address and the parent’s postal address serve different purposes. Confirm the intended recipient and delivery instructions before sending business correspondence or a package. A corporate address does not establish permission to enter a production facility.

Coors Product, Packaging and Purchase Concerns

Begin with the exact product, package size and place of purchase. Coors Banquet, Coors Light and other beverages should be identified by the label rather than simply described as Coors. Keep the purchase date and receipt, and note how many containers are affected. This helps distinguish a single damaged container from a concern involving more of the package.

For a quality issue, retain the product and packaging and photograph any readable codes, labels or damage. Use the official product-issue form to explain what you observed. It asks whether the packaging or product is still available and warns that submissions without either are used for information only, without follow-up through that product-issue route. General questions can use the general-inquiry option instead.

Describe the issue factually: for example, a leaking container, unusual appearance, packaging damage or a difference from the product ordered. Include when the package was bought and opened. If the concern involves something potentially wrong with the product, stop using the affected item while you request guidance. Do not send a container to the company without instructions on handling and shipping it.

Separate the manufacturer inquiry from a retailer transaction. For an incorrect store charge, delivery order, substitution or seller return, start with the merchant that took the payment. For a product-quality concern, also use Molson Coors’ consumer route. Ask each party which part of the issue it can investigate and keep the responses together.

For a product-information question, check Molson Coors’ nutrition and ingredient resources for the exact brand and variant. Packaging and formulations can differ between products or markets. If information is missing or unclear, ask consumer support to identify the product using the label. Do not infer one beverage’s ingredients or characteristics from another product carrying the Coors name.

How to Escalate a Coors Product or Service Concern

These preparation and follow-up steps are suggestions, not a published guarantee of replacement, reimbursement or an executive response:

  1. Choose the appropriate contact. Use consumer assistance for a product or promotion, the tour team for a booking, and the original merchant for its order or payment. Identify the country where the transaction occurred.
  2. Prepare a concise timeline. Record the purchase, opening or visit date, the issue, prior communications and any requested documents. Keep the package codes, receipt, booking confirmation and relevant photographs available privately.
  3. Explain the requested action. Ask for a product investigation, explanation of a promotion, review of a charge or help with a booking. State what was missing from the first response and what question remains unanswered.
  4. Ask for the responsible reviewer. If the first representative cannot resolve the issue, request a supervisor or the appropriate quality or service team. Ask whether a case reference and written acknowledgment are available.
  5. Follow up with the same reference. Provide new information and identify any action the company said it would take. Confirm instructions before disposing of packaging, shipping a sample or making changes to a disputed reservation.

For a promotional offer, keep the offer name, dates, entry or purchase requirements and confirmation. Ask which requirement is in question and who administers the promotion. A consumer contact can help route the inquiry, but it does not establish eligibility or confirm that a prize, rebate or other benefit has been approved.

Coors Brewery Tours, Visitor Directions and Merchandise

Use the official tour information and booking tool for current availability. Visitors begin at the tour parking lot at 502 14th Street in Golden. A brewery address found in an older directory is not necessarily the entrance used for tours. Review the confirmation for the experience you booked and allow time for check-in.

The tour FAQ advises arriving 15 minutes before the reservation and explains its cancellation and late-arrival policies. It states that cancellation at least 24 hours ahead is required for a refund of ticket price and tax, with the service fee excluded. Check the current terms for your booking before changing plans rather than assuming an unused reservation will be refunded.

If you need an accessible tour, use the tour contact form before booking, as the official guidance requests. Describe the arrangement needed and confirm availability with the visitor team. For a group, identify the number of guests and preferred date. A message asking about availability is not a confirmed reservation; keep the booking acknowledgment once arrangements are completed.

For merchandise, identify whether you bought at the brewery gift shop or through an online store. Use the seller shown on the receipt or order confirmation and provide the item, order date and requested action. Tour reservations and retail purchases may have different records and return terms. Keep purchase evidence until the seller explains how the issue will be handled.

Coors Corporate Office Questions

Is the Milwaukee address the Coors headquarters contact to use?

Molson Coors operates multiple offices and breweries. This guide uses the Colorado corporate mailing address and phone in its latest quarterly filing, and separately identifies the Golden brewery and visitor entrance. It does not label every company facility as a Coors headquarters or customer-service center.

Does the corporate number also serve as an HR hotline?

A separate universal public HR or payroll number was not verified. Applicants should use the official careers page, while current and former employees should use the personnel channel supplied by their employer. The corporate number is listed for company routing, not as a dedicated payroll service.

Should a Canadian or overseas purchase use the U.S. product form?

Use Molson Coors’ country contact selector. The linked consumer form is specifically for the United States and Puerto Rico. Include the purchase country and exact product so the inquiry can be directed to the relevant market and product records.

About Coors and Molson Coors

Coors’ brewing history in Golden dates to 1873. Molson Coors’ Golden Brewery page lists Coors Banquet and Coors Light among the products brewed there. The parent operates a wider beverage business with other facilities and brands, which is why corporate, consumer and visitor inquiries have separate routes.

Why Trust Corporate Office Headquarters?

We checked the latest Molson Coors quarterly filing, official consumer, brewery, nutrition, careers and media pages, and Coors tour information on September 12, 2026. Phone numbers and contact details were checked against published sources, not by calling. Corporate Office Headquarters is independent and is not affiliated with Coors or Molson Coors Beverage Company. Practical preparation and escalation steps are our suggestions; the company’s own procedures and your transaction documents determine how a request is handled.

Coors Silver Bullet Issue

November 3, 2024

Coors, all was interesting information. I’m actually contacting this company to say that the stance you been holding is in many ways innapropriate. The Silver Bullet is misused in this situation and should be better understood. Childrens’ stories are exactly that, they couldn’t be further from the truth, or could they be? In the modern times stories these ‘people’ use typically Christian values and never cross over the lines. It’s, especially in this time period of over doing it, these stories stand out and even appear to be superhuman because they do not display any of today’s problems. How refreshing.
