  1. I currently reside at home2 Hilton Philadelphia rd. whitemarsh, md for a long time of stay on 10/31/15 around 7:10pm I heard someone knock on my door. I immediately called the front desk, and was assured by Mike, at the front desk that I can be sure that it was no one from the hotel. I am glad to not have answered the door, and called the front desk for my own safety.

  2. Home2Suites is a sorry hotel chain. I made reservations on August 10, 2017 for the Home2Suites in Baytown Texas for the days of April 20-22 2018. I found out today April 19, 2018 that my room had been canceled and given to 23 people that wanted and extended stay. I was never notified that my room was canceled. Not only was my room canceled but about 10 other rooms were canceled and given away to the 23 people. My room was reserved and paid for 8 and a half months in advance but yet the extended stay people had preference over me? That is totally unprofessional. I will never stay at Home2Suites nor will I recommend Home2Suites to anyone. You will probably careless about this because I am just one man but I will report this to the BBB and you will probably care less about that too. Also, Home2Suites didn't have the courtesy to locate me another hotel since they were the ones to cancel my room. They gave me the number to Expedia for me to call so that they could try to find me a room. I originally booked my room through Hotels.com.

  3. stayed 8/9 thru 8/12/18 Noggle Way, Indianapolis IN. came back the first night, nothing in room was serviced. asked at front desk, they said I had to request light cleaning as per instructions in room directory. No directory to be found. later found out they placed us in a dog friendly room. Me with severe allergies, went to the front desk to ask why. /they said I should have requested the 4th floor. very dissapointing. will not stay there again

  4. wow where to begin...1st when we checked in no 1 knew what they were doing. Gave us rooms with people already in the rooms and claimed they did not know. 2nd before breakfast early morning advised rep at counter we wanted to stay another day. Was told no issue no problem. As check out time came about me and my party of 692 rooms) were told by the manager nothing we can do we have guests waiting for that room. Very rude person to deal with. Its going on day 4 still have received my $100 deposit given at time of check in. Systems are down as they say and the corp office is a joke as well stating they cannot help me either. WHAT IS WRONG WITH IS COMPANY....NEVER WILL I WASTE MY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

  5. I really must let you know about the staff at your Home 2 Suites on Graphics Dr in Madison Ala. My husband and I were staying there recently, and coming back from breakfast my husband and the housekeeper were joking around about something and he made mention that it was our anniversary of 48 yearsthat day , she naturally said congrats and another joke was made and we went on our way back to the room. Well.... a short while later there was a knock on the room door and when I answered it, much to my complete surprise there stood all of the first shift staff with a beautiful bouquet of cut flowers, a gift bag full of chocolate(organic) and a beautiful card signed by them all. Oh My Gosh,,,,I was floored as was my husband. Being so far from our home and family in South CArolina , this was such a thoughtful gesture from this group. I just felt that corporate should know what a great team you have at this location. We have been here now for a couple of weeks and are still amazed at the staff, So give your people, Andrew,Alyssa,Lana,Thomas,Carly,and Jess a Well Done!!

  6. My credit card was charged twice try calling the property it was joke will write a letter to Corp now I have to put a dispute in with my bank dont Stay the Home2 suites DFW

  7. Tammy Cannon of Home2 suits in Goldsboro, nc is very disrespectful and don't know how to talk to guests nor thee employees. She is very rude and don't need to be a manager at all and needs to be fired from being a manager anywhere

  9. Stayed at Home2suite in Knoxville and asked one of the housekeeper for some towels she was as high as anything and you could smell weed all over her!!

  10. Stayed at home2 suites in Knoxville and i had asked the housekeeper for some extra towels well you can tell they were high as a kite and also you could smell the weed all over them!!

  12. HOME2 in Huntsville, al has very sorry management . The General Manager there at that location Kerry Polyacko is very unprofessional and her inspectors, they talks to you like you are slaves. She runs the hotel like a barn never cleans or shampoo the carpet in the hallways the dogs that stays at the hotel pisses and poo on the carpert, she's ok with the employees stealing the inventory from the hotel.   13. The HOME2 hotel in Huntsville, AL has very bad management. The GM Kerry Polyacko is very rude and disrespectful to the employees. She runs the hotel like a slave camp, talk the employees very rude. She ok with the employees in the laundry room and kitchen area take food and other items home that on the inventory list. The carpet is very nasty and smells so bad throughout the hotels, General Manager is ok that the maintenance and inspectors go in the clean rooms and goes to sleep while on the clock.

  14. First let me say, I truly enjoy every aspect of the Hilton Brand. Therefore, upon visiting Home2suites/Hampton Inn on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 118 Soledad in San Antonio, Tx. During this early morning visit me and my husband encountered your valet attendant, Yvette whom become overly touchy by grabbing my husband on his arm and offered doughnuts, kolaches, and a bottled water. My husband clearly communicated he wasn't interested in the offered items. Within my husbands communication with Yvette he politely removed her hand from his arm.Yvette, then placed her hand on his stomach that caused me gesture how unsuitable her actions are coming across. Later that morning I was advised she was one of your managers. I'm sure Boundary Training classes will provide valuable insight for future encounters.
