Our daughter stayed at this location and accidentally left her Apply pencil. The head of housekeeping, Rosa Castillo, found the pencil and asked our daughter to send a UPS Shipping label. Our daughter paid $13 for the shipping label and emailed it to Rosa. This was over a month ago. After multiple calls and un-returned messages, she still has not received her pencil and exams are next week. I finally had to get involved. I called this hotel and spoke to Carl who refused to allow me to speak to the General Manager, Kimme Parker. Then he proceeded to say he would speak to Rosa tomorrow as she had left for the day. This is the same story that our daughter has heard for over 4 times. How is it so difficult to mail a found Apple pencil? Why isn’t this resolved?

I am staying at your hotel. Portland Oregon on Airport Way the Hilton Garden Inn the only gentleman working the shift comes out and tells me I can’t park my trailer in my rig sideways in the parking lot I had to park it in the very back where things can get stolen when there’s plenty of spaces up front your Park my trailer very rude very and caring I am staying here because my mother was in the hospital and got released ICU furthermore the man threatened to call the cops if I didn’t move my rig and have it towed which I think is very uncomfortable when your employee being rude to their customers the ladies work today shifts told me this man was very rude to people now I see it for my first time I think something needs to be done by this man he should not be able to get away with talking to customers like that and pushing them around

Trying to call the corporate office regarding our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh NC. Service is terrible. Black stuff coming out of the sink, broken iron…asked for a better iron, and gave me another iron. Dirty rug in the room. Waiter’s nails were Black! Everytime you asked the cleaning staff for something, their statement is, no speak English!?? For real. Front desk overcharged my son for his room. I will never stay here again, and I expect my stay be on the hotel!

the Hilton has become a 1 star hotel with no class or care about clients or guess turn them in to the FTC and consumer affairs, BBB They have third-party booking and do not disclose this to customers and additional charges are not disclosed until check-in but told by third-party bookers an exact cost

Hilton Garden Inn Terrible Experience

We checked in Hilton Garden Inn Airport on 7/13/23 for our family reunion. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The hallway air was very moist, as well as the carpet and bathroom floors in room 318. The bathroom sink gushed onto our clothing and floor. The ventilation in the bathroom was inoperative. We called the front desk and their solution was to add a washer to the sink and they also placed a dehumidifier in our room (which WE had to dump several times). These moist conditions likely contributed to the worst issue of all. We woke up to bed bug bites on 7/14/23 (bed closest to window) that led to swelling and itching. The issue was reported to the front desk and we were placed in room 213 which had absolutely no view. In most circumstances we would not accept this room, but the hotel said it was sold out. Just a terrible experience from catering to our room experience.
