Goodwill Color of the Week

Scam, Each week, Goodwill puts a color of the week out for 50% off. This week was purple. I saw workers taking all the purple off the racks and in the cart. I asked if I could go through the cart, and they said no they had to move to the back. The next Thursday is supposed to be $2 day. There will be no color tags available if they removed all.

Flat out ripped off by Goodwill

Buyer beware. After 40 years and tens of thousands of dollars see who these people are. Bought diamond earrings online. Received an empty box. Refuse to refund. Customer Support is a joke. No help to resolve. The funny think is I am disabled! It took me 4 months to save enough to purchase them. My wife’s birthday was so sad. I wrote her a poem because I had no more money. These people are ruthless and criminal. I am just sick over this. They are the last people on earth I thought would steal from and after 40 years of support. Be careful. It can happen to you. They are not about helping anymore. It is all about the money. Just try to get a live person on the phone….if anyone can help,

Complaint Department Goodwill

I like having Goodwill in my area, I live in Trumann Arkansas. I shop at the Goodwill store in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I have one complaint. Many of the items are dirty and obviously should not be placed on the floor. Many of the shoes are stained or just nasty. The Home Goods section has old wreaths and outdated items. Friends that I have spoken to say the same thing. I can see MANY items when the work area door is open . There are stacks of things. There should be newer ,cleaner things to place on the shelves! So many of the dresses are from the 80`s and 90`s. I know that more people will shop there if changes are made.
