ReplyDeletecredit Karma I Need help
ReplyDeleteGood luck with that from one consider to another
DeleteDear Sir/Madam:
ReplyDelete1) You have my credit score totally incorrect.
2) You have the terms of my credits cards totally incorrect
How can you list terms of my credit card and what the interest rate it is when you do not have a clue? How can you treat people this way ? It is very dangerous to have a company like Credit Karma in business statring the wrong terms of credit cards and also the wrong credit scoce especially when someone is purchasing a house or refinancing. Can you please explain why you do this to people? The old saying you pay peanuts you get monkees. Looking forward to you prompt reply.
Jim Edwards
Its bullshit. that when I need help and need to talk to a human being I cant!! Quit kidnapping everyone its wrong especially when people are looking to you guys for help.
ReplyDeleteI cant get into my account it tells me to change my password then when I try they tell me the account is blocked it has been blocked its been over a week know still cant get in. Starting to think the worst .What do I need to do ?

ReplyDeletelet every one know how credit karam treating you copy and past there know phone number to talk to any one about your acc.what do you do karam bad for buness loser
ReplyDeleteWent to site, filled out form, but didn't give credit card info, just clicked off site. Received an email stating....Thank you for signing up. I guess they think I'm stupid.
ReplyDeleteyour site makes mistakes and u have no phone number [email protected]
ReplyDeleteThis website is a scam and has no phone numbers to contact them. They are supposed to be free but they aren't. I will get to the bottom of this. And when I locate them we are talking a law suit. I will locate you Credit O Karma Rip Off
ReplyDeleteI keep checking my credit score I paid off all my credit cards last month and my credit score went down don't see how that helps me
ReplyDeleteI went on your web site for the free credit report and not releazing I signed up for some other company to take $29.95 out of my checking account monthly. Also it states on the site that its absolutly free, and in order to get the report I had to pay a $1.00. I know thats not alot but its also a LIE! Thats not free. Then it confusing once you get into your program. When I call the other company I was told that this happens all the time with your company because we're getting our scores and not signing up for anything else. This is false advertisement. I agree with the person above you are a Rip off and you have no phone numbers posted so therefore we can't get a hold of you. Like above I will get to the bottom of this.....
ReplyDeletehas anyone had Credit Karma send out bulletins to people in their email list?
ReplyDeleteThey have sent me a couple over the last yr
DeleteHere is a better one. The commercial touting "on the down low". Do they NOT realize the down low is referring to African AMerican males having sex with other men outside of their "straight" relationships!
ReplyDeleteWhy do you advertise "free" no credit card needed when you do ask for a credit card number and I don't mind paying the $1.00 but then in the fine print you also say that I have to call in before 30 days to cancel this "free" service. that is not free... it is a scam for those of us who get busy and forget when the time is up. nothing but a scam.
ReplyDeleteHow do i reactivate my account with credit karma
ReplyDeleteI am sick and tired of your company telling me my social does not match my email address
ReplyDelete1 I have had my Social for 57 years
2 My Email address has been the same for over 30 years
3 My Identity was stolen and The IRS Cleared me
So I would like my credit score that you advertise that's free !! I have tried and you keep saying I am not me. I have been me for 57 years. Please Fix !!!
just check with the bureaus because this is a 3rd party institution that is only figure scaling not accurate.
DeletePlease remove your TV commercials with the woman with the numbers on her arm.
ReplyDeleteThe last time we saw people walkin around with tatooed numbers was WW2-Nazi Death Camps-how inappropriate and insensitive
Whoever greenlighted this commercial should be terminated
PLEASE REMOVE IT NOW!!!!!
my credit report is all wrong ,how can I get it fixed
ReplyDeletecheck with the actual credit bureau and most of them do a 30 day or 10 day free trial and then cancel once you get your report. Credit Karma is not accurate nor does it post any accurate postings on its dash board.. Just go to the actual credit bureau and sign up for the trial period and then cancel ... Remember to get a cancelation number.. too much work, well isn't everything ???
DeleteUnbelievable Credit Karma has merged my husband's EX wife into my Credit using it as an alias for me. How stupid is that !!! Now I am having problems with my credit because her credit stinks !!!! And I can't fix !
ReplyDeleteI agree. Credit Karma is bullshit. I got blocked out because of my password and it won't let me change my password. There is no way to talk to anyone at creditkarma. I type in my question it tells me what to do and it won't accept my information.
DeleteSo credit bureaus are selling our information to Credit Karma or how else are they obtaining very personal information. What I do not understand is how they list information on their dash boards stating " Account Removed" from a particular credit bureau and when checked against that same credit bureau it shows the Account NOT Deleted. How is it that they can get this information before we (the people) are informed of it.
ReplyDeleteWhere do they get this information before the credit bureaus even update my credit report???
Please everyone, check your credit report and ignore Credit Karma.. It is a 3rd party institution that was probably sold your information (including mine) to figure scale our scores incorrectly.. And then add information on their dash board that is not even updated with the bureaus nor your own credit report.. How scary is that..
just deleted you. score drop 5 points with nobody looking at my credit score ,now you fix it , I will be contacting all credit bureaus,
ReplyDeleteneed to find out why my credit score is still very low even after stuff has been taken off. the score went up and then dropped. this really is horrible no email no phone number no answers as to why and yet it wants to threatened me about my credit score being dropped 5 points due to be anonymous.
ReplyDeletemy son sent all his information to credit karma to get a report and here a month later nothing what a scam
ReplyDeleteIs there any to contact customer service??? I need help.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 years with no success.
DeleteThis is a company that should be put out of business. If there is anyone who knows what steps are required to do this, please post it so that those who are interested can decide if they want to pursue putting this company out of business. First of all, it has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. Second, the people who make up its ONLINE SUPPORT TEAM are woefully inept. No one could resolve my issue concerning their tax return software. The answers I was given did not work and they just kept repeating the same answers even after I told them their instructions did not work. Thirdly, I had to e-file BOTH returns. I could not just file the State return by itself since they screwed up my Federal return.
