Burger King Corporate Office 

I am trying to get some answers as to why my gift card isn’t being accepted at the restaurant. I have been bounced around three times! There is no apparent way to contact bk. I was asked to pay $5 and they will hear my complaint! Seriously?

Cold, tough, and tasteless meat! I don’t think it was always this way. I used to like to go to Burger King and enjoy a fresh hot Whopper. You can still smell the burgers outside, but everything inside is pre-cooked and stored in a warming drawer. Cold or at least a little warm. Dried out. Downright chewy. I specifically asked the cashier for a FRESH burger. I told her that my last one through the drive through was awful. UGH. So what do I see? They grab another one out of the drawer. SERIOUSLY??? What happened to fresh and juicy???? What happened to HAVE IT YOUR WAY???

Does anyone from Corporate even read these??? Does anybody really care???????

Went through drive thru at 6:15 am this morning April 23. When I got the the drive thru window. A very polite lady took my money and gave me my change and food. At which point I put my change in my wallet as there was nobody behind me. Just as I was rolling up my window, a man opened the customer service window and said I had to move forward as they are timed. I was already starting to move when I stop to see what he wanted. At this point he repeated again and again ” Your still here ” ” Your still here” he just keeps it up. I was shocked. Loud and obnoxious!!

From here on in there is a McDonalds just down the street on my way to work. NEVER GOING BACK !! to any Burger King again !!

Chili cheese Whopper idea! Please consider selling chili so I can get a Chili Cheeseburger Whopper. You could also sell just chili and great hotdogs. Don’t sell just run-of-the-mill dogs – good dogs. This would help your business I am sure.

We are charged 30¢ extra for extra pickles. That is only 3 pickle slices, 10¢ per slice. That is too much for a condiment. A flavor additive for a very good hamburger.

We also order with no onions. There is no downcharge for not getting onions. The idea of the pickle uncharge is abhorrent. We can go across the street and get a deluxe deep-dish pizza, enough to feed 4 adults for less than 2 Whoppers and a medium drink. Sometimes the Pizza looks good. Other times a Whopper sounds good. With this insult of extra pricing for 3 pickle slices, the pizza is looking better all the time.We really will miss having a Whopper. Mcdonald’s is not even a consideration. They cannot come close to the flavor of your Whopper.
