  1. Was reallllllllllllllllllly dissatisfied with our local Winder,GA location. Got food for a family of 4, the burgers were skimped with toppings, such as the bacon burgers. I know they are only a$1 but reallly.. If you are losing money so badly on this item, that you feel the need to put a quarter of a piece of bacon on the sandwichtake it off your menu. Onion rings were more soggy than crispy, and the drinks tasted flat..or you could just close this location down since I know i'm probably not the only unhappy customer

    2. I am in Hawaii. I recently went to Burger King in Kapolei. We ordered 3 whoppers and some other things. While eating the whopper we noticed the color on the meat was lighter then normal and it had a funny taste. Even my dogs would not eat it and they love beef. I saved a piece and put it in a plastic bag. We went to the same location 2 days later, ordered the same thing and noticed the same thing. I saved another piece and put it in the same plastic bag. My friend works at a local lab here. I took it to him. Several days later he said the burgers were not made of beef, but plant based and full of chemicals. One chemical was glyphosphate used in bug spray and causes cancer. I knew of that. Burger King basically sold us the plant based burgers. We did not ask for them. 6 burgers total were that way. My belief is that they got a good deal on the plant based burgers and it was cheaper then buying real beef so they pulled another fast one. I have contacted the local news here, FOX and the CDC. The ball is in your court Burger King. Be on the look out at your local Burger King.

    4. HI, I travel all the time, and I see that the BEAN COUNTERS at Berger King is going to do away with eat in dining. What are you all thinking???? No one in there right mind is going to be on the road for hours on end and stop to eat and all they can get is a crappy drive through, then eat in your car! Who ever thought this idea up is a NUT!!! all you all are doing is going to KILL YOU BUISNESS because I AM NOT GOING TO EAT IN MY CAR after driving 300 t0 400 miles. I am also sure that people with there kids on vacation are going to feal the same way. So go and try to {SAVE MONEY} by being cheap and see how fast you go bankrupt. Myself will be stopping at a local Mom & Pop place to eat so I can sit relax and injoy some food at a table, instead of having a steering wheel in the way and no table. Now you can see that you are ready to loose me business forever!!!

  2. I worked as an employee in 1971 for burger king. Was a great new hamburger chain back in the day, but not anymore. These days of pre cooking the food and holding it in supposed warming trays is no way to do buisness. I have to wait quite awhile anyway so why cant you send my burger down the charcoal broiled belt when I order it so at least its fresh and hot. I wouldn't mind the extra wait. Last cheeseburger I got was less then room tempeture and cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwich. Just slapped on a cold slab od beef and passed on to coustomer. BLAH awful. What has happened to the burger king of yester year???? Can't possibly stay in buisness much longer with this dis-service to whatever customers you have left.

    1. I agree what has happened to the great Burger King we grew up with. I worked at BK as a teen and adult. Use to be BK had McDonalds beat hands down on quality and flavor. Not any more they are both yuck, but BK is by far the worst . On a scale of 1-10 1 being the best BK original chicken gets a minus 12. What is original about it, it taste like saw dust and falls apart like sawdust too. Fries horrible greasy fowl taste . The family just drove almost 10 miles to get some fries . Both kinds were terrible we brought them home gave a few to the dogs and threw them away. What a waste of money for the food and gas o line and our time. these view and others all negative are agreed upon by my parents siblings children(adults and children) aunts uncles in laws the whole family , not one has anything good to say about BK except how much we miss the old BK. SUCH A SHAME!

  5. My friend and I went into burger king in Carteret new jersey with a coupon for a free whopper jr. We were informed by the gentleman at the drive through that they don't honor coupons as per his manager and that our coupon was expired even though his manager didn't even look at it. The manager at that store is a jerk, the place is filthy and the roof leaks when it rains. Then they wonder why they aren't doing any business. If corporate America reads this then please do something about this. Thanks

The Burger king in Dodge city, ks Manager Miguel and his wife and his family that work there all are from Mexico and are not citizans here in the US, they have permission as residents to be here in the US. Not only are they residents but also take advantage of the Business and the Burger King Corporation does not what actually goes on in there bad the way they treat there employees is ridiculous. Need to pay attention what's goingon behind closed doors.

  10. Oh my GOD!!! Went to a burger king yesterday and got the worst service ever in my life. First of all I was not greeted at all. While I was waiting for my order another worker walked up got his order of onion rings reached over me onto the counter to get some sauce. No excuse me nothing. I sat down and my fries were cold. Took them back to get some new ones. The girl made the comment well he just put them up. Not nice at all. So as I went back to my table another customer said she would never come back to eat and told to pray over my food. Of course when I got back was burger was cold I was afraid to complain anymore so I just started eating. A man came in sat down in front of me and just starred at me. He was creepy. Kept asking questions. I finally got up threw my food away and l left. Sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes trying to call the store back to complain no one would answer. Had to go online next day. Will never never visit any burger king ever again.

  14. I just heard that BK is going to move headquarters to Canada, escaping taxes. I have always loved BK and took many friends there for lunch. If and when BK moves to Canada, it will show a lack of patriotism and I will no longer spend any money there. As a matter of fact, I will go to their US competitors, if only to show support for staying at home. I will tell all that can about this and I know that many Americans feel the same way. BK, show the US people that you want to stay here, not moving out of country, leaving everyone to pay your part.

  16. Dissatisfied is an understatement in regard to the service at store #5250. I received little attention due to the co-workers and the server having a full-blown conversation. The drive through was backed up. Corporate needs to conduct classes and observe this store without letting the staff know they're coming.

    2. I am sorry you have had such a bad experience, we have 3 Burger Kings in the Hammond LA area, one is brand new and I haven't been there yet, but I do have to say I don't mind going to the other 2. You are not going there for gourmet food, but for a quick bite. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get my food, but I don't mind because I see the manager is hustling the employees and they are smiling and friendly. I go there for the Rodeo Burger and would hate to have to stop going. I will continue to go in spite of corporate, they always ruin things.

As a customer this is something that I don't want to hear with my child present. I have worked in fast food for 20 plus years and I have never heard a GM be rude, nasty, hateful, degrading to employees. Do something with her before I report this to the news. 22. I was alarmed and angered to learn that Burger King has decided to remove soft drinks from the childrens' menu to placate liberal advocacy groups such as MomsRising.org and our federal government, including our "beloved" President and First Lady. Your decision is intolerable. As a result, I will boycott Burger King AND Tim Horton's restaurants until this decision is reversed, and I will urge everybody I know to do the same! You simply WILL NOT kowtow to liberal groups in ANY WAY without such consequences, as such cowardice will not be tolerated! Please contact me if you wish. Thank you for your time. Vince

I work for the Shallotte Nc Carolina store, and Kevin Patrick which is the store manager has be known to Drink while on the Job. Also he makes the schedule and then he complains that he does not have any help. He actually got on to me for having certain days off. Is not my fault he is the one that makes the schedule. Plus he is known to get on to us in front of employees and costumers. I think if he has a problem he should take us and talk to us in private. We make a mistake and he makes a big deal about it. We all make mistakes we not perfect.

  26. JOE ROSS MANAGER STORE# 8159.... I wanted your corporate office to know the kind of Manager that you are which is why I asked for your name the other day. Now to surprise you I'm not writing to complain about anything, just the opposite I want to tell them they have an excellent employee in you and your Management skills. Joe is the kind of Manager that you need in all your stores as he is customer friendly and informative to them. I have been going here for my meal of the day 3-5 days a week and always see Joe there (does this guy ever get a day off as it matters not it seems no matter what day or time I show up he's there working? I have watched him do things that most managers won't do, like mop a floor or clean off tables even the bathrooms and he does it when he has a full staff he could have do it. His store is also one of cleanest I've been in the other is in Reston (all the other locals I've been are dirty and I don't go back to them especially the one in Herndon off route 606 its always been that way and they can never get a simple order right and I stopped going there after my second trip). He informed me when he found I was a senior that at Burger King seniors are treated with not only respect but a discount of all meals all day everyday something that most especially Mcdonalds doesn't do (well Mcdonalds will give you a small cup of coffee at breakfast I guess being a multi billion dollar corporation they can't afford to give the senior population a 10% discount on all meals all day everyday not to mention there food and service has gone way down over the years in my opinion and I don't go there anymore even when I'm really hungry and they are the closes to me I go without. I eat my one meal of the day at JOE's BURGER KING almost everyday and see him there almost everyday and always find him customer friendly and helpful. thanks JOE and odds are I'll see you there tonight.

  27. Hi I am a current employee at burger king in Payson AZ 85541. I had a few questions about the general manager an her boyfriend who is the assistant general manager. I am one out of few who are being bullied an threatened by these people. She threatened to bunch me in the face if I didn't pick up my pace, cut my hours an fire me if I didn't move out of my living place because I live with another employee. She is trying to get into my personal life which is completely illegal. I come to work to work an she's trying to bully me about my personal life. Along with my roommate she is doing the same to him. Gave him a write up an cut his hers for being two minutes late an threatened to demote him from his manager spot an take his pay away. I'm sorry but this is a little extreme to me. They call their employees stupid regarded an spread roamers to other employees that there on drugs an to watch them. They are rude disrespectful an should not be running a store an I want to be able to go to work in a bully free environment. I have a child to raise an here there isn't job opportunities like most places. A work place should not be this way an it should be brought up to these people an be investigated. Me an my personal life has nothing to do with these people and they should not be threatening me when me or any other one is in the work place. It is not motivation it only brings people down an makes them think lower of them selves an I've seen people quit an walk out crying because they didn't train them an turn around an verbally abuse them for not doing it right. This needs to be handled in the right manner an these people should not have their job.

  28. Yesterday, Labor Day, I visited Burger King Store #11630. I tried to order two of your (big promotion) new cinnamon buns only to be told they are out of them and wouldn't get any until next week. The Manager told me they were also out of onion rings since the day before, and this was the case at all three stores in Aiken, SC...the 3 stores are owned by the same person. Is this company in such poor financial status that it must pay cash for supplies?, therefore no backup supplies. I also noticed that in the French fry bin there were no French fries but what looked like potato buds...they must have been from a local grocery store as I don't think BK sells potato buds. How do I get a response from BK corporate HQ as I don't see any reply to any of these comments.

  30. We visited your location #11207 on April 22,2106. I was met by what looked to be a "new" employee and was not greeted whatsoever. I ordered a "large" #1 with an extra Whopper. When our food was presented the large #1 turned out to be a medium order of which I brought this to the attention of the employee and she looked at me as though I was from outer space. Nonetheless I took the order and we were pressed for time as we were going to a hockey game. When I arrived at our table the fries were cold. I took them up to the counter and the manager Shanna replaced them for me. We were in the process of eating when my dining partner bit into their whopper and said ouch. A piece of bone was stuck in between their teeth and once it was dug out, I took the piece of bone to show to the manager and Shanna stated "I don't know how that could have happened", my instantaneous reply was "Well it did". She then took my name and advised me on my return visit I could receive a free Whopper. I then stated to Shanna that our order was for a "large" #1 and she replied that the employee was not going to be employed much longer anyways. To my utter shock, I was floored that "your" manager that represents your corporation would actually say that to a patron. I had to use the men's restroom and was met by an overwhelming stench of fecal material upon my entrance. The floor was also filthy and the urinal looked to have some fecal residue in it as well. I do have photographs of this as well as I have retained the piece of bone as well. The urinal was partially covered with plastic. The least the manager could have done was to place a sign on the door of the men's restroom alerting patrons of the disgusting appearance of the restroom which one would think would be one of the cleanest areas of the building. I did complete a survey on April 23, 2016 and never received a response. My ticket # is as follows; Fri Apr 22 2016 05:20 PM T=00L I=5 C-3262. I would love to receive a response from a responsible representative from your corporation. Sincerely, James Sylvester

The manager looked like he had just woken up from a nap in the dumpster. The cook was extremely rude to the cashier and the lobby was a complete mess. Did the online survey and never got a response so I called the corporate office and was told a supervisor would visit the store and that I would receive a call back. Still have not received a call and I'm not holding my breath for one either. I see where the crappy service trickles down from.

  32. I just can't take it anymore. The Burger King located at 6001 NE Antioch Rd, Kansas City, Missouri is deplorable. Burger King Corporation NEEDS TO RESPOND IMMEDIATELY to save the corporate reputation. This franchise needs to be taken over by someone willing to run it properly or close it down. I have lived in this neighborhood for 19 years. This has been my go to fast food restaurant over the years. And my children have worked there during their high school and college years. Today was the final straw when I went in with 4 of my grandkids and 3 other adults for a play date/lunch. Something we have done frequently over the years. When we arrived the doors were locked at 11:30am. We knocked on the doors as we could see there were workers inside. After 5 minutes we loaded into the car and drove to the drive in and were told that the lobby will remain close for the near future as they do not have enough workers to open the lobby. They will only have food available through the drive through window. We went ahead and ordered to take out to a nearby park. Paid for the food, over $40.00 and then sat there for 19 minutes to get all of the food we ordered. Nothing special, 4 kids meals, 4 whopper combos. Because they did not have the chicken we wanted and to make it easy we decided to get the same thing for all adults. Bread was extremely soggy on one. A visible hand print was over another smashed down to just over an inch, totally unappetizing to look at. All of the french fries were cold. We spoke with with the cashier and she stated that the owner doesn't care what is going on at the franchise. It was obvious because when you looked in the window the floor was filthy. I had have notion to call the food inspection hotline number. I have read numerous reviews of this establishment on the local facebook pages. And while at the park we had a conversation with 4 other people about the Burger King. I understand that word of mouth builds up and tears down a business. For now I am through with this location. And just pray that someone in the Corporate Office would care enough to check into this. Undercover Boss would be amazed at the lack of respect for the business and the customers. Please. Do what needs to be done.

  33. I visited BK with my grandchildren today. There were several other children in the store as well. The food was okay and the staff was nice, but there was a TV blaring with what I deemed inappropriate for children. In fact, one of the commentators said that what they were about to show may not be appropriate for all viewers. This is not a place for this garbage. My seven year old grandson does not need to see violent goings-on in the middle East. This is the review I posted on YELP.

I had taken my grandchildren to the park and decided to take them to eat. My grandson said he wanted Burger King nuggets.  The staff was nice, and the food was the usual fast food that kids go for.  My problem?  The very large television beaming down on us showing the disgusting political arena of 2016, and also treating the children to some of the violence going on in the Middle East. This is a place where people take children.  A seven year old and a two year old do not need to be exposed to this. There were also other families in there with their children. When I asked the staff if they could turn it off or change the station, they explained that they did not have control of the TV and that they had orders from above that it was to stay put.  Fine.  I will take the kids elsewhere from now on.  They can take their nuggets and shove them where the sun never shines.  Nuff said. (I almost forgot. Another customer told me that he hated the channel also because it shows nothing but this garbage all day long.  He was also told the station couldn't be changed.)

  40. Today I had the worst experience at #BurgerKing #mybkexperience store # 12003 located at 2229 Bessemer Rd. Birmingham, Al. 35208.

I went to order the coupon special (8802 I believe) consisting of two croissants, hash browns, and coffee. I was informed at the intercom that the water wasn't/hadn't been working since opening that morning due to a leak, which means they had to cut the water off. I was told because of this I couldn't get coffee or a drink as a beverage. I was told the only thing I could get was orange juice and I would have to pay a $0.49 upcharge for it. So I said your not able to provide the entire content that is advertise for this meal beginning coffee and your not willing to substitute my coffee for an orange juice. The lady said I don't know, I replied thats what the meal comes with so what are you all going to substitute my coffee for. Still no answer, until she said drive to the 1st window. I did I ask the young man what's going on is my coffee going to be substituted for the orange juice? He replied they charge a premium for orange juice if the individual desire it, but considering there's no water to make coffee I believe your going to get it for free. I gave him my debt card he ran it for the $4.40. I got to the the second window the manager (Johnny) came you will have to pay $.49 for the orange juice. I said I have to pay to get the only beverage you all have for my meal when the one I want and actually comes with the meal u can't provide. No sir, I will not. He cowardly looked away from me and said nothing. Then he said they are working on the water now so it will be available shortly. I respond sir I am a professional I'm in route to work I don't have the leisure to wait until your establishment fixes it's issues (and how dare he insinuate I could wait for that). I said you can refund me my money because I'm not taking a loss not getting a beverage when the coupon says I get one and I'm not paying extra for something I didn't truly want. He went into the register and refunded me 4.40 in cash not even asking if I wanted it place back on my card. His pride lost a sell of $4.40 to save $.49...... imagine how many people did the same because of his unprofessional customer service and awful practices of leadership and supervision.

#BurgerKing for an organization to hold the motto "Have it your way" store # 12003 has failed miserably. Your management (Johnny) is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. It's one issue that the individuals who work there are dress sloppy, but to have nasty attitudes to match is unacceptable. Question: If the location had no water how were they open. Isn't it part of your health inspection to have running water and access to hot water for cleaning and meal preparation? How are ya'll cleaning up, cleaning utensils & grill, or washing your hands? I suggest you educate the management at this establishment on customer service, organizational behavior, branding, and marketing so this won't happen again. I USE to go to Burger King a few times a week for breakfast at this location despite the long wait; however, I will no longer be spending my money at a business whom don't value customer service, honor their advertisements, or substitute as needed to make the customer happy when they have done something wrong!!!

Because of the representatives at that location I took my refund right next door to McDonald's your competitor and allowed them to put a smile on my face as the say "I'm Loving it"!!!

Miserable fail #BurgerKing loss your slogan obviously store 12003 doesn't understand it and fails to epitomize it.

I WILL BE SHARING MY STORY OF DISCONTENT!!!

  41. WHEN are you going to to something about this full out disrespect your franchise has for the police depts across the US? When 1 of your "restaurants" is getting robbed, you would no doubt expect the police to come in a take a bullet to save your people. You would expect them to do everything they can to find anyone who commits any crimes towards your businesses yet you continue to have your employees constantly disrespecting cops with a single thing being done. It is more often than not that these issues take place at Burger King than any other fast food joint around so it's clearly a Corp thing and not just individual cases. My business after decades of loyalty is gone along with my whole family since there are a few police officers in my family. I and ALL of them will do our best to report and continue to report any and all issues that are proven. Hopefully we get a response in the MEDIA that you are going to fix this, but my guess is we will be celebrating you closing of stores is the most likely case.I hope the next time someone robs your joints, the cops ignore all request for help, to bad THEY have integrity and will still do their jobs to the best of their ability.....unlike you cowards/scum.

  42. This came off of Facebook and is circulating. Perhaps someone at the corporate level might want to address this:
    ---

Ladies and Gentleman of the Line!!
I was the Officer who was served a burger at Burger King at 4004 Cleveland Avenue in Ft Myers with dirt in it, At first I thought it was just burned old bacon, I was hungry and ate the burger, at the last bite I saw dirt and grit on the burger. In disgust, I threw it out of the window. I quickly noticed that my receipt had big block letters with the word POLICE on it. this has never been the case previously. I went inside and made contact with the manager who said "sorry, what do you want me to do?" Just before speaking to the manager the staff member from the drive thru asked "what the matter officer something wrong with your order?" Then she and the other staff had a good laugh. Some day we first responders just want to grab a quick bite because we are overwhelmed with calls, and this is how we are treated. I contacted cooperate offices and they said "not our problem we'll have the franchise owner contact you", When contacted by the franchise owner he said "It is impossible for dirt to get into food, you're crazy!"
So to my brothers and sisters I say this. only eat at safe places and check your food before hand. EXCELSIOR!!!!!!

  43. It is obvious that Burger King doesn't give a rats butt about their locations. The location at 9252 N. Newport Hwy, Spokane, WA has the worst customer service and Burger King has lost our business because of these idiots working there. I specifically asked my receipt so I could take a survey and they gave me the receipt that doesn't have the survey code on it on purpose. They never give receipts unless you ask for them but just not the ones with survey codes on them. They are EXTREMELY slow and their attitude sucks. And the Burger King corporate headquarters doesn't care because they don't make it easy to contact anyone about complaints. So goodbye Burger King and Hello McDonalds. And I will be posting on all social media about this problem and recommending they take their business elsewhere.

& nobody from that store has even called me to see how I was doing, but I guess once your gone nobody cares anymore.I think this store needs an attitude adjustment. What do you think about that??

since I lost my Wife. She just stared at me & didn't say a word until my order came up & she handed me my order & didn't say a word. & I thought this was very rude of her to ignore me & not even ask me how I was doing after my wife's passing.

  46. Dear Burger King, You already have the best burger hands down. Why are you always trying to reinvent Burger King? I hate to tell you but your tacos suck to the moon and back. We first tried the tacos on the east side of town-yuck. We gave them another try on this side of town-yuck!! They were too hard to bite, full of grease, very dark,no meat, taste only of hot sauce, looked like they were made hours ago and kept in a oven the whole time. I know it is often crazy to expect food to look like what is shown on TV but this to the extreme wrong way!!!!

We go thru background checks by the local police, county sheriff, state police and FBI. If we are refused service, we will put Burger King Restaurants on the DO NOT Patronize list on the internet.

  48. WHEN STOPPING AT BURGER KING IN MCCALLA, GA. OPERATED BY BRANDAN C. , MANAGER, WE HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOUR 32 MINUTES AND THERE WAS ONLY 4 CARS IN LINE (WE WERE NO. 3). WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO THE WINDOW TO PAY, IT TOOK ANOTHER 22 MINUTES TO GET OUR ORDER. MY SUGGESTION TO CORPORATE ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS TO CLOSE THIS BURGER KING LOCATION AND LET MCDONALDS MOVE IN. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I'VE EVER HAD. AGAIN, I SUGGEST THIS LOCATION SHOULD SHUT DOWN.

  49. Went to Burger King in Grandview Mo. At the order speaker there was a sign taped to it that said " Must have exact change as we have no coins and cannot make change. There are 2 banks (one next door and other across the street).Got a Whopper Jr. burger with large onion rings.
They put 1 onion ring sauce in the bag for a LARGE order. I asked for a couple of more and was told that costs extra .27 for each. REDICULOUS! But I gave them .55 and got 2 more. They didn't offer me my penny overage and I had just given them 4 with my order, but I won't quibble about it.
I left, and was eating. My burger was cold as were the onions rings that were also stale like they had been sitting in the warmer for quite a while. I ended up feeding them to the dog. And not one napkin in the bag. Guess they charge extra for those as well.
I haven't been to this Burger King in quite a while and now I remember why!
I won't be back EVER!!! I will give my business to Dairy Queen across the road every time! May cost a bit more, but my food is ALWAYS fresh and hot! And when I ask for extra condiments, I get all I need at no extra charge.
    Bye bye forever BK!

  50. Was at Burger King in labelle Florida this morning around 10:15 order breakfast and was told no cokes machine is broken, while I was there people from drive thru kept coming in with their orders wrong and they seems to keep filling orders that were all ready gone, duplicates, I went to sit and had to clean my table while 4 of the employees stood at counter talking about their social lives, there is no reason why one person can not walk the dining room and clean tables. Ok regardless of all this after I said something on social media I was told by other people that the soda machine has be down for weeks and no one seems to know when it will be repaired. This Burger King lost its manager a few weeks back to a promotion and has not been the same since, poor service, unclean and poor attitudes by the employees, Corp really needs to send someone in to observe them secretly and file a report.

Hi, My name is Fred. I ordered take out this afternoon. My order was taken and very quickly filled. I moved down the line because I didn't want to be in the next customer's way. I got my order and left. A couple of hours later, a young man came to my home with my wallet which I had left on the counter while inserting the straw into my drink. I MUST THANK THE YOUNG MAN, THE RESTAURANT MANAGER, AND YOU, BURGER KING for caring to personally care for me, the customer. CONGRATULATIONS NOT JUST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TO A GRATEFUL CUSTOMER

  53. The girl who took my order was rude very unpolite. I was the one saying thank you she didn't even acknowledge or say anything back to me. I was charged close to $13.00 for a combo at burger king. Okay no problem I will spend $13 plus if I have to, but be prepared to give me my money's worth. If you want to charge me more than a combo from in & out or the habit burger make sure your food is on par and freshly made to theirs. The sourdough was not toasted at all,the burger patties where not flame broil that is a lie. You can tell these were microwaved patties. The fries were not cooked. they were a white color and soggy. Disgusting food really. I have never paid this much money and been this dissatisfied I work hard for my hard earned money. And have many choices to decide where to spend it. This will definitely not be one of the places in the future. Wendy's food is 100 times better and their prices are about 1 dollar less. I made a huge mistake giving burger king a try and paying so much for my meal. if this was a $5 meal I wouldn't bother reviewing since you get what you paid for. In this case I paid 3 times for than I should have, given what was given to me. Never again.

  57. Burger King used to have the advertising slogan: "Have it your way; special orders don't upset us." However, restaurants in the Burger King chain are the only fast-food outlets where I consistently encounter problems getting what I order. I encountered this problem from my former residence in Maryland to South Carolina where I currently reside. Why is it so difficult to get a PLAIN burger? Once, in MD, I asked for a plain CHEESEBURGER and I was asked if I wanted cheese with it. Really? Burger King is the only fast-food chain where I MUST check my order before I leave if I have any chance of getting it "my way".

  58. My latest experience at my local Burger King was appalling to say the least. The food was good as it usually is however the window attendant was not only rude but certainly was not dressed apropriately for working in the food industry. I witnessed his waistband fall completely below his buttocks several times while I waited for my order to be filled. he was continously pulling up his pants then right back to handling food. Needless to say it was impossible for me to enjoy my meal. I find it hard to believe that there is no dress code that must be followed on a company level.

They're not even open when they say they're going to be open. The food quality is by far the worst it is ever been. It's gotten so bad Google can't even find a good review. I used to work at Burger King years ago and we were the best around now you look at the Quality and the people working it's shameful. Why not just close down Burger King and quit disappointing people.

  60. Burger King CEO and administration you should really check on the bottom of the rung of service. Looking at the complaints, someone should be looking at the staff that is running the restaurants. My husband and I are on a fixed income so we go to Burger King and use the coupons to get our food. We generally go to Burger King store #25462 in Sebastian, FL. Almost every time we order our food at the drive thru, there is a mess up with the order. Wrong drinks, no sauces, incomplete order, no french fries and other problems. It is all I can do to convince my husband to continue to go to Burger King. If this is the best service Burger King can supply, Something should be done to correct it.....and it is NOT to raise wages to $15/hour!
We love that Burger King offers Pepsi products but really should have checks and balances on employees that can't even fill simple orders.

Your Dunkirk, MD location needs to be trained in customer service. What's worse than that is the way the manager, Jeremy, runs things. No one EVER answers the phone and when they do they act as if you are bothering them. Oh and if they don't mail a W2 for taxes, well good luck getting one. At this point since nobody has helped my son get his, we are contacting a lawyer. This is RIDICULOUS that we have been asking for tax forms since February 1st and still haven't gotten the correct instruction to get them.

  63. For the 3rd time in about 4 weeks, the local BK in Albemarle NC just can't get their s#1t together and make a sandwich to order. What is so difficult about a Whopper with cheese and ONLY mustard and ketchup?? The first time, I got home and just threw the food away. I'm allergic to raw tomatoes. The second time just about 2 weeks ago, I got the BOGO, with fries, and the Whoppers had everything but the kitchen sink on them. Again...in the trash, but a call with the manager, at least offered me a free meal or two for the mistake. I thought.."problem solved". Sunday I went again with a coupon for a free Whopper, and the girl at the window was absolutely clueless and had me drive to the window. She was even trying to charge me for TWO Whoppers! At anyrate, the manager was at the window by that time and straightend out THAT mess, but when I got home....another Whopper with everything on it. I was PISSED! I called and drove 6 miles to get my food the way I wanted it and paid for it to be. The manager threw in a "free" order of fries for my trouble, but fries don't cover my gas, my time, my aggravation, my milkshake that was like milk when I got home. I don't know which is worse, the workers or the managers. I've worked in the restaurant business for years, and this is ridiculous beyond words. McDonalds sucks, but BK is running a really close second right now. From now on I'll just go to Wendy's. It's closer anyway. BK USED to be THE place for a good burger or a Yumbo, but not anymore, and if you own stock with them, sell it before you lose your a$$. Just sayin'

When I asked if I ordered a CH King Delux would I get a free Whopper, they said 'No'. And I saw a sign for their Frozen Drinks and ordered a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. They said they only had Frozen Coke. I declined. I used to frequent this Burger King on a regular basis. Maybe not anymore.

  66. I was holding conversation with a friend about somethings that I faced going into Burger King. A word of advice for those who live in the city or passing through and can go for a burger. The best advice to give them is stay away from the dump off of 2820 Bragg Boulevard. Some questions were being asked and right off the back I gave them some reasons which was more of an opinion. I may say one thing and others will agree or disagree. The reason I am saying stay away from 2820 Bragg Boulevard Fayetteville NC. Whenever I'm in town I often stop by a BK and unfortunately this is the closest to the school I use to go to. First concern is the manager they have various managers and the time I was in there earlier it was for breakfast and the manager was some fat, bald headed black dude. I came in early because I had a meeting at the job and my goal was to come in and grab something to eat and leave. I was the first customer so there should've been no excuse on why I was not being served. You would hear them say we have been underbooked or understaff however if you see one customer you should take out the time and take the order. Common sense should kick in that the sooner you take the customers order the faster you won't see them. Here is where I am going to grill the manager that was there earlier. The manager believed it was more important for them to stand outside and getting high, smoking a joint than actually working. The big picture he was missing was you need our money. Money to help keep your crappy restaurant working and operating so that way you can make some chump change to take care of your poor, pitiful families finding a way to barely get by on rent living in some cheap apartments located in the hood. You all need jobs but if you believe in being lazy not doing a thing but smoking a joint using understaff as an excuse they maybe you should seek employment elsewhere and find somebody who can take your job serious. This was my second incident with the folks at this location. If you are in the area don't go to this place. Service was really bad I was going to take my shoe off and throw it in the back so that way they would have been aware that I was there. When it came to me talking to the afternoon manager I talked to her after I called corporate about the incident and then the store manager called me and we talked and I said listen I get the fact that you all are the slowest, nastiest, greasiest, joint down south and you will often use the shortage of staff as an excuse. But its people like us who give you money to keep this business running without the money you all would be out of a job. Case in point do your job and tell the employees if they feel obligated that by ignoring customers refusing to serve them including spitting in their food and not washing their hands and doing inappropriate things with their hands while working around others food then corporate should intervene. I gave an Option A call all the workers including rookies, recruits and people who should've been gone and let them know about the difference between being professional and being non professional. Having the conversation when it came to hiring those who make up the store and the positions. Showing the supervisor leniency giving her the benefit of the doubt or Option B I can petition and in the snap of a finger having the entire staff LAID OFF with a chance of me not losing a bit of sleep over my decision

  67. I have been a customer of Burger King for years and prefer Burger King over all of its competitors.

Yesterday, July 4th, I placed an order by using the phone app. I gave them plenty of time to prepare the order before going to pick it up (order #36 - hamburger, fries & a fish sandwich). When I went to the drive up window, there was an older woman who was suppose to be working there but instead, she was busy having an extended conversation with the woman in the car in front of me. Once your worker (?) glanced over at me but then continued her conversation. After 4 1/2 minutes, the conversation finally ended and I pulled up to the service window. The woman then asked me what my order was (I had already given my order # at the outside order station). I repeated "order 36." The order was not ready and in fact, it took an additional 7 minutes to get it. I could hear the workers inside just chatting on and on. If I hadn't already paid for the order on the phone app, I would have driven away without the food. AWFUL service!!!
    Thank you.

After 2 bites, I removed the ham and threw it away because it was more salty than anchovies. I took one more small bite and threw the croissant away. This sandwich was inedible. Your fries are delicious but this sandwich was horrible. Next time I will just go across the street to Biscuitville and get a ham biscuit there. Maybe McDonalds. Their service is erratic and their food is mediocre. Their coffee is great. I am striking BK off my list.

This order was a total disappointment. The order was a Mix n’ Match for $6.00.I ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich plus the Impossible Burger. One large French fry and 4 PC Ghost pepper Nuggets.
    Total $8.69
When I picked up the order at the Drive Thru window the cashier handed me my order in a bag and
when I was about to drive out, she mentioned that the chicken nuggets were regular because they ran out of ghost pepper nuggets. I was not please being informed that the nuggets I ordered were changed without asking. But there is much more disappointment when I got home with this order. Instead of a chicken sandwich and an impossible burger each, I got two cold impossible burgers, half box cold, burnt fries and chicken nuggets. I called this location number three times to complain, no one answers the phone.
Headquarters need to look into this franchise and the attention the employees there are a providing when filling orders, especially on a Sunday. Food quality and portions are never consistent here.
This particular order from Burger King was a waste of my time and lost money for awful food that I threw out. Management needs to make changes and provide proper training and supervision at this Burger King location.

  75. Hello who in the world own # 5772 Burger King in Perry, FL 32347? Whos is the district manager? who is the managers? They need to come and get their store in order it is the worst BK, we just left from there and we was in line at the drive-thru for 20 min to even get to the speaker to place our order and then set another 15 min only for the lady to come on the mic and say our system is down so I can't take your order WOW! so I had to get out of my car and go to 5 cars behind me and let them know they had to back up because they can't take any orders because the system is down, to me that is crazy because 20 years ago when I worked at a Burger King and the system go down we manually took orders. And it's not just today this is an on going thing or they will say we don't have enough employees or we don't have any milkshake, we don't have any meat. The owner of this BK should be a shame of their self seem like to me they just want the money from the business. If you go inside it's the same way and look nasty inside, look like everything it almost broke they don't want to fix anything shame on the owner. Some body need to do something this is not right, the people in the town have to get out of the line and go to another restaurant, just like Thursday Nov 18, 2021 we was in line at the drive-thru and it took us 40 min to get our food and 8 cars pulled out of the line and went to McDonald this should not be. DO SOMETHING OWNER OF BK!!!

This is supposed to be fast food, the body language of the staff does not display any sense of urgency in the way they prepare your order.

I can go on and on, but I will give them some time as the Providence outlet is only a few weeks old.

  77. I LOVE BK from since I was a kid. Now getting a good whopper is like gambling. I went to a location by my house and it was delicious and the very next day I went back & it was trash. My opinion is there's way too many mexican people that don't care about quality and consistency. I bet if you check all of the locations that have went under or low volume they are predominantly mexican staffed.

  78. I went to the local Burger King in Albemarle NC to get the whopper for 37 cents as advertised on TV and on the radio only to be told I needed a coupon to get it.. I received a sheet of coupons earlier in the week, so when I got back home and found NO 37 cent coupon I was highly upset. This is no way to run a business. Neither the TV commercials nor the radio commercials said that you needed a special coupon...I will think a long time before I go back to Burger King...If this is the way you do Business..I will not longer do business with Burger King!

  80. I am a Burger King customer. I received an email from Burger King on Christmas that said something like: "Merry Christmas from the KING." Please know that I have rarely been so offended in my life. There is a King of Kings and Lord of Lords. It is possible that the person who created this ad campaign will only bow to Him after his retirement from working in advertising and after his death. All of Burger King (internationally) is a dwarf compared to this King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The disrespect and true intellectual ignorance in this pun has diminished my interest in Burger King and my interest in spending money at Burger King. What conceit. Truly.

  81. TODAY AT THE SALEM, OHIO BURGER KING RESTURANT I WAS TREATED VERY RUDE BY THE SHIFT MANAGER BECAUSE I SUGGESTED THAT THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAITED ON ME DID NOT HAVE TO BE SO SNOTTY TOWARDS ME BECAUSE SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG. THE MANAGER SAID TO ME DEFENDING HER EMPLOYEE " THANK YOU, AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN !!! " IT IS GETTING TO BE THIS WAY EVERYWHERE.

  84. I ordered two milk shakes, two frozen cola sodas , one whopper, and had it delivered by Grub hub mobile and only received two sodas, one whopper, no milk shakes. a driver named Ian claimed he attempted to call me, yet no record exist. The Burger King rep. claims no responsibility for the order. The Burger King store #2367. The address 330 Central Avenue , Jersey City, NJ 07307. The transaction ID : 76621-65001-10313-020743 with a total price 32.87. What kind of swindle is going on with your stores and the delivery service?

  85. The new Burger King in Grain Valley, MO has the absolute worst construction I've ever seen and the food is horrible! The flag pole is leaning to the left really bad, drive thru and parking lot has mud and construction debris everywhere. Does corporate not have any inspections once a restaurant is open?

  86. https://www.yelp.com/biz/burger-king-valley-springs
Read the comments on the Burger King in Valley Springs CA. Complaints to the corporate office go unresponded to and it seems a fair conclusion that Burger King Corporate doesn't intend to do anything about this franchise.

  87. I stopped at Burger King in Kings Mtn. n.c. on Jan.24,2022 at 3:58 pm and there was no one in the parking lot or drive-thru, after I got home and open my sandwiches I found out why. My whoppers were awful!! There was one pickle on each whopper, 3 pieces of very small cut lettuce, very little to no ketchup or mayo. What has happen to this company? You had a GREAT sandwich better than anyone and now I would feed it to my cat or dog. I know things are hard and to get good people to work is a problem but the people that are there to work should take pride in their job
or Burger King is going out of business fast. It's funny there is a Wendy's across the road from this burger king and they are always full in the drive-thru and parking lot.

  88. The Burger king at Smokey Point Washington is a disaster. They shut down randomly during the day. Put cones out. Don't process people's orders. One person posted, he had an online order and when received there was a bite out of his burger. DoorDasher can't even get their orders. This place is a disaster.

  89. It is sad that the Burger Kings in Springfield Missouri USA have fallen below par. Stores understaffed, new hires getting written up for not being properly trained. In the store tonight I overheard an employee telling a manager that they could not do that job because they were not trained on that position. The employee was written up and told to do the job and learn it. At the same time that employee was expected to also work their own position. After trying for over a month to get a milk shake out of the Kearny Street store. I was told that GM did not want it fixed because she does not like making shakes. Considering I frequent this BK and see new faces I can only assume that turn over is high. Unfortunately it does not seem to be an employee issue, but that a management issue. The GM and the immediate managers above the GM are reported as being down right nasty to their employees. According to labor law and employee does not have to put up with said verbal abuse, not even from a manager. It is my professional opinion as a secret shopper, food service worker, and business owner that the Franchises Management in Springfield Missouri USA needs to be reviewed and replaced. On several occasions the immediate management has broken health code by allowing people not employed by Burger King to enter the kitchen area (children, husbands, and boyfriends). This is especially frowned upon during this time with a Pandemic going on. After personally hearing management arguing with the above mentioned employee. I will not be frequenting any Burger Kings or any other chain that Restaurant Brands International has anything to do with.

  90. Well, I've had it.
I place an order and am told the ice cream machine is broken.
I get home and stuff is missing.
But I have stayed loyal in spite of screw-ups.

Today is the day that broke the camel's back.
    I ordered food.
I took advantage of the $1 fries that YOU ADVERTISED.
It wasn't there when the invoice came up.
    Not a big problem.
Your app is terrible, as has been attested to by so many of your managers that I have spoken to across the eastern United States.
I bought my wife a soft serve vanilla ice cream. I asked for chocolate sauce on it as she likes a chocolate sundae. They said they can't even though they have been doing it for weeks and months. 10 cents of chocolate sauce is going to break the bank? I told them "FINE" in a very irritated voice. I got to the window and told them they have been doing it for a long time. It's for my wife, not for me. It's a thoughtful gesture that I like to surprise her with. But your franchise has to squeeze that dime profit, huh??! Well, they got their revenge. They tore the fries bag and the fries were all over the bottom of the bag. I am erasing the BK app and will log onto the McDonalds app. Customer service??? Negative. Bye-bye. I won't be back.

  91. I ordered a big fish and onion rings. I received 6 onion rings and 5 were burnt, crispy, and uneatable. BK truly has the best onions out there, but this order broke my heart

  92. I can not give you a store number because when i asked for one they dont have a receipt machine. I know they dont give receipts because they would get complaints. 605 North Hwy 190 E, Covington, La 70433. This location should have been shut down a long time ago because it is so poorly ran by management. As a store manager for a nationwide company this would be unacceptable in our company. Is there no district manager or regional manager checking on your stores to make sure they are running properly. These employees have the worst attitudes when i go to this location that i have had to tell the person at the window that he was the most unfriendliest person working this window with customers. One time i ordered doordash and he called to tell me they were out of burgers did i want chicken. WHAT! if i wanted chicken i would have ordered popeyes I wanted a burger thats why i ordered buger king BURGER king home of the whopper not home of the CHICKEN. How does burger king run out of BURGERS. Not suprised this location has always been terribly ran by its management. I think a lot of your locations are not being taken care of by your district managers and they are not doing their jobs like they are suppose to be and its running your businesses down and sooner or later they will close because nobody wants to deal with the RUDE employees that are hired like they dont want to be there and the always not having something because management does not order enough food amd take care of your business the way you hired them to do. I believe that you have really good food and people love it but the people you hire that work in these locations are going to run your business in the ground due to the attitudes and the lack of food. We work hard for our money and if we choose your place of business to spend our hard earned working money we should not have to get attitude like we are bothering them attitudes when we go there to get a meal. When you go through to order they talk to you like what do you want instead of hi welcome to burger king can i take your order NO its like what you want. Fix this place or shut it down because us hardworking people should not be dealing with attitudes and always out of something because you chose these people to wait on us. DO BETTER FOR YOUR COMPANY OR ITS GOING TO BE RUN INTO THE GROUND BY YOUR NASTY MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES.

  93. It is appalling that Burger King is still doing business in Russia. Your Russian profits are paid with the blood of Ukrainians. This is reminiscent of corporations that collaborated with enemy forces in World War II.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I enjoy many of your products. But until you suspend operations in Russia during their invasion and war with Ukraine, I will be suspending my visits to any of your restaurants. Instead, McDonalds will receive more of my business. They are doing the right thing - putting people before profit.

  95. I have a question, why is it that you waste money on those window timers?? the managers takes your money and makes you pull up and wait 10 minutes to get your order I ask why do I have to pull up no one is behind me they say we on a timer this really ticks me off and I was just wondering why you even bother with them on?? the store I use is on tyndall parkway panama city fl.

  96. To whom it may concern i visited store #5631 in Indianapolis to purchase the new burger melts advertised and to my dismay the sandwich was poorly represented bread not toasted none of the fixing added my order was for upsized to large was charged as much but given small sides I am not sure if anything will come from this but as we emerge from a time where Covid has kept people in this is not how these well known franchises should be represented

  97. I have decided that I will no longer purchase food from Burger King at 4502 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521. For as long as I can remember, Burger King's slogan was "Have it your way". with that in mind, I am always very deliberate in ordering exactly what I want, in the correct order, right down to the condiments. I will say, at this point, my wife has a medical condition which makes her mouth exceptionally sensitive. Something as benign as tomato sauce can set her mouth on fire because it is too spicy.

The first time it happened, I ordered a #2, all the way, with no cheese, add bacon. When I get home, she takes a bite, screams, and throws the burger down. We open it up to find a fistful of jalapenos on the burger. We ended up throwing the burger away and she ate cereal for dinner, but her mouth was on fire the rest of the night. I understand that mistakes can be made, so I just called the store and told them about it. Apparently, BK also sells a Texas Bacon something or other, but I emphasized that was not what I ordered.

A few weeks later, I got the same #2 burger for her, and the same thing happened. This time I took it back to the store and had them remake the order. Before leaving the store, I pull over and check the burger. Well kiss my ass... there is a pile of jalapenos sitting in the middle of the remade burger. They finally got it right on the 3rd try. After I got home, I called the store and spoke to the person in charge to be sure that they were aware of the issue.

So tonight, I go to Burger King and again, I order a #2, no cheese add bacon. When I get home, she takes a bite of the burger, and throws this one down. So guess what? ... there’s a pile of jalapenos on this burger too. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. Third time’s a charm. No more BK for us. It’s safer to stay home and have a bologna sandwich.

PS: Tonight, I ordered, for myself, a Big Fish and a Big King. I got home with 2 Big Kings. My daughter’s order, however, was correct.

  102. Burger King, located on Westbank Expressway, service has been a sore spot for patrons for the last two years. Now that COVID is less problematic I see no reason restaurants shouldn't be able to serve in-house patrons on a regular basis. On their marquee, they show the "dining room" open. Previously this wasn't there but now that it is, they should honor it. I'm not a fan of Burger King at this time. I wonder how many more have come to that conclusion. If you can serve drive through you can serve in-house patrons. Regards Your system to report problems also stinks.

  103. The San Angelo,TX.76904 3333 Knickerbocker Rd. Store #:2054 On Saturday APR 23,2022 at 12:12pm I witnessed a special needs lady and her mother come in to BK to dine and relax on a Saturday afternoon just to enjoy the weekend. BUT instead she accidentally spilled her drink because she was blind. So...Her mother called upon the staff to help with the mess. ONLY to be LAUGHED at by the staff of male teenage rejects. The only one kind and smart enough was the only female on site that day she took charge in cleaning up the mess and replacing the lady's drink.
If action is not taken! You're company will regret not doing so. Nice people in TEXAS DON'T MESS around so I suggest YOU LISTEN AND DO WHAT I TOLD YOU!!! To take care of it. And I suggest you also visit each and every location to also correct any and ALL problems. Lets also see a national NEWS apology so that WE THE PEOPLE can once again believe in great customer service. Remember I'm calling you OUT! please DO the RIGHT thing. I will also leave a survey with the receipt I got. It will be a negative review which in turn will DRIVE the company stocks into the ground. Remember... To do the right thing.

  105. A location in Cleveland, Ohio got8 - yes, 8 - delivery orders in a row wrong. The range of incompetence ranged from the ice cream ALWAYS missing to an entire order being 100% wrong. In order to finally get the ice cream, I had to order 7 of them and only got 4. Customer service was nice at first, and gave me partial or full refunds on the first 3. But then they emailed me and said they cannot issue any more refunds now or on the future. Had the orders been correct, there would have been no need to submit that items were missing! Total incompetence!

I went to your location at Centennial Blvd. in Chillicothe last night. I placed my order through your 'App'. Your App took my order, also took money from my Gift Card, but when I arrived to get my food, the drive-thru was lined up. I got in line . . . slowly moving up in the line . . . got to the speaker and told them I had a Mobile Order. NO RESPONSE! I continued to try and communicate with the personal, but NO ONE WAS HOME!
At this point I had been there 45 minutes. I pulled around to the window to see a DARK Restaurant. You got my $30 but I got NOTHING in return.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE FOR WHATEVER REASON, YOU SHOULD PUT UP A "CLOSED" SIGN!!!!!!!
I called the restaurant today asking for a manager, who was suppose to call me back, but 'guess what', NO CALL BACK!!!
    I guess I am just OUT $30!!!!!!

  107. I would like to make a recommendation. How about serving breakfast all day like McDonald's does. At the very least extend breakfast hours on weekends. Who the hell is eating burgers at 10/10:30 am? On weekends it should at least be 11:30 am.

  109. Posting on behalf of the customer who had the following experience. I hope someone in charge can DO something at this franchise!
In some way or another, I deal with this every day. If you don't have any respect for people with disabilities, I just want you to know that our rights for accessible parking are a law for a reason. If you don't have a reason to use an accessible parking spot, then please don't use it. I don't care if the whole parking lot is empty, it's meant for people who need it.

    Store address
400 Cooper Point Road Olympia Washington 98502

    Hello,
I am a loyal Burger King customer that is extremely disappointed with the actions of a Burger King employee.

When I arrived at the location on Cooper point, I noticed that one of the disabled parking spots was being used by someone without legal permission,. IE... They did not have a disabled placard or license plate.

After ordering my double cheeseburger, I asked the employees if anyone knew who had parked in the disabled parking spot. The person that appeared to be the manager, aggressively responded to my question by saying that the property was "private property" and he did not have to abide by the laws for people with disabilities. His reasoning was that he refused to park anywhere outside of Burger King's surveillance camera due to the criminal activity of "downtown Olympia". He also refused to move his vehicle and asked me to leave the property as I was not welcome. At this point, I knew that arguing with this person was pointless because they did not value the priority of disabled parking for people with disabilities. I have a strong feeling that Burger King is not in line with this opinion. Not only did I feel threatened, but I also felt discriminated against.

To make this right, I believe that your employee should be reprimanded, and Burger King should strongly enforce the right for customers to have access to handicap parking. There is no excuse for this type of behavior.
