Went to the location in Newnan ga yesterday for lunch service was good food was cold sent my chicken Parmesan back. When it was brought out chicken was hot sweet potato was still cold. I didn’t say anything at that point I didn’t have the time for my food to go back to the kitchen

Why have you discontinued the long bone lamb chops? We had them about a month ago, served over mashed potatoes and spinach. They were absolutely delicious!!!! We were going to your restaurant in Greenville, NC tonight, until we found out you no longer have them.

I have told your management at your Cleveland TN location…….. twice. That in the foyer the wall scones are about to fall off the wall (that fasteners are pulling out of the drywall) there’s a heavy glass globe on it. Wouldn’t want someone to get hurt. In the same foyer, the wall heat electrical cover is gone and kids play with the wires if they’re not careful.

I with 15 of my Red Hat Group just had ,

Lunch at 1350 Science HWY Snellville, GA 30078, We had so many problems and Ben the manager on duty was terrible, one lady waited so long for her food that we had to ask why, the when they brought it out it was not the right order, Ben took it back, then it came back out raw so then Ben took it back again then it came back out like a piece of rubber. Then he came back over and said well this is the best we can do so then he said it’ll be fine I spoke up for my friend and I said this steak this meal today is going to better be on the house so then when it was all said and done everything was over we were there for two hours. I understand we had a large group but we go there at least once a month I said this date should be on the house because you’ve had to come over here so many times this is not right and he said no it’ll be fine so when the bill came for like 17/17 dollars I wrote on the bill sorry but after this many problems, this state better be on the house so he came back over and said let me explain let me explain. I said you know where I work. My boss always says the customers are right even if they’re wrong but in this case, she is not wrong and we are not paying for the steak. Well, he got all upset ass and I told him I said we’ve had nothing but problems since we walked in the door. Let this be a learning experience for you will he continue to sit there at the table saying no I’m gonna make this right it’ll be OK and I said the only way this is going to be OK is if this steak is free so all in all we got up and we left. The restaurant. He was not too too happy. Another thing there was a hostess, who was sitting at a table behind us with her boyfriend we had to complain because he was vaping at the table so they went over and asked him to please not vapor she got up and that’s when we realize oh she’s a little hostess girl the boy continue to sit there on his phone, not eating anything for over an hour so I asked that girl, her name when we were leaving and her name is TRILLIA , and I would like to report the fact that she knew Kodak county’s policy about vaping inside a building restaurant, and right I’m sorry and I think corporate should know about this as well as I will let the manager Omar Lopez know about the problem that we had today thank you very much.

There were 15 of us, a very big bill when you add all of us up. The point is, it was not handled right on your end, and don’t try and make excuses.
