Are Raymour and Flanigan Management Trained to argue and make excuses?

Unresolved Issue – Trying to get any of the local sales or management team to resolve problems or show any empathy at all is impossible. Trying to get anyone on the phone in a higher position is also impossible with all the communication roadblocks they put in place.

Do not buy furniture from this company if you need to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Still waiting to receive a copy. I may have to cancel this order. I will never order anything from Raymour again.

Good morning. Your business on Balltown Rd. in Niskayuna NY backs up against homes on the other side of the parking lot. The 4 security lights you have on the building do not have “shields” to prevent the lights from shining straight out, which means that all night they shine across the backyards and into the windows of the homes mentioned.

Would you please consider putting “shields” on these 4 lights so they only shine in your parking lot, and not onto the backyards and into the windows of the homes across the parking lot? The lights are extremely bright and it is a real inconvenience to the local homeowners.

I appreciate your consideration. I know these “shields” are available, and many places use them. I do not know the actual name of these items but am sure you know what I am referring to.

2nd time in a row with the problem of delivery. I’ve spent a lot of money in the last 5 months The Cherry Hill store has been a nightmare. I’d like a phone call back ASAP. I was to have a delivery today to find out it wasn’t coming with no phone call from anyone!!! I am handicapped and I am so mad and I’ve had it with your store!!!
