Journey's Wrong Sized Shipped

So I ordered a pair of UGGS as a Christmas gift for a friend’s child, and she received TWO DIFFERENT shoe sizes, one a size 5 and the other a size 4. When I called customer service, I was only offered an overnight exchange or a 10% discount on future orders. How insulting to a customer that felt horrible that my Xmas gift was ruined. They couldn’t even offer a discount on my shipment, which would have improved my situation. Shame on you JOURNEYS.
