Chrysler Sirius XM Guardian

SiriusXM Guardian does not work. Chrysler needs to find another provider for services (i.e. AAA or Onstar). Today my air bags deployed and SiriusXM Guardian provided no assistance. I have the Convenience + Security plan and received no assistance. For the price, Chrysler need to move on another provider of give me the option of choosing my own. Please contact me for further discussion.

Chrysler Pt Cruiser

On June 7th I delivered My Pt Cruiser to Morland Chrysler Cape Girardeau Mo for a scheduled appointment with the service department after getting a referral from the Corp offices. Last Tuesday I called them, and they still hadn’t looked at claiming they were short-staffed. I called about ten minutes ago and was told they had not got to it and had no plans to get to it as they were short-staffed. The problem is with the computer modal. As a result, it won’t start, and they are aware of it. It had to be towed in. The person answering the phone in the service dept suggested I was free to pick it up and have it towed elsewhere. As a shareholder, I find this type of customer satisfaction unacceptable.

Chrysler Experience Has Left Me Dissatisfied

Rated 3.0 out of 5
July 24, 2023

I called to inquire about recalls on my Ram 3500, but the nearest dealership cannot service it. I have to drive an hour away, costing me at least $75 in gas, and potentially over $140 if I need to rent a car. It’s frustrating that not all dealerships can service all Ram vehicles, and I’m unhappy that I have to pay for any costs associated with the recall. I’m looking for an address to send a formal complaint to Chrysler. This experience has left me dissatisfied and I won’t buy a Chrysler product again.

Chrysler Dodge Ram

I recently managed to find a 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 Mega Cab with a 5.9 Cummins and G56 manual gearbox, and I am interested to know roughly how many of them were built. I know that the Mega Cab was introduced for the 2006 model year and that the 5.9 was transitioned to the 6.7 during the model year 2007.

Please let me know if you have any production data, and/or any other interesting information on my new vehicle.

Thank you.

Chrysler Customer Service

Good morning. I still have not heard anything from Chrysler. This old Retired United States Navy Veteran AND retired Firefighter / Paramedic who has served our nation and my community since I was 19, is becoming tired of waiting. My engine cost $35k, and that’s the CEO bar tab. Please have someone contact me ASAP. I have given you enough time to get in touch with me. It’s been since early May 2023 that your customer care said someone would contact me. I’ve mailed three certified letters to your corporate office with no response.
