Winn-Dixie Corporate Office and Jacksonville Headquarters

🗨  Comments

Winn-Dixie corporate office and headquarters are located in Jacksonville, Florida. The grocery retailer returned its headquarters operation to 5050 Edgewood Court in late 2025 and formally debuted the updated office in 2026. This page provides current corporate contact information, ownership and leadership details, store and headquarters distinctions, and guidance for resolving grocery, rewards, online-order, gift-card, recall, and product concerns.

Winn-Dixie Corporate Office and Jacksonville Headquarters

  • Parent organization: The Winn-Dixie Company, LLC
  • Retail banner: Winn-Dixie
  • Consumer-site operating name: Winn-Dixie Stores, LLC
  • Corporate headquarters address: 5050 Edgewood Court, Jacksonville, FL 32254
  • Winn-Dixie corporate phone number: 1-904-783-5000
  • Toll-free corporate number: 1-800-967-9105

  • Alternate published Customer Service number: 1-866-WINN-DIXIE / 1-866-946-6349

The Edgewood Court office is The Winn-Dixie Company’s corporate headquarters and Store Support Center. It supports company leadership, store operations, merchandising, marketing, finance, technology, real estate, human resources, communications, vendor relations, and other administrative functions.

The corporate office is not a neighborhood supermarket, liquor store, grocery pickup location, distribution center, public return counter, former pharmacy, product-testing laboratory, rewards service desk, gift-card counter, or walk-in complaint office.

Do not bring groceries, recalled products, pharmacy records, gift cards, employment documents, payments, online returns, or perishable merchandise to headquarters unless Winn-Dixie provides specific written instructions.

Winn-Dixie Headquarters and Corporate Phone Clarification

The Winn-Dixie corporate-office telephone number is 1-904-783-5000. Winn-Dixie also publishes 1-800-967-9105 as a toll-free headquarters contact.

These are corporate and administrative numbers. They are not the best first contact for:

  • A complaint about a particular store
  • A refund or exchange
  • A missing or incorrect grocery item
  • A pickup or delivery order
  • Rewards points or digital coupons
  • A gift-card balance
  • A product recall
  • A suspected food-quality problem
  • A former Winn-Dixie pharmacy record
  • An employment application

For immediate consumer assistance, call the Customer Care Center at 1-844-745-0463 or use the official contact form.

The contact page states that online inquiries may take approximately 7–14 business days for a response. Use the telephone number or local store when a matter is time-sensitive.

Winn-Dixie Customer Support Mailing Address

Winn-Dixie publishes the following Customer Support correspondence address:

Winn-Dixie Customer Support
P.O. Box B
Jacksonville, FL 32203-0297

This address may be used for appropriate written Customer Support correspondence. It should not be treated as a general merchandise-return, pharmacy-record, payment, legal-service, tax-record, employment-file, or perishable-food mailing address.

Do not mail original receipts, gift cards, payment-card information, identification documents, private employee records, prescription information, or a potentially unsafe food product unless an authorized representative provides specific instructions.

Winn-Dixie Ownership and Company Structure

The current parent organization is The Winn-Dixie Company, LLC, formerly known as Southeastern Grocers. Winn-Dixie is its principal grocery banner.

In 2024, ALDI acquired Southeastern Grocers. In February 2025, a private-investor consortium led by Winn-Dixie executive Anthony Hucker and including C&S Wholesale Grocers acquired Southeastern Grocers and approximately 170 Winn-Dixie and Harveys grocery and liquor locations back from ALDI.

C&S is an investor, grocery supplier, and strategic partner. Winn-Dixie should not be described simply as a wholly owned C&S subsidiary.

ALDI separately retained approximately 220 previously acquired Winn-Dixie and Harveys locations for conversion to the ALDI format through 2027. A store owned for ALDI conversion may therefore have a different long-term status from a store operated as part of The Winn-Dixie Company’s continuing portfolio.

Southeastern Grocers Became The Winn-Dixie Company

Southeastern Grocers changed its name to The Winn-Dixie Company in January 2026. The current organization is focused primarily on Florida and southern Georgia.

In June 2026, the company completed the conversion of its remaining Harveys Supermarket locations to the Winn-Dixie banner. Current and planned investments include remodeled stores, new locations, expanded private-label offerings, online grocery services, and improvements to the Jacksonville headquarters and local store network.

Because stores have been sold, closed, converted, acquired, remodeled, and opened during the ownership transition, customers should use the current store locator rather than rely on an old store count or address list.

Winn-Dixie Store Versus Corporate-Office Responsibilities

A particular Winn-Dixie store should usually be the first contact for:

  • A grocery purchase made at that store
  • A missing receipt
  • An incorrect shelf or register price
  • A refund or exchange request
  • A product that appears expired
  • A damaged or spoiled product
  • An employee-service complaint
  • Store cleanliness or restroom conditions
  • Cart, parking-lot, or accessibility concerns
  • Local product availability
  • Pickup-order preparation
  • A liquor-store transaction
  • A lost item

Use the official Winn-Dixie store locator to identify the current store address, telephone number, departments, and operating hours.

Ask for the store manager when the first employee cannot resolve a transaction or store-specific complaint. Contact Customer Care when the store does not respond or the issue requires additional company-level review.

How to Escalate a Winn-Dixie Store Complaint

  1. Identify the location: Record the store address, store number, city, date, and approximate time.
  2. Keep the receipt: Preserve the original or digital receipt and the payment record.
  3. Document the issue: Photograph the product, shelf label, package, posted offer, or relevant condition without photographing unrelated customers.
  4. Contact the department: Speak with the applicable grocery, meat, seafood, deli, bakery, produce, liquor, pickup, or front-end manager.
  5. Ask for the store manager: Explain what happened, what has already been attempted, and the resolution requested.
  6. Contact Customer Care: Call 1-844-745-0463 or submit the official contact form.
  7. Request a case number: Keep later telephone and email contacts connected to the same complaint.
  8. Save the response: Retain refund confirmations, replacement promises, return instructions, and follow-up dates.
  9. Contact headquarters only when appropriate: An unresolved company-level matter may be raised through 1-904-783-5000, but headquarters may refer the transaction back to the store or Customer Care.

Expired, Spoiled, Damaged, or Incorrect Grocery Products

When a product appears expired, spoiled, damaged, contaminated, mislabeled, or otherwise unsuitable:

  • Stop using or consuming it
  • Keep the product and packaging when it can be stored safely
  • Save the receipt
  • Photograph the label, UPC, expiration date, lot code, and condition
  • Contact the store manager
  • Ask for the current refund, replacement, or product-review procedure
  • Contact Customer Care if the store does not resolve the concern

Do not leave a potentially unsafe perishable product unrefrigerated merely to preserve evidence. Photograph it and ask Winn-Dixie or the appropriate safety authority how it should be retained or discarded.

Foreign Objects and Food-Safety Concerns

If a food product appears to contain metal, glass, plastic, insects, an undeclared ingredient, or another foreign material:

  1. Stop consuming the product.
  2. Keep the package, UPC, lot code, date information, and receipt.
  3. Photograph the product and foreign material.
  4. Keep the object in a safe container without unnecessarily handling it.
  5. Notify the store manager.
  6. Contact Winn-Dixie Customer Care.
  7. Ask whether the matter has been routed to quality assurance, the supplier, or the appropriate product team.
  8. Seek medical or dental care when an injury or illness occurs.
  9. Report a serious or unresolved safety concern to the appropriate food-safety regulator.

Do not post medical records, photographs identifying a patient, or unsupported statements that a product caused an illness before the facts have been evaluated.

Winn-Dixie Product Recalls

Winn-Dixie maintains an official page for product-recall information. Follow the instructions in the specific notice because some recalled products should be returned while others should be discarded.

  • Product recalls: Winn-Dixie recall notices
  • Published recall-question number: 1-866-946-6349
  • Hours published with recall notices: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Eastern Time; Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time

These hours are specifically published with Winn-Dixie’s recall information and should not be assumed to apply to every corporate or Customer Care department.

For a severe allergic reaction, choking, poisoning concern, or other immediate medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for the store or corporate office to respond.

Winn-Dixie Online Shopping, Pickup, and Delivery

Winn-Dixie offers online grocery shopping with pickup and delivery options in participating areas.

For a pickup or delivery problem, gather:

  • Order number
  • Fulfilling store
  • Delivery or pickup date
  • Missing, substituted, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Final receipt
  • Refund or adjustment shown
  • Photographs when relevant
  • Any third-party delivery information

Begin with the online-shopping support tools or fulfilling store. A third-party driver or platform may control some delivery-related matters, while Winn-Dixie may control product selection, substitutions, pricing, and store preparation.

Winn-Dixie Rewards and Digital Coupons

Winn-Dixie Rewards allows registered customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for grocery savings.

Under the current published program information:

  • Customers generally need at least 100 points before redeeming rewards.
  • Every 100 points equals $1 in grocery savings.
  • Points generally expire on the last day of the month six months after they were earned.
  • Digital coupons must be clipped or activated before the qualifying transaction.
  • The registered telephone number or app barcode can be used at checkout.

For missing points or coupons, save the receipt, account email or telephone number, offer screenshot, and date of purchase. Do not publish the full rewards ALT ID, account password, PIN, date of birth, or private purchase history.

Winn-Dixie Gift Cards

Winn-Dixie offers traditional and electronic gift cards. Gift-card orders and delivery may be administered through a specialized third-party gift-card platform.

Keep the purchase receipt and activation record. For a gift card that was not delivered, contact the support service associated with the gift-card order before contacting the corporate office.

Never publish a complete gift-card number, PIN, barcode, balance, activation receipt, or recipient email address.

No legitimate government agency, utility, court, law-enforcement department, technology company, or employer should demand payment using Winn-Dixie gift cards. An unexpected demand for payment by gift card is a scam warning sign.

Winn-Dixie Pharmacy Closures

Winn-Dixie no longer operates the pharmacy services described in older company profiles. Winn-Dixie and Harveys pharmacy operations closed in 2023, and prescription files were transferred to designated CVS or Walgreens pharmacies.

For a prescription refill, medication-transfer, vaccination record, controlled-substance question, or insurance rejection, contact the receiving pharmacy, current pharmacy, prescribing provider, insurer, or pharmacy benefit manager.

The Jacksonville headquarters is not a pharmacy and cannot dispense medication. Do not post prescription numbers, medication lists, diagnoses, dates of birth, insurance member numbers, or private health information in the comments.

Winn-Dixie Leadership

  • Anthony Hucker: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
  • Adam Kirk: Chief of Store Operations
  • Gayle Shields: Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer
  • Jayson Roy: Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Store Development
  • Jennifer Short: Chief People Officer
  • Raymond Rhee: Chief Financial Officer
  • Todd Renaud: Chief Information Officer
  • Zack Bingham: Chief of Staff

Executive roles can change. Review the official Winn-Dixie company and leadership page for the current published team.

Winn-Dixie Careers and Human Resources

Winn-Dixie does not publish the headquarters switchboard as a dedicated public Human Resources line.

Applicants should search and apply through the official Winn-Dixie careers website.

A job may be associated with:

  • A grocery or liquor store
  • The Jacksonville Store Support Center
  • Distribution or supply-chain operations
  • Merchandising or marketing
  • Technology
  • Finance
  • Real estate and store development
  • Another company or service provider

Current associates should use their manager, Human Resources or People team, payroll, benefits, leave, safety, ethics, employee-relations, or other established internal channels.

Do not post Social Security numbers, employee IDs, wage records, tax forms, medical information, background-check records, private manager details, or confidential workplace documents.

Media, Vendor, and Business Contacts

Media, vendor, and advertising contacts are separate from ordinary Customer Care.

The media address should not be used for refunds, store complaints, rewards accounts, pickup orders, former pharmacy records, or employment concerns.

Winn-Dixie Reader Complaints and Review Themes

Visible reader submissions on this page have described alleged concerns involving expired grocery products, store-management responses, employee conduct, loud employee conversations, a foreign object in a private-label food product, and uncertainty about store closures. One visible submission also praised the information received about whether particular locations would remain open.

These are individual, unverified reader accounts. They do not establish that every Winn-Dixie store, manager, employee, product, or transaction has the same outcome.

A helpful review identifies the general store location, department, type of product or service, contact route used, approximate response time, and whether the issue was resolved. It should avoid unnecessary employee names, private telephone numbers, insults, medical details, and unsupported accusations.

Winn-Dixie Competitors and ALDI Relationship

Consumers comparing grocery prices, store experiences, private-label products, pickup, delivery, rewards, and regional supermarket operations may also research:

Publix and Walmart are separate grocery competitors.

ALDI briefly owned Southeastern Grocers and continues converting separately retained locations to the ALDI format. ALDI is not the current parent company of The Winn-Dixie Company portfolio reacquired by the private-investor consortium in 2025.

Winn Dixie Jacksonville FL Disappointing Experience

April 26, 2025

Winn Dixie, On our way out of town today we stopped at the Winn Dixie off of Chaffee Rd Jacksonville FL instead of the Publix closer to our destination. What a mistake that was! My husband left a plastic bag in the cart that he put back in the cart bin. The employee snatched the bag out of the cart and put in the garbage close to her. He saw this and told her he was sorry and that he didn’t see the trash can. She ignored him and shook her head. My husband went into the store and told the manager what had occurred and that she might want to be a little more kinder to customers. The manager was like “a girl out bringing carts in?” My husband showed him who she was and he was like okay. Not omg I’m so sorry sir or I will talk to her and let her know that was not how to handle a paying customer. This would definitely not happen at Publix. My husband was like never mind sir I see where the attitude of the store comes from. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Definitely didn’t get his training at Chik-Fil A employee training center!

Winn Dixie Sebring FL Ice Cream Issue

March 18, 2025

Winn Dixie, Foreign item in product. I purchased Winn Dixie brand Ice cream on March 3 and while eating it found a metal object in it. It was the Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry flavor. I felt it before biting on it so I do not have any damage to my teeth. My concern is there may be other parts or pieces in other boxes of Ice cream. I am going to try to send you the picture of the item that was in my ice cream. Was bought at Winn Dixie South in Sebring. I notified them and they said I needed to notify the corporate office also. If you will provide me your email I will send you a picture of the item. Thank you.

Winn Dixie Excellent Customer Service

February 20, 2025

Winn Dixie, Great Information. Hi, I would like to say I love all these and Winn-Dixie. I see a lot of Winn-Dixie’s closing around my area. The gentleman on the phone assured me two of the Winn-Dixie’s have no plans of closing at least for two years and maybe never I certainly hope Winn-Dixie will stay in the community along with Aldi’s. Thank you very much. Have a great day.

Winn Dixie Key Largo FL Employee Issue

January 20, 2025

Winn Dixie, I went to visit Key Largo, Florida store. 05300 Overseas Hwy. Upon entering I heard Loud conversation. Got my vegetables. On isles 4,5 there were two females one standing at one end of the isle and the other at the other end. Talking about their personal life to each other and not talking, but rather screaming. Very upsetting to enter the store and have to put up with this disrespectfulness. Please, headquarters contact manager Danny at the Key Largo Store (305) 451-0328 and let the manager know he needs To Train His Staff. Not nice to go shopping and have to put up with this Loud personal conversation among to employees. They are getting paid to do a job and not to discuss their personal life. Perhaps this is why you don’t have the slogan of: “where shopping is a pleasure?”.
