I know a person works at a Tim Horton's as a supervisor for many years.Her job description is to tell other workers what needs to be done.Many times she has to repeat herself to young workers who do not want to be told what to do.She has one worker who has been there less than two years taking food and eating it while on the floor or not paying for it that is not considered free to workers.She goes away from her duties to check her phone which is not allowed.She reported this and then was told by the assistant manager to leave this worker alone,this same manager earlier told her it is her job to tell the workers what to do.The next thing that happened was this person was pulled in the office and was told that they they can see that she is not happy working as this location and we are transferring you to another store.This person for almost eleven years at this location was put out and the one who was doing wrong stays and then later bragged to other workers that she finally got rid of this supervisor and then filed a complaint for harassment against her. Under Tim Horton's harassment policy it is stated it is not harassment when a manager or a supervisor has to repeat them selves to a worker for as what to do.Others were shocked at the fact that this person was transferred and the one doing wrong got to stay.

      This is so wrong.

The new management is terrible singling ppl out to make them quit or target to get fired ... those lovely bottom lines dont think about the employees and act innocent remember emplyees are as impotant as guests. We are ppl too we have bills families lifes like everyone if you wanna contact thirr human resources its never posted or available.. thanks for your concerns in my wefare as a person.

This site is corrupt and it is controlled as to what is allowed to be said and what is not.I reported about a person just the other day on this site who is a supervisor at Tim Horton's she was doing the job she was told to do and that is to tell workers what to do.One worker who did not want to be told what to do,and would take food and eat it and walk away from the floor to check her phone.She had been told numerous times and reported but nothing was done.I heard that this girl complained about being harassed by the supervisor,she was told to leave this person alone, the next day this supervisor was called into the office and was told that she was to be transferred and the excuse was that they could see that she was no longer happy working at this location after 11 years of service.The girl who was doing everything wrong was no put out and bragged about accomplishing getting rid of this supervisor.I have a feeling that this will not be displayed but like i said before there are other ways of getting this out to the public.A lot of things smell at Tim's besides the coffee.

  6. Horton's apparently has an employee in the Vancouver are by the name of Jack Morehouse who obviously reads the Province Newspaper. He continually refers NDP members and union members as TRASH. He constantly puts down low wage earners as poor stupid people. He claims to be a senior material handler assistant to the Regional Manger. I think it's time Horton's became aware of this sick person, who is proud to bring Horton's name into his posts.

Your manager in the gowanda ny branch of Tim Hortons has a manager that is absolutely racist against black and native American employees singling them out and targeting them to fire or make quit there's other employees there who slack off and take numerous days off without consequence and not get a complaint or write up by a minority worker does the sane and gets fired or let go not knowing the situation the two managers are Alicia Carr and Shania Martin

  8. When this T.H. opened it was great. Then over time,I don't know what happened to it.Its in the states,I'm thinking its giving you a bad name. Coffee doesn't taste good (old and like water) Service not very nice or friendly. I have to ask for my receipt.And now closings at 10:00 pm!! Please train the employees... The Tim Horton way..Thank You.

  9. Ron and Jeri. Heard about you company reneging on its commitment to its employees for benefits and breaks. Very tacky. Certainly not what I would consider a true Canadian practice. You pride yourself with you kids foundation but take away employee's benefits which impacts on families to which, I would submit, you have a specific duty. Not impressed.

  10. Received a $25.00 Tim Horton gift card on Dec 26/16, placed the card in my vehicle and forgot I had it. Jan 2018 attempted to use the Gift Card, it appears that it was never activated? I returned to the T.H. distributor where the card was purchased, the owner said sorry if you do not have the recipe when the card was purchased you are S.O.L.?? The lesson here is to ensure if you receive or give a T.H. gift card retain the receipt!

  11. went to hortons on Seneca st/ridge rd west Seneca last nght 3/11/18 around 830pm doors were already locked to my knowledge I thght it was 9 in which me and tons of others think that is much to early 10/11 would have been more practical coffee there is HORRIBLE GOT THE STALIST DOUGHNUT I HAVE EVER SEEN (NOT THE FIRST) WENT OUT THE WINDOW BEFORE GOIN THRU PARKING LOT Seen employees touch food without gloves after handeling money needs to be upgraded compared to others but had to say thy were locked at 830pm

  12. Went to get a 2 for $4.00 breakfast sandwich deal, but requested one to be egg only. My wife cannot eat the cheese or pork because of dietary restrictions. They would not make it that way for me ... told me that I had to pay full price instead. Guess I just can't understand why they can't just omit the cheese and meat. Corporate policy I suppose.

I was given a twenty dollar gift card and bought 2 sandwiches and two hot chocolates for a total of 1600 and today I returned for two hot chocalates and some change for anything over what should have been a balance of four dollars as told at this same store when first used. I had to contact the card number( via the phone number on the back and they told me that this card was only a ten dollar card to begin. I explained that these came with a christmas card from my step daughter and My lady her mom got one as well, and she told us that she spent forty dollars for the two cards. I had only my card with me knowing that when I left the girl told me and gave me a receipot for four dollars plus the cost of the two hot chocolates and the two farmers wraps for a total of 16.02 and agrieved that upon return they told me that it was only a ten dollar card. And when I called the contact number they said the same thing. But that they would never have provided the previous snaks prior to this time had they been ten dollar cards. My lady spent about the same and they told her she had ten dollars. I am sick and tired of the crooked accounting of this business. I had reported being shorted fifty dollars at yet another location and the refuted it, but this would be expected from a location which hires people who arew thieves and driug addicts but the coinsumer pays the price and the consumer loses due to the company having to support their employees just for the sake of their stores name. They are selling cardsa at twenty dollars and shorting people the change. I say this is fraud and unless I am contacted and reimbursed gas money for the trip to go there as I live in the country and the lost monies I wioll take this to the news, the internet and the powers that be with the police and the BBB

  16. MY PARTNER AND I SPEND LOT OF MONEY AT TIMMIES.....THINKING THINGS MIGHT CHANGE ! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN SUCH DISGUSTING OUTLETS. THE FILTH IN MOST PLACES IS TERRIBLE. THERE ARE NEVER ANY CLEAN TABLES EVEN THOUGH STAFF ARE STANDING AROUND TALKING...DIRTY DISHES PILED SKY HIGH AND THIS IS NOT JUST AT ONE BUT MOST STORES. OF THE MANY THAT WE FREQUENT THERE ARE PROBABLY 2-3 THAT ARE DECENT, AND THAT IS BECAUSE THERE IS SOMEONE SPECIFICALLY TO CLEAN TABLES, FLOORS ETC. WHY CAN'T ALL FRANCHISES HAVE THIS. I FIND MY SELF WALKING OUT, CAN'T STAND SITTING IN SOMEONE ELSES MESS! AND THEN THERE ARE THE BATHROOMS....OMG

Was working at west main location got treated like crap and intried to leave and they bagg me back just to fire me i never got trained or did my video to train me and the Gm Sarah never on time she scedual herself. For r0 plus hours and she never there and when she is she late and the staff are mdisrespectfull not only that but when i asked fornmy check they said i have to wait until next pay period smfh

    1. So sorry to hear that but if you were there for a few months, cant remember how many, you can get unemployment insurance. So although they were extremely rude to you, they actually did you a favor. It's better to get fired because if you quit, then you cant file for Unemployment. Good luck!! Either way you are better off.

A certain Tim Horton's manager within Macomb County, Michigan (who owns several Tim Horton's stores in Michigan) serves uncooked sausage patties in their sausage, egg and cheese biscuits at several locations. I doubt he is interested in hearing my opinion. The last sandwich I had was so uncooked, it tasted terrible, and as a result, I currently have worms from uncooked meat. I will be purchasing one more sandwich and taking it to the Macomb County Board of Health. I then look forward to his franchises being shut down.

  19. My Tim Horton store is located in a rough neighbourhood and they never have any coffee or hot chocolate or even cups for sale because the shelving unit is always empty. Now I'm assuming its because people are stealing these things. So how about finding a solution, like putting a glass door on the shelving unit or keeping the supplies behind the counters. It's not okay to just not have these items in the store. I can't believe that you are okay with losing money from the sale of these items and disappointing customers every day because they can't buy these items. Are you a business or not ? Do you believe in customer service or not ? What exactly is wrong with this company ? I used to run clothing store's and I can truly say that there are way too many problems with Tim Horton's. Problems that could easily be fixed, but I guess you have to care about the customer's needs and the company sales to actually fix anything. It's also very clear to me that your employees are very unhappy working for you and do not receive proper training or any customer service training. I'm also convinced that Tim Horton's does not want to hear from it's customers. Wow!! No wonder your store's are having so many issues. One more thing, I'm pretty sure a donut store is supposed to have donuts but this same location I'm referring to (King and River) often runs out of donuts hours before closing and when they do have a few left, they are old, hard and stale. Good job guys, I'm sure Tim Horton is turning in his grave and wishing his name was not the name of your stores. Epic fail on the most fundamental things!!
