    4. Suburban in Bartlett. TN is a horrible hotel. the worst customer service ever, the person at the front desk will not even speak. The place is filthy I saw roaches and gnats. My key did not work every time I went out I had to wait on the staff to let me back in and believe me they took their time.

  2. suburban hotel Bartlett tenn ,..a bio hazzard ,,the heater ac was so discusting it gave me a sinus infection , the floor turned my feet black ,the cleaning crew is a joke ,the towels ???? the supposedly free coffe ??? for what we paid ,they owe us to stay their after all the doc bills incurred

  3. Ecno lodge Moore Oklahoma has absolutely horrible service. Stated the following day that there was complaints for my daughters room when they know no one in the area and I had to call corporate headquarters and was then transferred to the same lodge. Absolutely poor service!!!!

Hampton,suburban hotel has. fithy floors in the hall looks like it is barely vaccum and oh! my gosh the towels that is in the room was so dirty that i wouldnt wipe my feet on it.Maid service is a.joke instead of cleaning the rooms and taking care of the guests needs, u have one who is sitting in guests room talking.abt selling some.weed and an.older maid who stays in the office eating .Everyone whom .works for this hotel needs to be REPLACE!

  6. I am leaving the Suburban Extended Stay in the Quantico/Stafford area due to bed bugs; I have bites all over my body confirmed by my MD. Management is not being very helpful; HELP!!!!!

  8. I Guess all Suburban Extended Stays are the same. Kennesaw, GA location off of George Busbee is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I will they will NEVER receive my services as a customer again. I have stayed here for an extended period of time, and after they have slightly raised prices to supposedly make improvements, everything is still the same. Dirty, Smelly, roach infested, police here every week. Vending machines and Laundry Machines take your money and their response is to write it in the book so when the vendor returns they will give you your money back, but guess what, you will never get that money back! They will give you every lame excuse that they can as to why you haven't received your money. That's not the worst part.Their tiny refrigerators that have no space to store anything, doesn't even work to keep your food cold, Their stove top burners take forever just to heat up, Don't expect water to take showers because they turn it off every week for "maintenance", housekeeping doesn't know how to clean your room and don't expect clean towels, pillows and mattresses are crap as well as stained furniture, holes in the walls and dirty air vents that haven't been cleaned since the establishment was built, expect your bathtub to be black, you have to turn the cable wire to your television to get a clear picture, and don't expect to get any ice because there is only one in the building and half the time doesn't even have ice in it. Staff is unprofessional, good luck waiting at the desk for someone to service you. You constantly have to get your room keys reset because for some reason in which nobody can seem to explain, they always get shut off. Oh and don't expect to get any WI-FI connection in which you pay money for. This place is a joke! Would NEVER recommend to anyone!

The suburban extended stay in omaha nebraska is awful the staff was rude the manager was rude and ontop of that they took my dog and wouldnt give her back we had to call the police to get her back and then one of the staff members spied on our room my husband just had surgery and these horrible people walk up to him and told him we can hear what you guys are saying and its rude why the heck is that front desk lady invaded our privacy its our room we paid for it we can say what we want especially after they took my dog i am not happy with the service and they are awful people will never stay with this company again

  10. I was at the extended stay in Tampa, Florida 33634 and the security guard is very respectful & knowledgeable, he does his rounds at night and the hotel is very well lit n safe. The manager makes sure all of the property is clean & the staff is friendly..Don

  11. I am currently staying at the Chamblee GA location .. I am here for 3 weeks and have a 2 weeks left here .. I plan on making major complaint .. Drugs , drunk people all over the place , all night music , bad serivces , rude staff , nasty bathroom which smell constanlty , roaches , nats, this is just a few of the things I've faced here .. DISGUSTED

Okay i am the one that complained about the service in omaha nebraska well we tried to go there again after the incident with the dog and the front desk clerk called us 2 days after we made a reservation and told us we cant stay there anymore...are they even allowed to do that after we even apologized to them but they didnt apologize to us for taking our dog? I would like someone to call us about this matter

Let alone the main housekeeper allison said that my dog is malnourished well when i went to the office to pick up my dog which is service animal because i am disabled...allison said to her boss right infront of me that when the dog leaves she is going on her break to go to the animal shelter to pick up the dog..i was livid when i heard that and she tried to tell me my dog is malnourished she is a teacup everyone who has a brain knows that those dogs are smaller... I really want corportate do something about this or legal actions will be taken

  14. The Greensboro NC has one of the rudest, obnoxious managers I have ever encountered. He is mean to customers as well as workers and needs to be replaced.The service is mediocre at best and the place has bugs...I itched the whole time I was there.I actually witnessed the manager accusing a customer of stealing however, he was actually due a refund. He went so far as to make the poor guy empty his pockets. Unbelievable! I am planning on reporting him to corporate as soon as I get the chance

  15. The management at the Columbia, MO hotel was horrible. I requested a non-smoking room and he said he had one for me. When I arrived, they put me in a smoking room and said it was the last room they had. The person at the front desk said they were out of non-smoking rooms and didn't know why the manager told me he had one for me. There were no towels, the room smelled of smoke, and there were no batteries in the tv remote. They lie about anything just to get you in the place. I will never stay there again.

The management at the Hampton,Va needs to be replaced.Manager doesnt seem to think it is important for guests rooms to be in working order but still wants rent to be paid ,this isnt gonna happen anymore until guests needs are meet.Rugs in every part of building needs to be steamed cleaned and trash campartments need to be cleaned with clorex and People are living in hotel whom havent paid for years ,manager has fixed so they wont be shown on computer as a guests.This hotel and proberly others need to be looked into by owners of company.If you feel these situation isnt important enough to investigated than im sure every news station would love the coverage.IT UP TO YOU

  17. I stayed at the Suburban Extended stay Charlot NC532 on Hankins road in Charlotte NC and the stay was terrible! I had no wash towels or hand towels, no microwave, no pots or pans, no dish detergent, and hair was all over the bed. I had ti spend to much time going back and forth trying to get the front desk clerk to heat my food up and that was to much! It was a big inconvenience for me! Something needs to be done about that and I need to be compensated for that!

  18. The extended stay in Duluth is horrible. I stayed for 4 months and the morning staff is rude. They kicked me and my family out for no reason and kept my deposit. When I asked why I had to leave the manager John said "just some issues" and wouldn't give me an answer.they said they was keeping my deposit because they said the towels were dirty, which after using the same white towels for four months I wouldn't expect them to stay white. Horrible service do not recommend to anyone who stays more than a month. They will find a reason to put you out.

They decided to just let themselves in our room while no one was there and the do not disturb sign was on the door and saw some things they didn't like and decided to call the police on us and used the excuse that the smoke detector wasnt hooked up when we had already been there for 5 days while it wasnt hooked up so all of the sudden they was concerned about it when actually they had been robbed that morning and the two suspects were wearing dark hoodies and both me and my old lady wear dark hoodies so they let themselves in our room and the excuse was the smoke detector so I wouldn't let a bump stay there
