Ralphs Customer Service Complaint

Customer service is in the toilet!

Teach your staff how to professionally and politely interact with the guests especially when there is an issue that needs to be resolved. Some of your staff on Woodman are rude and disrespectful, especially the one this morning watching over the self-checkout lines, I have had the same issues with her in the past, a poor representation for your company. Should be retained or fired, fired would be preferred because she has no respect for the elderly.

Ralphs Rude Checkers

To whom it may concern:

I live near your 5245 W Centinela Avenue store and have been a loyal customer for 13 years. While I was in your store yesterday I was on the unlucky end of some very rude and unprofessional behavior by one of your checkers helping at the self check out. She was wearing a big pink hoodie with some writing on it and I engaged her, to ask her what the writing meant, she stared right through me as though I didn’t exist, turned her head, and walked way. I thought maybe she was just busy or didn’t hear me so when she came back in my direction I asked again and she did the same thing again.

Ralphs Only One Checker Very Frustrating

I have a complaint about the store at Brea and Imperial in Brea. Customer service there is the worst I’ve experienced after Walmart. A competitor closed nearby and they got busier but didn’t appear that they scheduled more help. Just returned from shopping there. There were two checkstands open and a checker overseeing the self check out. There were no boxboys on the front end. The lines were long and I asked the checker if he could call for more help. He said this is all we have. It’s they will give us. I don’t know how long I waited, there were two people ahead of me but my ice was melted when I got home even though I picked it up last. I asked them to call the manager and they said she is off today…SATURDAY. I was in there a few weeks ago and there was only one checker. I asked her to call for help but she said there wasn’t any to call. Asked to see the manager and she told me she was the manager. So the manager was the ONLY person in the whole store that could check??

Please have someone check this out. It is very frustrating.

Ralphs Culver City CA

I love Ralphs but I have to complain about something. I have been shopping in the same store for 30 years. The store is in Culver Center at Washington and Overland in Culver City.

They have a terrible deli section. They roast the chickens to death and you’re never sure what you’re getting in the bag. They had trouble with their roasting machines a while back but I don’t think anyone has ever handled the problem. I go to Ralphs in Manhattan Beach to buy their beautiful chickens. I wish someone would look into this problem so they will stop burning everything.

I took a picture of what a bag of burnt chicken looks like but can not attach it anywhere.

I hope you can correct this problem… Or send me a link and I will send you a picture of what their chicken looks like.

Thank you,

Cori Park
