  1. Wow. We're current and paying faithfully on our loan from this bank and it's taking an act of GOD just to get a Tax ID number for our taxes. What do they think I'm going to do with this knowledge REALLY!!??

  2. No one and I mean no one has replied to the last two messages. This will be the last time I write you about the May 2nd incident regarding a 3rd party check had to be picked up by me because the bank decided not to deposit it after it held it for 4 days. According to the online banking, it had no longer been a pending activity and showed it as a deposit. This by itself is unacceptable, but combine that with the complete lack of consideration or response (some responses seemed as though the messages weren't even read) and this entire situation is beyond comprehension. It appears obvious, you don't want me as a client. I have spent countless time writing messages concerning a overdraft fee that was not my fault. It was caused by the bank's lack of communication or lies concerning 3rd party checks. Not to mention that it was only a $50 check. All I am asking is for clarification regarding 3rd party checks being deposited and a return of the overdraft fee that was charged to my account. Furthermore; I see that an overdraft charge has already been charged to my account which is the only reason it is in the negative. A deposit had already been made for the pending activity so I assume this will be taken off or fixed. Btw, I am sure you have heard that Huntington Bank has a 24 hour window for all overdrafts to be covered without a penalty.

    Our company has been with Key Bank since 2011. We are a small family business located in Indiana. Our annual revenues are approaching 700k and we are celebrating another year in business totaling 37 to date! As a small business the need for money to operate is a must. Things always seem to happen. A few years of plenty and then a few years of challenges. It's the relationship we have as economy partners that help me as a small business owner sleep a little better at night. I love Key Bank and the relationships I've had with several of their employee's. You haven't always told us ok and yes but more times than not. We have established relationships with each other and I make every effort to make sure I go inside the branch to pass out high five's to everyone, including the Branch Manager! I hope that from the top down your message is about building relationships and getting to know your customers. Because when things go wrong, and they will, and when you are used to dealing with individuals on a regular basis, problem solving and dispute resolution is so much easier. I wish that drive thru's were discontinued, sort of. I know that will never happen. However, if we don't get to know our customers we will not treat each other as if we do. I hope and wish all the staff, employee's, and management at Key Bank the very best life has to offer, I wish The very best for you all and for God to bless you all with guidance and fulfillment and happiness.
