Double Charging Continues at Hyvee

I again have been double charged at Hyvee. Last time I stopped all business with you and it took me two weeks to get a refund which I didn’t get till I went on-site and demanded it since it was a significant amount. Now you’ve done it to me again I purchased a few items and rounded up my transaction to help the poor which I believed caused the problem, “I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN AT HYVEE!”, and it charged me 14.00, and then another transaction on the same Bank Transaction ID Number 029803072 for $15.00. The 15.00 was correct cause I tried to round up and help others. The 14 was stolen and fraudulent and I want my money refunded! I can no longer trust your company to do business with me unless paying cash, no telling how many times you’ve ripped me and others off and we just didn’t catch it.

The store need a place for old folk to sit for a minute while shopping? Visited Jacksonville, IL store 12-01-2023. With my wife and our 14-day list, we found many great things in and about the store. There was no Brooks ketchup we purchased from the store brand. There is no place for folks like us in our eighties to sit for a few minutes before completing a task. only recognize timely recognize p purchases of the store brand. The real issue was no place for old folks to stop and rest., or sit down for a few moments. Grocery day is the most demanding day with editing the list shopping for it and carrying into the ale issue was there is no place. we will both be in our Eighties by 2023. One item we could not find was Brooks ketchup

Every morning I turn on the news and see one of your Daily Deal commercials, always to feel insulted because I live in tiny town rural Iowa. I can’t get a Daily Deal unless I drop everything and inconveniently drive to some “metropolis” for one damn thing. Jump, customer, jump. Higher, customer, higher.

At the same time, Fareway has decided to build an actual store in our tiny town. Fareway is not giving me the finger every morning. I gotta hand it to them….
