Huntington Bank, Poor Computer Systems and Poor Customer Service. Have banked with Huntington over 5 years. It is risky to depend on Huntington Bank to Handle Your accounts in a professional manner. They will turn off your online banking and put your account on hold for no reason. It will then turn on like it never happened offering no explanation. Scheduled transfers you have done repeatedly stopped being made, plenty of money in the bank for transfers, again no explanation. Huntington is the bank for you if you don’t mind not being able to access your money occasionally through online banking and don’t mind if money transfers occasionally are canceled with no explanation. Huntington bank is the reason people save their money in a sock drawer instead of a bank.

Giving! Depositing! His Money into that Man’s Account! They, Noone there! Not even Corporate! Know How to Fix, So they are Keeping His $5000.00, He desperately needs now! It’s his money! Their Screw up. They have made my Son have to Spend $1000.00 to Obtain a Lawyer and File Suit Against them! To get his money! Days have gone by and all they keep saying is, we haven’t been able to fix it yet ! Terrible! They have been Awful to Deal with and I Advise Everyone to Never Bank with them!

Huntington Bank, I opened an account at Huntington Bank in July during their bonus offer sign up for $400 after 90 days. Four months later no money was received so I called and was told I didn’t input the “special offer code” when I signed up. I clicked the link to open the account from the promotion offer and nowhere did it say anything about inputting a code and nowhere did it request one! Terrible advertising! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

Stole my money!

They took the side of the fraud charges to my account over me. My account was hacked I’m disabled and they don’t care. I’m a peon who has no rights. I have been fighting since November. Still no avail. Terrible service and hateful people.

The branch in Rochester Hills, Mi on Auburn Road is in need ago a new ATM. Every time I go there it is down. It gets fixed and then breaks. It’s frustrating as a customer to always have to come inside. The branch people are very nice and understand my frustration. They need a new machine.
