Hardees 10 Hwy 17 N, Surfside Beach Sc,,, Zero,,,,Zero Ratings. I Stopped At The Hardee’s In Surfside Beach Several Times On My Way To Drop My Grandson Off At Work. Each Time I Ordered My Food Is Consistently Incorrect. I Have Called 877 799 7827 And Made Several Complaints. Without Getting These Complaints Corrected. The Food Is Not Fresh. The Crew Has Not Been Trained Properly. This Hardee’s Is Being Run By Incompetent People. Do Not Eat At This Hardees. When I Lived In Va, I Was An Assistant Mgr In Hardees. My Store Was Never Like This.

Hardees, Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit. I am writing because I am Very disappointed in the Rose St location in La Crosse, WI!!! I ordered a Bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit combo for breakfast and the entire top half of the biscuit was missing, it looked as though someone sat on it, and my hash rounds were haphazardly thrown into the to go bag and fell out of the packaging it should have been in. I was so furious with the service and the lack of customer care. If someone could reach out to me, I would appreciate that!

Hardees, Monroe City, MO. I had a disappointing experience at this location. I let the clerk know we were Veterans, but we didn’t receive the discount. When I went back to the counter to ask about it, another employee — possibly a shift manager named Heidi — responded with an extremely rude attitude. She explained that the clerk was new, but instead of resolving the issue calmly, she got visibly upset and made sarcastic remarks about having to process the discount. She then spoke harshly to the new employee in front of everyone, telling her to always check with her before applying a discount. The clerk looked like she was about to cry — it was uncomfortable to witness. I’ve noticed this employee being rude to others before, and her attitude seems to affect the overall atmosphere. Another customer ahead of me even walked out due to the delay caused by her micromanagement. I won’t be returning to this location as long as she’s working there. Staff should support one another and treat customers with respect — this was unprofessional and unnecessary. There were witnesses who saw the interaction. Correcting employees in front of customers is never appropriate.

Hardees, 310 E 3Rd St, Donaldsonville Ga (1:41 Pm) For The First 5 Or So Minutes At The Counter. There Was No Greeting Whatsoever. Took Our Orders While Talking And Laughing With Other Workers. Never Giving Us Their Complete Attention. Paid For Order Did Not Get A Thank You Or Any Other Acknowledment. Ordered Two Apple Pies To Go. Took Forever To Get Them And Was Answered Disrespectfully By Employess When Asked If I Could Get My Pies. They Were Ready, I Could See Them Sitting In The Basket That Had Been Taken From The Fryer. Never Got A Thank You And Certainly Not A Smile. This Hardees Has Always Been A Consistant Stop For Me And My Family For Years On Our Trips To And From Panama City Beach. Sure Wish I Had A Video To Let You Better Get A Better Perspective Of The Inexcusable Customer Service We Recived. I Would Give A 0 Score But The Food Was Good. Kudos To The Kitchen Staff. The Employee That Came Into Work As We Were About To Leave Did Greet Me With A Smile And Asked If She Could Help. She Got The Apple Pies For Me And Said Thank You With A Smile.

Hardees, Ordered Frisco with extra sauce., didn’t get it. Drove back down to your store again. The employee offered no excuse, no apology, no receipt, no napkins. Supposed name April at least thats what she told another employee. Your toaster for Frisco still tore up 2 months later, April said it didn’;t work the whole time shes been there. I asked for Shelly the mgr. and she laughed. Your employees have no name badges on, why not? My cousin doesn’t like your stores especially on the night shift. My cousin doesn’t like the situation you have here and neither do I for that matter. Your store here on Clinton hwy. Knoxville, TN is terrible. Please get some decent people here to service your patrons right and couteously. I mean it.
