Bad service! The Front desk has the worst customer service I have ever seen in the Santa Rosa CA location located by Santa Rosa Ave.

Front Desk Hospitality! I recently filled out a Survey about my experience at the Coventry, RI location but wasn’t given the opportunity to complete it. I wanted to comment about Robin who manned the front as you walked in. She was extremely courteous, professional and helpful! An asset to Firestone!!

Also helpful to me was Mike (NOT the manager, Mike) who happened to be in the front when I walked in. I had a question and he helped me out. Great PR for Firestone!

On June 30th, 2023 we took our Buick Enclave to the Temecula Firestone location on Winchester to re-check the brakes they had previously installed. We picked up the vehicle and only 4 blocks from their shop the engine began smoking and we had a non-operable car. We have had 2 different Auto shops confirm that Firestone is responsible for the internal damage. The quotes to repair are $14,000 and $20,000 respectively. After filing a claim with Firestone, we have had no response as to getting this resolved. After many requests to speak to someone about their negligence, we have heard nothing back from Firestone, In addition, the manager has had multiple opportunities to correct this situation and chose not to assist us. This has caused severe frustration for my family as we have had no vehicle to transport my four children. In addition, we have had to tow the vehicle multiple times. We have received confirmation from two outside auto professionals that this was the direct result of negligence from your shop. I appreciate upper management’s immediate engagement as this problem has been going on since the beginning of July 2023. Thank you

Firestone did a diagnostic check on my A/C which was blowing hot air. This resulted in a repair estimate that was over $1100-. I told them to go ahead and complete the repair. The next day when I got a chance to drive the car I discovered that the same condition was occurring. The issue is not fixed.

Bentonville Arkansas Firestone. I sent a complaint to the Firestone helpline. I was told more than once I would be contacted. To date, no one has contacted me.
