  2. madden is the only game that i ever make sure i get every year.i buy it for franchise mode and the offline fantasy draft, i promote the game to all my friends and family but not this year or anytime soon, i will find a way to ship this peice of crap game to you along with my purchase receipt so you can see that i just wasted money on this crap that you guys created this year, joke is on me and i cannot resale it for anywhere near what i paid. if you resolve this issue buy next year i will purchase the series again but i will do my research on the specifications of the game next year instead of just buying it like i always have.thanks to the ea team that killed this over hyped game

I purchased it at midnight and my friend Ryan and I were so excited to play the offline fantasy draft that it's not even funny how disappointed we are that you guys Ea sports that you guys took the greatest part of the game out! I can't tell you how many fantasy dynasty we have done in the past years I feel like I wasted 65 dollars on this game ya gameplay and jukes are cool but you guys messed up on this game pretty bad! I've been playin madden since 2000 and there has been a fantasy draft now all of a sudden you put connect in and legends and take out such an amazing part of any video game ever made!

  3. hello i am wrighting to find out why madden 13 was not made for ps2,i as many ps2 owners see this as a strong arming to make people buy ps3,i have 2 ps2's and have for a long time.to stop makeing games could stop sales for a lot of your games,i have owned all madden game since they started to make them,i would think that even if you did not make as many as ps3 or xbox 360 at least we could play the game.please reconsider and put the back on the market even if it is late,at least we could maybe get the right roster. thanks

  4. Hi my name is Kenny, I jest bought this game cash thing called Play4Free Funds which are for BATTLE FIELD, which is on your guyes website and is also free! But I am awear of the rules were if we spend our money on the game we can not get it back, butI spent 20 dollers to get 15000 Funds for the game so I can have a sniper, but your guyes system took my money and did not give me the Play4Free Funds. I don't know if it's taking it's sweet time sending it to my account, but is there any way you guys can help me on this? Because I have never had any problems with this on need for speed world.

  8. the Madden Challenge on virgingaming.com is a huge failure. EA is allowing gamers to choose an opponent every round for the 1st 4 rounds of the tournament. this is very naive of EA because gamers are setting up multiple accounts and then playing themselves to get a win, thus advancing. also, this type of tournament style is tedious because gamers must sit on that website for hours trying to find an opponent. my son challenged 200 people over the course of 3 months only to find 3 people that accepted his challenge. a GOOD tournament would have assigned opponents and assigned game times so gamers don't have to wait around. what a waste of $10(the entry fee) and what a waste of time.

  9. My sons account was hacked several times (twice in December and one in January). His ultimate team and all his tokens were taken. It took 2 months for EA Sports to tell me that there is no proof that he was hacked. That is so ridiculous. If he had traded/sold the men like they think, he would have tokens or new men. I called every few weeks and was told they were behind and he would get everything back just to be told 2 months later that is not the case. I also called the corporate office and got no reply from anyone. All the money spent and they take no responsiblity. I asked them to explain how they cannot see that an outside person hacked the account, but no answer. He did not do it from his machine and they can't give me any explanations.

I just got my nba 2k12 back and tried to go online and it says 2k server down...i relized that i cant play online anymore...i was really dissapointed and really want alot of people cantcut your sales becauseo know why... why afford or wont pay for a 65 dollars for a game i will only play for 8 months befor the newer one is out... i want to be able to update my roster and play online ...please bring back the servers

  14. I think it's CRAP that you put a game out that has a MICROSCOPIC sticker on it that we have to now buy a $130 piece for the xbox 360 to play Battlefield 4. I am the parent, and we already opened the game, so we are now STUCK with an UNUSABLE GAME because your scammy selling practices. Your company should have a class action lawsuit for this crap. I can't return the game, what now EA? Real nice company, hope you guys can sleep at night.

  15. I just spent over 4 hours trying to resolve an issue and had to contact EA Support 5 times.

    My issue was in regard to an advertisement on the official The Sims Facebook page which stated all Sims games were 50% off until June 16th. I attempted to purchase three games, but the prices did not reflect the advertised sale. I contacted EA Chat Support and was treated poorly by Ankit who was unwilling to help or escalate my issue to a supervisor as I requested. He simply ended the chat.

    After speaking with a gentleman whose name I cannot recall, I asked to speak with a supervisor as he refused to help. I then spoke to Lalit who requested I send in a screenshot of the advertisement so they could verify the details. I did as requested and simply got a response from Ajaz M. saying, "Thanks for contacting EA, you have a God bless day...!!!!!!!!!!!!!". He then marked my issue as resolved which it was not. This was a highly unprofessional response.

    I then spoke with Ayush over the phone who was able to escalate my issue to his manager who verified the screenshot of the advertisement. She authorized a 50% refund if I purchased the the games at full price. I did so and Ayush issued a refund.

    I then spoke to Alejandro Jr. S. who was able to verify I will receive a refund as soon as the charge goes through.

    While I appreciate the fact the advertisement was honored, I was severely disappointed in the initial lack of professionalism and willingness to help a customer who has spent copious amounts of money on not only The Sims 3, but the entire Sims franchise, something that can be easily verified by looking at my purchase history (which Alejandro did, thankfully). The amount of time it took to resolve this issue and the number of times I had to contact support is ridiculous especially due to the fact this issue could have been resolved on the first try if it had simply been escalated as I had requested. I hope in the future EA's customer support practices are improved and employees are properly trained in customer service best practices.

  16. Two days ago I needed to repurchase the SIMS 3 main game again. Lost from moving. So instead of going to Target or another store to get it I went to the SIMS site and then downloaded as it was on sale. I purchased two additional worlds as well. I began the downloads which took forever, and it tells me I need to download Origin to play them. So I remembered Origin from my previous computer and of course accepted the download thinking EA Sports was trustworthy and I was absolutely wrong about that. All day yesterday I am trying to troubleshoot why the game won't open, won't play, won't download my new content and every time I click on the SIMS icon the Origin client opens instead of the SIMS launcher. This has never happened before. So I contact customer service which of course is in India, the identity theft capitol of the world and I speak to a guy who first tells me to uninstall it, disable my firewall and then reinstall it. Yea, NO! And as I am waiting for it to uninstall and reinstall this guy starts asking me all kinds of personal questions. To which I tell him it's none of his business where I work, what I do or where I hang out at. What the hell??!!! So I do the uninstall and reinstall without disabling my Norton, well it, the program, disabled it for me. So of course this process did not fix the problem and my computer is freezing, running extra super slow and of course when I run the Malwarebytes it detects 120 threats. I remove them and try to run Norton which will not run now and after an hour with their online support and after removing all of the SIMS from my computer it is finally fixed. So much for a trustworthy company. EA Sports can eat CRAP for all I care now. I am completely disgusted with them because of this. Never in my life did I have this issue before. So after I fix everything I contact their customer service again and speak to a guy in Texas this time. I tell him my issue and he tells me he can't fix it but wants to get me to the technical department that can so I then wait on hold for an hour and then discover they are closed. This jerk left me on hold for an hour with no intentions of helping the situation at all. COMPLETELY PISSED. I HATE EA SPORTS!!!!!!!

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD ORIGIN!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

    I am and have been a avid Battlefield player since inception and own BF4 rented a server on July 4 weekend and have not been able to manage my own server. I make other fiends admins and they can do everything I can't do "The actual owner" . My issue has gone from tier 1 thru their 4 and now is with "Studio" who supposedly would have it fixed in a week or 2. That was August 5th. I can't see my rented servers I can't join my own game on my server, but I can browse servers and see people playing on it and only then can I join "MY SERVER"!!!!!

    I have spent countless hours on the phone allowing support to do their best and still nothing
    "How do I get issues addressed in BF4 servers. I have been waiting patiently since I first submitted my issue in July, that's right July Please see issue # #14233687.   18. I contacted customer support in regards to Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 DLC not working. After a few simple troubleshooting steps and nothing working, the rep told me to get back in contact with them if I had further issues. I waited over an hour to get in touch with them, then the rep tries to pawn me off without the issue being fixed. Then when I called him out on that, he started denying everything. I saved the chat session and have it in my email. I need a contact so I can forward this email so somebody who wants to keep a customer can review it. It's a good thing I work at Best Buy. I'll be sure to let customers know of the customer support issues when they look to buy games. Yes, they DO listen.

  19. EA are a bunch of scum and should all die of ebola slowly and painfully. I say this because of their money hungry agenda and lack of customer support, with a bunch of sand people who can barely speak english and actually know absolutely nothing about the games they sell. Now when i say that EA has a money hungry agenda, I mean that they never fail to screw you over in fifa's ultimate team. The game is scripted to assure you spend more money to make your team better (which is fine to some degree) but when you have an 84 rated player with a sprint speed of 90 being caught on a run with the ball by a 78 rated defender with a sprint speed of 76 you start realising some BS. On top of that, the amount of f*cking bad calls from the ref and injuries is absolutely absurd! Before 30 seconds of game time (so like 5 seconds IRL) i get a red card for literally nothing.. I hadn't even pressed a button yet, the opposing teams player ran into me and boom, red card. Sounds like some bad luck right? Well when it happens 4 games in a row, giving away 2 penalties and each time is a red card, you suddenly think "What In The F*ck Is Going On!". Ea scripts games so no matter what you do, you cannot, and will not win. The game knows when you will pass, shoot, change direction of a run, or tackle, before you do. It literally is impossible to win some offline tournaments because of this scripting, so in their hopes of us paying actual money, not to buy a player, but a f*cking "trading card pack" with absolute sh*t in it. I loved Fifa ever since I first played it, and I enjoy the idea of ultimate team fully, but it needs to be a lot more fair rather than this bullsh*t they call a game. This isn't a game, this is like playing a game of mathematics against a damn calculator. Sure you'll get one or two right but guess who's always going to be right... yep the calculator. You have to buy fitness for the team which roughly costs about 900 coins in game currency, healings if your player gets injured, and contracts not only for player which is roughly 450 coins, but for your manager as well! I love making my own team and all, but the game is way too costly and unbalanced odds wise. Its just a way for these capitalist bastards to make as much money as they possibly can out of each person who buys this game. And F*ck the customer support! They can't help for sh*t!

I have been on pogo since 1985 and it was great until easports bought it. it just gets worse and worse. games never work right cheats every wear and ea does nothing good to fix it. was a great place to play now they have way less manage no customer support I guess your scared to talk to a person, ill bet you even sale the cheat programs bunch of liberals worth crap call me at 8062922877 tell me the truth though/

I have spent in last two years close to 5 thousand dollars on the mobile app. Last week madden mobile change its log in procedure, which tried to link accounts. This is an utter failure and I lost both my teams. I just started madden 17 played the intro and after that was finished i was going to play madden ultimate team. Now when i select Mut 17 i go to the 4 task pop up View lineup collect stars upgrade your team play a game. Thats the complete pop up, now i select A to move on and then the server down error pops up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Same problem 3 months later on ps4. EA help is worthless.. Fix the damn game

Ea sports the help is the worst i have ever been in contact with..I have never been so upset and dissapointed with there customer service.My problem was playing MUT in madden 18,I had beat a challenge and was supposed to get elite pack multiple gold packs and coins..I had contact ea and they said i had a glich and would take care of it.the guy said within 24 hrs he will have all rewards refunded..So i waited 48 hours and nothing.So i found a number called them and now this person said he sees the glitch and I would have to pay personally for a one time fee..I said absolutly not.So i filed another request for call i think the 5th one.So I get a call back and explain to guy what happened and he said same thing he found the problem and would report this to a specialist and they will refund all my awards..so next day i got on madden and I recieved only 1 pack.no coins nothing...I was so upset i filed another call back..so this guy calls back and says that sall they can do.So pretty much this company has the worst customer service with madden..the employees are not nice.Ea sports if you read this and would like to kno more or grant me what i earned please email me at...
