Being a employee for Circle K! The whole thing of having nobody to contact. I worked for a Circle K. I just got terminated by a marketmanager that didn’t like me. Now I’m trying contact. Anybody cause think this was so wrong and I have seen employees do so much worse things and I got fired so if this can help help or somebody can get back to me will be so helpful.

Circle K HQ - Grievance Clerk Meribeth

Rated 1.0 out of 5
November 15, 2023

I have to write a professional grievance because of the location of 4400 Coors Boulevard Southwest in Albuquerque NM 87121. On many occasions, store Clerk Meribeth has yelled at me ” WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!” It’s very unprofessional and disturbs the peace of the store. On a separate occasion of October 2, 2023, Meribeth asked me if I could do her a favor and grab her phone from on top of her thigh as she was sitting on the floor by the coffee makers because her hands were wet from cleaning. I politely told her I don’t touch Circle K employees. Yesterday on November 14, 2023, Meribeth flipped me off to my face and assaulted me with her middle finger. Can someone please remind Meribeth to keep a professional bearing at work and leave her problems at home. Thank you.

I watched as one of your associates helped an elderly gentleman put air in his tires. Your associate was probably 30 years old with a beard I believe. he was so kind. He also offered to help me with shopping or getting gas or something like that. Zone occurred At 5p on Oct 7

Circle K Horrible customer service - Employees on the phone and are rude

Employees on their phones at the register. Also it took so long rip-off fuel purchase timed out. I have waited a week to get my money back. I am very unhappy. I will stand with a sign in the are parking lot and call your store a rip off if I don’t get my 50$ returned. It’s been a week and I need my money. Your customer service is horrible and employees rude and would rather be on their phones instead of helping customers. It’s rude and disrespectful.

Please give me the name and phone number of the person who is responsible for the Circle K stations in the Akron OH area. A couple of months ago I started paying $5.99 + tax for a month of drinks. I go about every three days to get a cappuccino at the station on Graham Rd at Bath Rd. I haven’t counted the number of times when I got mostly water without taste. If I’m lucky someone in the store looks for a bag of the powder.

Two weeks ago none of the machines were working. The next day I was in the Montrose area and stopped there. Result? None of the machines were working. On my way home I stopped at the station on Portage Tr. and Northhampton Rd. Guess what? All the machines were down. All that within 24 hours. Yesterday I stopped at Graham Rd. and brought home hot water. This afternoon I went and there was no powder for the machine. I ask – who is responsible for this? How do you manage to stay in business?
