  2. Had a bad experience in Odessa, Texas. After driving 760 miles and got caught in a traffic accident for two hours we arrived and they had given our room away. We were told when we scheduled that if we didn't call by six o'clock they would charge your credit card. They are now saying that my credit card was declined. That is definitely not true because we used it all the way there and back home for fuel and at the other reservation in mineral Wells Texas. They also had my home number which they could've called and it would have rang on my cell phone. They finally found another room in the hotel 20 miles away and doubled the price.

    1. Your credit card was declined probably because your credit card company thought of fraud from all that fuel charges you got along the way. Bring multiple cards and alternate or call your credit card company in advance to let them know you will be traveling

I would like to thank choice hotels for ruining my vacation to New York on June 14th 2012. I arrived at the Clarion hotel in jamaica queens NY, at 7:45pm.I stood at the front desk for 10min with no one in front of me before the manager decided to say something to me. He didnt even say Hi!How are you? The manager then proceeded to charged me $50 extra since I booked a non smoking room, this was not stated when I was booking my room either! First room I arrived to the bathroom was not clean at all!!!!. I asked for it to be cleaned cause i drove all the way from SC and needed a shower!! he said someone would come and clean it the next day at 11am!! not acceptable! 2nd room was in the basement the AC was being held up by wood! and it smelled of moth balls and death! 3rd room bathroom was actually slighty better. the desk was messing a chair and curtains looked like they had been attacked by Edward Sciccor hands!the manager didnt help with bags at all! and not once did he apologize for anything!!!! I called choice hotels to help and they didnt care either. Choice hotels claimed the hotel is privately owned and they couldnt help! The hotel is still under Choice Hotels so its not soley privately owned!! The manager wouldnt let me have my oney back to change hotels and by the 3rd phone call to corporate they couldnt help me either!!! The second day int he room< I proceeded to move the pillows around on the bed and found stained blood on the sheets that ive been sleeping on!!!!Took the manager 30min to come change my sheets!! called choice hotels again, still didnt care. I came for a wedding for 5 days and Choice Hotels made it the worst vacation ever. Thank you for the that.I took pictures of the horrible room and blood stains. I will not stop complaining unitl everyone sees these pictures and knows how horrible this hotel is, and the fact that Choice Hotels as a whole company doesnt care about there guest or what happens in their hotels. No one in the whole company cared afte countless phone calls, and names of employees I will not name. Choice Hotels owes me another vacation!!!!!

  4. Stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites @ Isle of Palms Connector this past weekend and will NEVER stay there or at any "Choice" owned Hotel again. First, I stress that I cannot say enough nice things about the employees at this hotel. However, the hotel itself is in desperate need of updates/repairs. STAINS,(even the curtains had stains) worn out faded carpet, spray on textured ceilings-Choice Hotels Corp. better pray that never tests positive for asbestos, rusty plumbing, holes in upholstered furniture, antiquated air/heat system, elevators that are not air conditioned and no security cameras in there either-very UNSAFE, ice machines that don't work, etc...This hotel is WAY past it's prime! Also, the first room they put me in was a King /Handicapped. No problem, (even though I'm not handicapped), until I noticed there is absolutely ZERO counter top space in the bathroom or bedroom area. How is someone suppossed to do all the common every day things that need to be done without a counter below the mirror? They changed my room yet I still had one issue after another and still paid a premium price. Now, does that sound like a "relaxing" weekend? After looking at run down, worn out and stained surroundings, one tends to get depressed. You've got the perfect location and awesome employees to go with it. Why doesn't Corporate spend the money to make this hotel match the other criteria? This hotel was booked solid, so it should be making money. Is this just another example of pocketing profits instead of putting some of it back into what made the money? I expected a whole lot more than this. Change your name to Red Roof Inn or something with a worse reputaion than your current hotels. Then people would know what to expect up front.

  6. Worst experience in my life. Made advance hotel reservation and paid 2 weeks before. Got to the hotel and they held the whole amount again saying the computer system did not show payment. I was stuck there with no money, no food. Customer relations said OH WEKK not my problem, hotel said cant do anything. No one cared that my child didnt have food. This is the worst hotel customer care, besides the room was dirty, disgusting, and I will never ever stay with them again. Do not give them a debt card, fraud charges..

  8. My husband and I stayed at your hotel on November 9 thru the 11. I could not believe how unclean your room was. First, there were left over food in the ice box and in the safe, the pillows cases were dirty/stained and had hair stuck in them, there was trash in the drawers and behind the furnitures, and finally, in the bathroom, the toilet looks like it has never been cleaned (proof of this is there was pubic hair and a "hot topic" tag behind the lid), and there was pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. I have never stayed in a hotel before that was so unclean. We did speak to another couple that was staying there also, and they informed as that they had the same problems and also found a crack pipe and makes to use it.

The clerk on duty was Dexter Thomas. First let me tell you that he is an EXCELLENT CLERK/EMPLOYEE. As many problems as we had, he addressed each problem with a smile on his face, and made us feel that we were important to him. Dexter did write down everything that was wrong with the room. If is was not for Dexter and his desire to correct the problems, we would have asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

  9. How can you allow the Econolodge in Newton NJ be listed under your name: Choice Hotels. We recently stayed there because it was advertised as newly renovated, what a joke!! The furniture was falling apart, there was someone else's hair on our sheets, the rug was so badly stained that one could hardly see the pattern on it, the wallpaper was torn from the wall...should I go on?? Doesn't anyone go out from Corporate Headquarters to check these hotels/motels bearing your name to see that they live up to minimum standards?? Apparently not...what a disgrace, and a waste of our money. Will broadcast to everyone I know not to stay at this place...totally disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. Seems like all Econolodge are a joke!! I intended to stay at the one in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT and it was THE WORST experience I have ever had when it comes to staying at a hotel. First of all, people dealing drugs right outside the hotel. Second of all, the room had the fire alarm tampered and it stunk like cigarette (obviously someone or more than one didnt want to be caught smoking). Bed sheets dirty, room smelled like cigarette, fire alarm tampered...just awful!!!!!! awful experience. Then, they didnt want to give me my money back after i told them that there was NO WAY I could have stayed at that hotel. They weren't helpful at all, in fact they were kind of rude to me and my family....what a disappointment!!!!

  10. Get this I am a diamond member with many stays in choice hotels but this Econolodge on Handon Rd Burlington NC takes the cake.
I booked for a week knowing full well that I would be staying longer, at that time my debit card was being charged daily for the room that was ok then I saw the discounts which I thought would help me tremendously, but !!!! they started taking a months room rate out at a time, reason >>> I notified them that I would be staying for 31 days longer, bad mistake, reason was because I was staying longer they charged me the same room rate but a lumpsum was taken out 1 month, before hand.
I feel I am being penalized because I notified them I was staying longer ??????????
there are no advantages being a diamond memmber,I called for the cheapest rate at the choice customer service desk and he gave me $55.00/night I get here and I was given $41.00/night next door At supersix the rate is lower, choice say if you find one cheaper they will match it, all they have to do is look out the window and it is posted on the sign.
Watching undercover boss the choice hotel owner, he needs to get down here and check these hotels out

  11. Quality Inn 33rd st Ocean City Md. We used AAA discount and booked weekend for attending my sons wedding. He had just retruned to Dover AFB from deployment. We were upgraded to a suite. We checked in later around 6 pm but did not go to our room as we had a rehersal dinner to attend. Once we did go to our room around 11 pm We were not too happy. Although we were give the Dow Jones Suite and it should have been pristine, we found it smelly, and dirty. Carpets were not clean, and there was some mold around bathtub. Also hair in sink. We enterd our bedroom and noticed that 3 pillows had already been used. The pillowcases obviously were not starch fresh as the others and you could see eye makeup on one. Trying to reach front desk was futile 3 times. Therefore we checked the sheets and decided they were fresh and put the pillows in the closet. Next morning we left a note for the maid to please bring us fresh pillows and bedding as well as bedding for the pull out since we were going to have my two grandkids that night. and to also give us extra coffee. We left for the wedding around noon. When we retrned back to the hotel at 11 pm, no thing had been done in our room no maid service, no bedding. Called front desk 5 x finally answered and explained. He said he would send up the bedding and fresh pillows. My 2 grandkids wound up on our bed for over 1 hour. I called again no answer so I went down. There the night clerk said he could not figure out what room needed it. He showed me his note that said room 400 somewhere...not 815 where we I told him never mind I will take the sheets bedding and pillows up myself,Which I did.Exhausted and feeling like I checked in to the Sun Tan Motel like a teenager would, I made up the sofa bed, under it was old food! Disgusting. Here we were upgraded to a suite, no mention of our view with Ocean and Bayside and looking upon painters with ass cracks, was our view! Donald Trump would have shut the hotel down! We wanted an elegant experience for ourselves and feel special since we had not been away for years and got a dirty hotel room and filth with used pillowcases and very poor front desk service. There is no room service at this hotel and there is no free continental breakfast as advertised. NEVER AGAIN> We were going to book 2 week stay in July however have decided to book the Clarion as we know their rooms are very clean!

  13. Quality Inn 300 W Bay Savannah Ga 31401,I entered to request rates at front desk for a return visit ...an employee that was standing outside front door when I entered...came in and started arguing with front office clerk telling her you're a bully...if I remember correctly the very same thing happened last year when I was checking rates...We were staying at the Ellis Inn across the street....thought this was maybe more convenient with free parking, etc. I believe this incident was done purposely to discourage our staying there. Thought you might want to address such behavior?

  14. My family and I stayed at the Quality Inn University 1600 Emmet St. N. Charlottesville,VA 22901 on the third floor earlier this month (September) and had a horrible experience. Their elevator was not working and we have two small children and luggage since we live in a different state. Not to mention when we get to the room the door is hard to open and close and the frig door is hard to open and their are not towels in our room. We had to call and request towels to be sent up to our room. When it was the morning of our check out and my husband was loading the car up there was a knock at the door then someone comes into my room without announcing themselves. I explained to the individual that we would be leaving closer to noon. Maybe fifteen to twenty minutes later the same individual knocks on my door and comes in again without announcing themselves again however she did not understand much English and I explained to her again we would be leaving closer to noon. Horrible experience and I would never ever stay there again in life. The stairwell smelled like urine.

  15. We were driving home from South Carolina and booked the Quality Inn in Seymour Indiana. We got stuck in traffic in Louisville Ky and didn't arrive at the hotel until 1230 a.m. As soon as we walked into the side entrance I had a feeling things were not going to be good. The carpet was FILTHY. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. When we walked into our room the first thing that hit us was the awful stench. My daughter went into the bathroom and came out and said the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink wouldn't drain. When we called the front desk the person working the desk said all they could do was give us 15% off the cost. ($96.31) I couldn't believe we were really expected to pay $80 for a room with a toilet that didn't work. The owner was rude and said there was no more he could do for us. Our carpet wasn't clean (white crusty stuff on the carpet) and the tub had hair in it. The breakfast was AWFUL. Green bananas, hard stale bagels and doughnuts. When we talked to the owner he was rude and didn't care at all that our toilet wasn't in working condition. He even said he didn't care if we gave him bad reviews.

  16. The hotel staff on daytona beach on the beach directly at the choice hotels like comofrt inn and others relating to choice htels. Like angie hearns of one and becky of another who are both managers. How come you have staff that cna't answers imple question regarding the hotel and wether you stay there.
Then they shouldn't have the job. What are you angie hearns and Becky of another hotel not doing right to keep your staff articulate and informative.

Geez we are spending money here. The least you can do is train these people to have info that us guest need.

I am very disappointed, disillusioned and discouraged. Please get your acts together. There should be no reason that I should be frustrated. I neverhave a problem with you people. Why start now.

  17. You,all need to be aware of the Customer Service, that goes on at this property! 12/08/2014, I was arriving in Fort Lauderdale, when my phone rang. We were scheduled for a cruise leaving the next day, it was cancelled! This was for my Granddaughters,10 birthday and her little heart was broken. We checked into our hotel and my mind was scrambling, to come up with another plan. You see, I am a Travel Agent, actively still in the business and have been for 30 years. Plan in motion,we head back to the other coast. I had called Central Reservations, and booked at your hotel for 3 nights. About 30 miles away from Tampa. I decided to check the confirmation.I went nuts, when I discovered it was for only one night. I called, they couldn't do anything. I then called the hotel directly, spoke with Alex, and he confirmed the 3 nights. Once I arrived, I almost cried. I was so grateful for a place to stay and the way they welcomed me, was like Family. The GM, Richard Ciavarelli, is old school. Customer Service 5 STARS, he's recently been assigned to your property and you can start to see the changes. He's a wonderful person, and should be recognized for his endeavors to your Company. They bent over backwards to accommodate us in anyway they could. Thank you, Alex, Doug, Joe & Carolyn, for all your help. Directions, Suggestions, and in general, conversation. With the leadership of your present GM, I can't see anything but great things happening at this property. Once again, thanks to all. It was all summed up yesterday morning, when my grandchild said too me. Grandma, I'm glad we didn't go to the Bahamas, I had A GREAT TIME! We arrived as strangers, and Haley and I left, feeling as though we had meet and made new friends. Thank you from the botton of my heart.
    Sincerely,

  18. Do not stay at the Comfort Suites BWI Airport in Baltimore Md. Absolutely no customer service and the facility is junk. I reserved a room online through the Choice website and when I arrived hotel said they didn't have any rooms like I had reserved. I took what they had and checked out after 3 hours due to no hot water, a/c wouldn't work, and rollaway I requested never showed up after agent promised to bring it 2 different time. THIS FACILITY AND PERSONNEL ARE LOW GRADE AND INCOMPETENT.

I can get great service and/or problem resolution at Hampton Inns. Thanks for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CHOICE !!!

  20. AVOID ECONO LODGE LINCOLN ILLINOIS. I had booked a room for two nights and requested and received confirmation of an accessible room as my wife is in a wheel chair and we were coming to Lincoln Il to celebrate her 92nd birthday with the the last two living friends she has there. The room was not accessible and the bathroom was not handicapped. It was only three feet wide floor space and no high toilet. I could not turn her wheel chair around in it. The people there do not comprehend what accessible is and when I asked for a different room with a bigger bath they said there were no such rooms. Tragic mistake and this is the last time I will stay at a Comfort Hotel. You are going downhill fast and it seems that no one cares about the IMAGE Comfort Hotels should strive to protect.

  21. I can't even begin to get a 2 night reservation in order for Savanah Ga in Oct and this is July? Hard to deal with people who have no command of the English language. Your rate structure seems to change at the whim of local Managers. Trying to reach Corp Hqs is like trying to reach the inner-ring at the Pentagon. Mr. Stephen Joyce needs to wake up and take charge of his domain. All the reviews I've read are not very complimentary. Maybe, he needs to do several stints on "Undercover Boss" on TV.

  22. I must say that your web site is the worst of the hotel sites that I have ever used. Today I tried to look at two reservations I had made a few weeks ago and when I went to the "Manage Reservation" page, all it had was a previous stay from over a month ago.I then tried to find where I could enter my reservation number, that was almost impossible to locate. In order to change, modify or cancel a reservation, I had to call your reservation desk and even after doing this and waiting over two hours, I checked back on the "Manage Reservation" page and lo and behold, neither one off my stays was still not listed. I would suggest that your IT dept head be informed of these problem.

    Thank You

  23. We have loyally racked up hotel points for a year. Now that we are trying to use them for a one night stay somewhere on our next two trips, there are no rooms available -UNLESS we choose to pay. Then there are all sorts of options. This is not what we expected for our loyalty. But keep your freaking points, we have CHOICES too. We'll spend our traveling dollars at any hotel that isn't one of yours.

  24. Made a reservation on Oct. 1, 2015 at 1:50pm at comfort Inn in Blue Ridge Ga. Advised the nice lady at the desk we were not going immediately to the room but to Mercier Orchards and it would be about two hours before we actually went to the room. She stated that is fine. At about 4pm, we returned to the motel and as my wife inserted her key card, the cell phone in my pocket rang. It was my adult daughter advising we needed to come to Hiawassee immediately due to a family emergency. The bags were not even set down, we turned around and left the room. I went to the desk to cancel the reservation and the extremely rude desk clerk stated ok but he would have to charge me any way because we had been in the room. We did not even set the bag down but apparently he thought we had been in the room for the last two hours. He doesn't need to be employed in public contact work. He stated I would be charged, I think he said 163.00 total, not sure, I flamed so intensely, I did not hear him clearly. This charge will be disputed on my credit card. I, we, will normally stay at a Comfort Inn 7 to 10 times a year but never again.

  26. I work at the Sleep Inn in Austinburg, Ohio.
Everyone who is working there is either related and/or dating, we are supplied with no gloves, expected to stand on swivel chairs to dust, and quite recently, there was a Facebook comment via my boss saying "One down, one to go" in which she was speaking about a coworker who quit and myself. They also do not change pillows if there is blood on them, and only flip the mattress if someone had peed. We've found many bed bugs and no spraying was done. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

  27. First, I need to say I was on hold for 23 minutes holding for customer complaint and still no answer. I am very DISAPPOINTED, Shame on Choice Privileges using this motel ( hourly motel) in making my reservation I asked if this hotel was like Comforts hotels...Rodeway Inn is a motel NOT a hotel. Second room # 131, the beds are horrible worn out, the rooms are not clean and the towels are filthy ( we had to by towels to use) ... and this was my second room, because the first room #125 was not clean where someone(s) else had been laying in the beds and the smoke detector was beeping. There was so much disturbance from outside we woke up frighten from the noise. In trying to go back to sleep the noise woke us up again at 3:30am so we decided to get dress an leave. For, the cost of this room, false information on reviews given and only 3 hours of sleep I need to get a REFUND. If this is the type of service that can be expect from CHOICE in the future then I need to reconsider NOT using you all in the coming year(s).

  29. Choice needs to get rid of all the Roadeway Inn and Econolodge and focus more on midscale product, experience from one choice hotel to another major problems in consistency. Over-expanded without lot of focusing on certain products only. Sluggish room upgrade programs and lousy free nights offers.

  30. My family recently stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Williamsburg, VA. The rooms reeked with smoke odor. The floors were dirty, couch was old and smelly, sliding doors didnot work properly, toilet paper dispenser was broke. Rooms were not cleaned the 2nd day and we had to go to lobby to obtain clean towels. The rooms were deplorable and after looking at the website for Choice Hotels, it looks like this is the trend for all their hotels. Dirty, stinking and falling apart.

My wife and I do a lot of traveling I am a Choice Privilege Elite GOLD member. First of all let me state the stays I have had have been most pleasant, however your Reservation line is where the break down in your system is. Twice now I have a reservation for one of your hotels and twice when calling to confirm the room and type it has been mixed up. You see my wife and I are smokers and yes we have and still are trying to quit. But we have rights two, when I call and make a quest for a handicap room that is smoking I haven't got that in what I requested, I'm told by your Reservation line that I have it but when I call to confirm it we are placed in a non-smoking and I have to make the changes myself. What's the point in the reservation line if I have to do it myself. You send me survey on my stay at the place I'm staying but never one on the people taking the information. Please do something about this or perhaps Best Western is the choice for me

  33. I see that my comment echoes those that have gone before. Your reservation/Member Services system/organization is a TOTAL shambles. I just spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get a simple cancellation of a two room confirmation number that was supposed to be only one room. Your reservation people apparently have no authority to do ANYTHING. I was passed from agent to agent and then told a supervisor had to be contacted. So I waited thru three more holds for action after the supervisor was involved This is totally unacceptable treatment of a Diamond Member. My guess is you don't even read these comments or someone would have been canned long ago.

  36. I joined your 2 nights gets 1 night free promotion, stayed my 2 nights at the same Rodeway Inn and expected to get the 1 night free. It turns out that the promo gives you 8K points and I would need 12K to stay at that same hotel. So the promo is NOT really a 2 for 1 but a poorly thought out marketing scheme. The only thing 2 nights gets you points for is a lowest level hotel remote from anywhere I would travel. What a way to piss off customers in your own program! Nice thinking marketing.

  37. My family checked into 2 room on March 7th at your Econo Lodge in Phoenix Arizona location. While unpacking our belongings we opened the refrigerator to find cockroaches. We were so grossed out, we went to the front desk to let them know. They acted like it was no big deal. They informed us they were sold out on the bottom floor (I have a broken foot and can't walk up stairs) we would have to stay in our rooms. Plus if the roaches are in one room they are probably in all. We went back to the room which freaked us out and caught one of the roaches. We went back to the front desk to show them we weren't making this up. The one clerk said “here house has them and it's normal.” NO it's not normal!!! They gave us $20.00 off our night stay which was an insult. I sure hope that someone will go through the rooms and fumigate so others don't have to lose sleep like we did!! The neighborhood was very sketchy, and extremely dirty! I would never stay any where around there again.

  38. Well the Orlando Clarion can now be rated TOTALLY WORTHLESS... booked a "package", the site showed kitchenette, etc. AND continental breakfast (now not there) and due to having a one year old this would have been ideal. Got to the hotel - no kitchenette, apparently only certain rooms get plates for the continental breakfast, which the room they put us in does not get it (although paid on the package), never took care of the tickets for Disney - which luckily Disney itself is extremely helpful. NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL STAY AT A CHOICE HOTEL AGAIN - totally inept people, it is a shame that this corporation does not take pride in their product. This used to be an "excellent" name. Did a lot of traveling a few years back and never had an issue - but in looking at all of these review - something changed. No more pride in anything. I will make sure I tell everyone I know how HORRIBLE this chain is now.

  39. Why bother? obviously our stay at a filthy Econo Lodge in Montpelier, Vt. was the same as the above experiences, but at least the employees were mannerly & breakfast was good. The room was filthy & I took Clorox wipes to clean the the tops of everything & THE TOILET!! The wipes were full of rolled black dirt, it was that thick! Checked the sheets carefully & they were thin but OK. Mattress was ancient & back breaking. Choice management obviously does not give a hoot & no they do not answer their phones. We & our friends are frequent travelers & you can be sure a good word will not be spoken for this disgraceful company. Better Business Bureau will be notified. Amazingly, this hole in the wall was more expensive than a Fairfield!

  40. Stayed in an Econo Lodge in Montpelier, Vt. & had to clean the entire room with Clorox wipes which were filled with rolled up Black crud, obviously this dirt was thick & old. The toilet had not even been cleaned. Unlike other letters, the staff was mannerly & the breakfast was good. The sheets were carefully checked since the furniture & bathroom were so filthy, but they were OK, just thin as was the mattress. Corporate does not answer their phone & really needs attitude adjustment!! Better Business Bureau will hopefully handle that.

  42. Horrible stay at the comfort Inn in N.Myrtle Beach, SC. Beautiful tourist place and the hotel was disgusting. I could not believe it!! I was disgusted finding the room
not thoroughly clean. Stains on the comforter, fridge still had leftover food from prior guest, mirror with fingerprints, accent chair was so dirty could not sit down. I felt very disgusted being there.

  43. Dear Choice Hotels:
The Clarion Hotel Shreveport Airport is a very poor representation of the CHOICE Brand. I have stayed at Clarion all over the country and this is the worst to say the least. My grandson rented a room. When he arrived the room was dirty. He asked that the room be cleaned. The maid brought linen and dumped it on the bed. When he asked for a refund. He was refused and threatened by the manager. But that's not all.

They debited his card for another $400.00. Trust me this is not the end. You will hear from our attorney, BBB, Shreveport Police (for electronic theft) and the Attorneys General if necessary. We will blast you on every travel site until this matter is settled. Please feel free to contact me by response to this post.

I tried relentlessly to contact Choice Hotels about the matter, but no response yet. Until I do, you will see this post all day.

  44. Clarion Inn Romulus at the Detroit Airport
I had a wonderful experience Jan. 27 and 28, 2019. The hotel was dealing with a water disaster which made the halls, bar, and restaurant very cold. Employees and guests were wearing hoodies.BUT in spite of it all the staff were wonderful hosts: friendly, very accommodating, helpful, and efficient!! They made my extended stay due to flight concentrations, most pleasant. Every one was great right down to the lady cleaning the hall floors whose name I do not know. Specifically, I must commend Alex and Sandra at the front desk; Sherry in Housekeeping; and Sam who very pleasantly toted my 3 suitcases back and forth to the airport 3 times. I had a brief but good encounter with Brady, the manager. I would hire any one of them!!

  45. While traveling through Minnesota I needed unexpected heart surgery. I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Plymouth Minnesota. I needed to feel safe from Covid-19 while I stayed there for the 8 week recovery period. What a great place to stay! The management is excellent and the staff is too...every one of them. Housekeeping kept our room clean and bright and were very pleasant to visit with. This hotel is quiet and clean and very well managed and was in a great location for us across from the hospital. Thanks
