I bought a new 2011 Sliverado from Hank Graff in Davison.The salesman and sticker in the window said the truck would get 22 miles a gallon.The truck is getting 16 miles a gallon.Have been calling and wrote two letters to the dealership and no response.One of the reason that I bought the truck was for the 22 miles a gallon.For over a year now have been getting the run around.

i bought a 2007 impala in 2007 and the transmision has went out four times in 3 years. don't believe they are doing something right. won't warrenty no more. don't go to dick shirly,chevy in burlington,nc they don't know how to do transmissions.
The transmission not working might have saved your life. My son had a 2008 Impala and he was in an accident and even rolled his car and the air bags didn't deploy. SAFETY = 0

I am having trouble getting help with resolving similar issue. The dealership is not taking responsibility, and the car was sent to get fixed after an electrical issue caught car on fire overhead while driving... after three months of renting cars they returned my car yet sloppy and patch work only. The lights inside continue to malfunction, as well as the charger and radio system. The interior that they fixed is coming undone... and the chevy dealership in Roseville attitude is so careless of the situation. I feel like they should take the 2014 chevy captivia back and allow a trade or something! I feel stuck without direction. To top it off my mom is so sick now from the smoke inhaled.. I was directed to contact chevy headquarters..

I only had my truck for 2 years, and I won't ever buy another anything from them. I had a Cadillac converter problem took it to a gm dealer and they messed my engine up by strewing the bolts in to tight. I have had nothing but bad experiences with chevy/gm. and head quarters don't do shit either I've been calling all types of people. I have a warranty with max car and they won't fix it because they say it's chevy responsibility. next step is to get a lawyer, I'm tired and pissed at the same time.

i purchased a 2011 super crew f150 from palm chevy in ocala fl..the truck was 32000 with 6200 miles...i got one set of keys..still 10 days later i cant get the spare key from them..i get nothing but the run around and lies..dont buy anything from palm chevy. there corporate office sent me to ford,who has nothing to do with palms attitude..buy ford, they treat you right..

I bought a new 2012 Cruze on July 21, 2012. Had to take it in on July 23, 2012 for oil leak on my driveway & garage floor. Car had 30 miles on it. Service dept said oil pan was loose. September 4, 2012 now 244 miles, car was parked in my garage, put key into ignition & car wouldn't start but every light on dashboard lit up. Called OnStar said car needed to be towed to dealership (George Weber, Columbia, IL). Service says it is a communication problem - sounds like a lemon to me. Made my first car payment September 3, it might be my last one!

I bought my 2010 Equinox in Nov 2011. It was a little nosier then my last car but didn’t think much as it was a step up and the dealer told me it was normal. It was first in the shop Dec and was told it had an oil leak in the motor on the passenger side of the motor. They took it apart and repair it. The noise was still there but getting louder and the transmission gear about 35 mph was a little jumpy. I brought it back in. I was told they reprogrammed and updated the systems and it was all good to go. Not so much. I brought it back and then was told since they could not duplicate there was nothing they could do about it. This went on for a while I would bring it in. They would tell me it was fixed or nothing was wrong with it. The last time was two months ago when I brought it in and they said nothing was wrong and they could not duplicate it. I had heard that answer for the last time. I start to record and take pictures of the fuel gauge not filling, the ticking noise and the dash stability ABS lights. I called the GM Corporate 866 790-5700. They are going to get this take care of. I played the recording and it wasn’t even the worst one. They get it to the dealer four days later. I get a small car rental that I put on my credit card. First the dealer calls to tell me the Stability just needed to be tightened and wanted to know about the extended warranty. I didn’t have one. Oh well that might not be good. I asked why? He said that covers the things this wont just lets see what’s wrong first. The next day I am told that the timing chain is bad. That’s the problem I am having. Its going to be ordered and will be fixed the next day. I should have my car back by Friday. I hear nothing till Monday mid morning when its your cars needing new front parts that’s the problem and the timing chain is fixed. I asked how come he didn’t know that the other day when he said it just needed to be tightened. Oh yeah that didn’t work. So I go to pick it up and I bring it home. Keep in mind I live about 15 mins from the dealer. On the way home at the lights its not sounding right. I look at my son and say is it loud to you. He says yeah its shifting loud and making a weird noise. I get home and we get out. I don’t turn it off so we can listen to see if its just because we have not heard it run normal. OH NO! Its not NORMAL ITS JUST NOT FIXED!!!! So the timing chain may have been bad but the engine problem still is not fixed from when we brought it. I call corporate again. I am hung up on twice. So I guess the answer is DON’T BUY CHEVY AND IF YOU DO GET A LAWYER BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED ONE. Looks like I will be calling one if they don’t get my money in full back to me. They can have their car. At this point I just want my money back. This engine has been taken apart twice now and its only got 59xxxx thous miles. I will fight all the way to get my money back. This is wrong and I cant believe GM would stand be hind this. The way I am being treated and the money I spent on a vehicle that is suppose to last my family should mean more to GM then just another dollar in their pocket. I am still paying alot of money for a car I cant drive or trust. I am at a loss other then getting a lawyer and fighting you in the courts and public. If you cant make your mistake right then you will have to face me in the eyes of the world see just what kind of dealer you are.

My 2004 Chevy Tahoe continues to have problems with the fuel gauage. It won't read correctly so I never know if I have enough gas in the tank. 5 years ago this was recalled as it was a problem. Courtesy Chevrolet in San Jose, CA replaced the parts now it has failed yet again and both Courtesy Chevrolet and General Motors will not replace or take care of the problem. NICE!!! Thanks General Motors so glad I bought two Chevy's time to sell some cars.
I just purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu in Sept 2012 and I have since had it in the shop twice. The trunk seems to keep getting water in it every time it rains. I took it in the first time and they had my car for about 2 weeks and I was assured that the problem was fixed, well unfortunately it was not because now it is happening again. I should not be having this many problems with a car that is not even 6 months old. What I want to know is what is your company going to do about this problem. I feel as if I have been deceived, here I am having paid all this money for a new car that is supposed to be dependable and I can't even use part of it for fear it might rain. Not to mention I had expensive things in the back that have now been ruined. I need a resolution to this problem or I will be taking the car back and demanding that I get all of the money I've invested in it back because I should not have to go through this. And we are past the point of just taking it into the shop and having it fixed.
WOW. I don't blame you on how you feel about the problems with your car. I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu that was purchased in May and so far no problems, minor or major. I hope you get it resolved soon. I have a 2005 Colorado, which is a pile of electrical crap. I have taken it to a dealership numerous times to have "electrical system" issues repaired, only to have the same issues resurface shortly after. Not only will I not drop any more money into this junk truck, but I would never buy another GM product again. Why hasn't Chevy recalled and fixed these issues? I currently have two Chevrolets in my driveway, looking forward to the day that it is none.
I bought my 2006 chevy trailblazer in 2006 with about 13,000 miles on it. I've had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. Within a month of purchasing it, I'm driving on the freeway from Ohio to Mississippi and the stripping that holds the windshield in flies off. Couldn't believe this and I only had the vehicle for 3 weeks. I call the dealer and they say ok, bring it in. I explain that I'm out of town so I had to chance it all the way back. Took it in and they replaced the stripping. 4 weeks later, the stripping on the side of the vehicle comes off. Unbelieveable. I take it in to the shop and they so called glue it back on. Needless to say that didn't last very long. Within 6 months of purchase, I have the problem with the gas guage. I fill my tank up, and the gauge doesn't move. Luckily is still covered on the warranty and I only had to pay the deductible to have it fixed. However, the fix didn't last because by 2011 the gas gauge is no longer working again. I fill my tank and the hand does not move off of E. Now my most recent problem, the window rolls up and down whenever it feels like it. Whether the car is running or not, the window either gets stuck or it just rolls on it's on. Now it's stuck half way and won't roll up at all. It's 20 degrees outside, lovely. Is there any other thing that can go wrong with this vehicle. I can assure you that I will never purchase a chevey again in my life, and if I know anyone thinking about it, I will definately tell them my stories. I've even taken the truck to another mechanic, who looked it all over, and even stated that the truck should have never left the lot in the condition that it's in. I am at my wits end with this, and I am in need of speaking to someone immediately to rectify this situation. Bob Riddle, the manager has been saying he hasn't talked to Mr. Peterson, the CEO of Morrow Ford. I am willing to make a deal, if someone would be willing to call me back. I have no problem paying for the part that needs replaced, but they'd take care of the labor, and I'D pick the person and/or persons that I want fixing my truck. I love my truck. I purchased a 2003 Chevy S10 Pickup from a private owner with 84000 miles. He gave it up to expand his family and to purchase a more family oriented vehicle. In the 2 months I owned it I put less than 200 miles on it. It caught fire one evening in front of my house while I was driving it! It burned down to the metal frame! I am thankful my children were not in it! The insurance company determined it as an electrical fire starting at the fuse box! As the bonfire of a truck was burning; my neighbors were watching in horror. One said to me " I can cross Chevy off my list" That was my first and last Chevy in my lifetime! Legacy Chevrolet in Columbus, GA Service Sucks........I brought in my 2012 Silverado that is still under factory warranty. I told the service writer what the problem was (front passenger side sway bar bushing squeaking and bumping noise) and that this issue needed to be fixed as the vehicle was under warranty. I also asked for an oil change and tire rotation as all maintenance on this vehicle has been done at a dealer since its purchase. It is very apparent to me that this dealer does not care about customer service; they are more interested in making a buck. Dealer was more interested in trying to sell me a tire ($220+) to replace one that has a plug in it, than fixing the problem that the vehicle was brought in for. I was told that if the problem wasn’t fixed to bring it back and they would have to adjust my running boards, what the hell does this have to do with the sway bar bushing?.....Nothing. Not interested in bringing it back to this dealer as they charged me over $110 for oil change and tire rotation after a military discount, the other dealer I had been using was about half that price. The service is not that great; they tried to charge me a $99 diagnostic fee to fix the problem when I told them what was wrong. Then I get there to pick my vehicle up and had to wait over half hour for them to find my vehicle. I will not recommend this dealer or service department to anyone.

2007 Monte Carlo and high oil usage. About every 2500 miles my car uses 2 quarts of oil. My low oil light comes on. Chevy knows and has mad it aware to the garages about this defect. I have had my car into garages in FL, IA, IN with this warning light on they made notes and records. Chevy still refuses to fix this problem. The garage it is in Defowes in Lafayette, IN right now. Has several records of this problem, yesterday the adjusters from Chevy looked at my car and told them to do an oil change. My claim # 71-1169660395. The garage ordered the parts after the adjusters told them just to do an oil change they were shocked. They canceled the parts to fix my car and told me about what they said. I have synthetic oil it is better quality then standard oil it has better and longer life. I still get my oil changed at Midas every 3000 miles. I am leaving the GM family because even with extended warranty which I have they refuse to correct this problem. GM has put me through all the bullshit I can handle and I will never recommend a Chevy product to friends. I will tell people what I have been put through. Chevy knows about problems and refuses to fix them. I called John at 866-790-5700 ext 22809, 21321. They can't do the repair. I was also told about an engine that had to be replaced from the same problem.
I just bought a camaro on June 18 2013 and one of the front pieces fell off,. Chevy will not replace it due there stating it is damaged. i had someone else look at it and it is a faulty piece of plastic . I have not even made a care payment yet. and there customer service sucks was treated poorly. would not recommend anyone to buy a chevy. This is my first chevy owned and last one that I will buy .
I bought a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu new. I had previously owned a 2001 Toyota Camry brand new. I loved my Camry and everything worked without problems and then in 2008 I had an automobile accident which totaled the Camry. When replacing my car I decided I would go with an American made car. Big mistake. I should have remained with Toyota. Since I have bought the 2009 Malibu it has had 2 recalls. Now my left turn signal will not cancel and also my right rear door lock has stopped working. Also the Blend door Actuator has gone out. I have research these problems and have read there have been many complaints on these problems especially the door locks and turn signals. These problems should not be happening on a 2009 car and if they do they should be addressed as a recall problem. On my Camry I never had a problem with the door locks or turn signals or any air conditioning problems. Door locks and turn signals should last longer than 4 years and if they don't then I think they should be replaced without a cost. Too many people are having these problems and I think it is a safety hazard thats why I think it should be a recall issue. When your turn signal is on and you don't know it another car could pull out in front of you thinking you are turning. Also the automatic door locks are a must. If you are out and you don't notice the back door did not lock as it was suppose to, it could be a dangerous situation for you. There are carjackings and abductions everyday. We should not have to worry about these things not working. Like I said I had no problems with my Toyota Camry and I would have been driving that car a lot longer if I had not been totaled. My next car will be a Toyota. I'm sad because I do want to support American made products, I just don't want to pay exorbitant prices to have things fixed that should still be working in a 4 year old car.
Wow i really thought chevy was built tuff into i bought an 01 impala. Great car but they have security issues that i think should be recalled for. This security issue causes the car nit to start. Ive been stranded alot because of the security not resetting. I love chevy and always will. As a good customer of chevy i hope they call help all the Americans who are having this issue. Ok here I go! I bought a new 06 trailblazer from Jim Trenary In Troy mo. HUGE MISTAKE!!! I have so many issues with this SUV , First, gas gauge , then the windows, then the ignition switch goes bad, , the blower motor wiring has melted now 2 times and I have had to replace that due to not having any heat or defrosters! the speakers blow , hubs and struts had to be replaced , it's been one thing after another with it! never a break! so many things hs had to replaced so far, !! I wish they would look into the electrical problems that a few of us have been having with 06's!! I have paid dearly for this and even though it's paid off with the bank I will never have it paid until I get rid of it! what a shame I love my Trailblazer and it was my very first new car! please help with the melting wires before it goes up in flames or smoke! anyone else having the issues too ???
I bought a 2014 Equinox , the front valice came off, they stated it was hit. There is a tiny scratch on the bumper, but not on the valice. We had deep snow, so maybe that caused it, The car is 2 weeks old, the dealer did nothing.. They said we hit something.!! Well if we did there would be an impact mark. I was a mechanic for 20 years before for GM, another dealer. So not sure who they think they can scam... I checked it myself, and it was held on by four bolts, all loose, and the rest were missing, including clips. They were not busted but missing. I told them I knew that and they still held to it was hit.... If it was hit the bolts would of stayed on and ripped the rubber they are attached to... They think every one is a fool, and don't know better.. Glad I used to be a mechanic..Moran Chevy, stay away from ..!! My first chevy I ever bought I normally buy fords, and they all lasted, what a mistake,I only bought this because it was a bit cheaper and i'm retired due medical issues. What a mistake.. I called head quarters and got the run around and they said they don't warranty those .... Which is BS...PS: I went outside and took the bolts out, and tighten back down myself, and its fixed... Sad I had to fix it, myself, they wanted 1200.00 to fix it.. I feel bad for anyone who may not know better... Now I see why people hate mechanics and dealers.. I feel for you, I got to see your side of it... I always was nice to my people..always had good morals, I guess these guys don't...!!
I have a 2009 Chevy Equinox and about 4 weeks ago we had to change the battery for the first time. In the manual NO WHERE is there that states that when you change the battery the 4 monitor has to be reset. Well needless to say 4 weeks later and a 10 day extention on my inspection which had expired. We had to take the car to the dealer to reset the monitors. It took them 2 days to reset it which we tried for weeks and we did everything we were told to do by the dealer. So the inspection went from $27.00 to $585.00. I will NEVER buy another Chevy and would recommend this to everyone.
I'm very concern need to speak to corporate now I'm a single mother with 2 kids and I have a Chevy cobalt 2006 from my divorce and it is not safe to drive or anything it has to many recalls I fixed the power steering recall and it's started to acted up and the dealership will not fix it car shuts off by itself power steering comes on and my gears switch and car shakes fuel pump was change I changed all the parts for recall and call is not running good I can't offered a new car nor fix it what can I do I just started my new job I'm stressing out bad every time I'm in my car I'm scared to drive it
I bought a used 08 trialblazzer back inm oct 2013 and its now been in the shop sinces jan 3rd of 2014 4 states away from my home. My first and last chevy. its making a grinding nosie from the transfer case or tranny took it to GM machinic and they put 463 miles on it and smoked in my car now it smells and said they couldnt dupicate the noise of it. had it towed to a tranmission place they put 16 miles on it heard the noise fopund out the the u joints where bad heat shield was lose and rusted and the differental fluid in rear end was bad fixed those went to get it and after driving it for 45 mints noise is still there so here i have been with out a car for 3 months who knows when i will be able to make the trip back to get it again i am a disabl;ed vet and gmc doesnt care i get told it has to go back to gmc machic even thou they say there is nothing wrong with it come on gm get a life and dont buy from healy chevorlet in new york

to all chevy desginers and engineers , I a true chevy truck woman, would you all design a truck simular to the 35 HD with the same color of the truck or black & crome with the turn indicator in the mirror, like the chevy 4200 kodak, but somewhat smaller. the back window to slide up and down like the Toyota Tundra, sunroof , bose entertainment package, stick shift in the floor with jet brakes and the air brakes knobs, a train horn, the interior made with shiny black piano key instead of woodgrain, the crome nerf bar like the Harley-Davidson sport tube fits close to the truck, this truck would sell like HOT CAKES, you'll see. thank you.
I got the same problem corporate doesn't care, dealer doesn't care and the service department basically said fu at koehn chevy in Marinette, and In Oconto. Never again will I buy a piece of shit chevy and the rest of my family said the same thing. Ford that's the way to go
I have a 2007 chevy impala 3.5 engine, and what I have found is that those who have had a 2007 chevy impala after the car reaches over 100K miles the transmission fails. You guys need to investigate that issue and do a recall. Why should consumer be responsible for some default errors that occured. What I research is that dealrs or places that fixes the transmissions dont know why they are failing but as a Chevy corporation, you should be looking into this matter. I have been a Chevy owner all my life and as of 2002 the product has gone south for me. I plan on trading my 2007 Chevy Impala in for a Nissan because I have a 2002 and its running better then the Chevy. So you tell me what can be done about this issue?

TO whom it may concern, corp office if you read these. I work for a school system and needed a new van. My district authorized purchase in NOV. 2014, from arnell auto mall burns harbor, Indiana. Well here it is april of 2015 and still no van. was told maybe may or june, seriously what a bunch of crap. Was told this 2015 chevy express was coming from the same plant as the new Colorado's and the was the reason for the delay. I thought the idea behind making vehicles was to sell them and make money. Have had the money to pay for such vehicle and still been waiting. I need a van to do my job and haul all my tools and been driving around in a stupid pickup for months. Our fleet of vehicles are Fords, and I was going to be the first to get a chevy. Maybe Ford is where we need to spend our money, up to you.
While watching a show online, your commercial came on picturing 3 firemen strippers. Whoever is in charge of your marketing department should really be replaced. The commercial was not only extremely dumb, but it was in such poor taste. The only thing it reinforced in me is that I will NOT be looking at any Chevy dealerships for a new vehicle (which we are in the process of trying to find). Very disappointed in your company.
I bought a 2015 chevy spark with extended warranty to cover the whole car for any kind of damage. When I picked up the car I didn't notice it right away that the front bumper had a small chip in the paint from the car being driven on the highway from one dealership to the other. I take it to the service dept and ask them if they could fix it they refused and wouldn't answer my calls. I only had the car for two days and the drivers rear tail light starts fogging up in the rain so I take it back to the dealership and they replace the tail light when I get home I noticed chevy's service dept chipped the paint right under the tail light. I call the dealership and left a message no one calls back so drive back to the dealership and show them the chip I ask them to fix it they refuse and won't answer any of my calls. A month after I bought the car the stereo starts acting up going through random channels I take it back to the dealership and they replace the stereo. When I get the car back the dash is all scratched around the stereo face plate by chevy's service dept. I called the dealership the next day and they wouldn't answer so I left a message, they never called me back. Another month goes by I drive to the dealership because the car needed serviced again while I was there I told them I wasn't happy about how chevy's service dept was tearing up my car and that the parts should be replaced by them since they ruined the paint and the dash. The car is supposed to be under full warranty. I told them I called and left messages but they never called me back about the problems being fixed. The dealer told me their phones had been down they were having problems with them. I knew then that they were lying to my face and were not going to fix my car. While I was talking to the dealer about my car and the oil is being changed I get the car back and they service man throws my keys at me very rudely, I go to get in my car and there's oil on the inside drivers door and on the steering wheel by now I'm pretty upset. I call chevy corporate this time and told them about my problems I'd been having with chevy's service dept ruining my car and that they needed to replace and fix it since chevy's service dept was the ones that damaged my car. It's been a month now still NO answer back! I will be putting the pictures of the damage done to my new car from chevy service dept on my facebook wall letting the whole entire US know i will NEVER buy from chevy again and that when you pay for full warranty and the dealer tells you the whole car is covered against any damage it's all a lie they stand behind nothing!!!!

they suck ass that's why they don't own up to anything.
chevy suck as a company in general. I'm from Maryland and i had some horrible experiences with chevy. I tried talking it out with the dealer and the dealer manager. Neither one wanted to take responsibility for not fixes my truck. So i figured why not make a complaint with the corporate office. i was told that Chevy is independently owned and calling the corporate office is a waste of time. You are calling them to try to get thing fix and handled in a professional manner and they are just a customer/switch board type of dept. they are only there to listen but they have no pull over anything. i was told that they would give my complaints and concerns to the dealer. the problem with that is that i already made my complaint to the dealers manager so i have already expressed my concerns. Then they didn't want to refund me or eat bill they causes me for not fixing my truck. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY EVER. They are unprofessional and have no common customer service adequate if it wasn't for the recall i wouldn't even let them fix my truck. i wouldn't even trust them to wipe my ass sadly to say.
I can completely agree with you. I live in MD and I have a recall on my truck. On top of that my car wasnt starting dead battery or something. So I had it towed to the dealer and they said they would look at it if I brought it in by 12pm. I had the truck towed to the Chevy dealer in Waldorf where I brought my car. Then they told me that they would try to fit me in and have my car ready by Monday. It is now Monday 11/21 and my car has not even entered the shop. Plus they wont even give me a loaner car or make a suggestion to get a rental car which I find is ridiculous. Poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
HELLO TO ALL WHO READS......I SUPPORT AMERICAN OWNED BUSINESSES, HOWEVER THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME DEALING WITH GM OR ANY OTHER AMERICAN MADE CAR CORPORATION. I AM DEALING WITH A "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" PROGRAM ISSUE THAT INVOLVES MY POWER STEERING. I OWN A 2006 CHEVY IMPALA THAT I LOVE, WITHIN TWO WEEKS I HAVE SPEND OVER $800.00 TO FIX MY POWER STEERING. THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED, AND ACCORDING TO GM THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK UNTIL THIS "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" POWER STEERING ISSUE UPGRADES INTO A RECALL(THIS EXPIRED 12/2015). GM....I KNOW THAT SOMEONE WILL READ THIS...... ALL I WANT IS FOR THE COMPANY TO FIX MY CAR. I JUST HAD A BABY AND I DO NOT WANT TO END UP ON THE LOCAL NEWS BECAUSE OF CAR RAN OFF THE ROAD DUE TO MY POWER STEERING. GM....THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP TOMORROW....
