Tahoe safety features saved our lives.

Rated 5.0 out of 5
November 29, 2023

We were involved in an auto wreck caused by an impaired driver. She was driving at 45-50 MPH, in 30mph zone, weaving in and out of traffic, ran a red light and struck first the right front of our 2020 Tahoe, then she was going to run and hit us head on. Our Tahoe was totaled. All the airbags went off, no glass breakage, and we survived with only minor injuries. We had equipped our Tahoe with several after market features to make the vehicle more comfortable for my 100% disabled US Veteran. Took us years to be able to buy it, and then another 3 to get it set up for him, gone in a blink of a second. It is uncertain if the other driver had insurance, police can’t get in touch with her, and information at the scene was false. So will have to save to see if we can get another. Can’t say enough about the performance of our car, we absolutely believe it saved our lives. Thank you.

I dealt with Shane from Newburgh New York Chevrolet. He was the worst sales person they overcharged me $1000 as I was in the process of filling out paperwork he left the dealership when I did get in touch with him a few days later to let him know the issue he asked what can I do to make it right I said I was looking for a roll-up tonneau cover which is still half the 1000$ so for the past week been trying to get in touch with him to see what was going on and does not return my calls or text messages.

Chevrolet West Chevrolet Knoxville TN Total Disaster

Couldn’t careless after the sale!

I’ve had great experiences with my 3 Chevrolet vehicles over the years. My experience with West Chevrolet in Knoxville TN was a total disaster. They were very happy to sell me a vehicle..Once sold,,very, I repeat very adamant about my happiness and could careless about me..The worst part was they demanded payment to hold the vehicle until financing was secured. The salesman never issued a receipt. He never returned my payment to me and denied to the sales manager that he didn’t give me money..I have purchased 3 Chevrolet vehicles since 1992..I I’m a Christian and have no reason to lie.. Needless to say, I recommend doing absolutely no business with West Chevrolet in Alcoa Tennessee…A liar is a liar and karma is a bi*””h..Do not do business with them. There are more honest businesses to do business I’m quite sure. From a disgruntled customer.

Just had to thank you for the touching Christmas 2023 commercial. Yes, a tear-jerker, but what a powerful message about caring about and loving the elderly. Hope you will make many more beautiful commercials. Christmas blessings to you!

Requirment

Rated 2.0 out of 5
November 28, 2023

I purchased a 2024 Chevrolet I test-drove a 2024 Chevrolet Trax on October 21, 2023, and accepted the vehicle. I was going to pay cash with my trade-in. I was told it could not be sold to me unless I took a lookout with a Loan Company. I wanted the car, so I agreed to the requirement. I did not like the 11% plus interest rate. Since then, I have checked out other rates. 4.7% car loan rate is average. If you want it, take out the loan This is a REQUIREMENT. This may be legal, but it is very poor customer relations. This could also be described as COERCION. I know that GM has loans at .9% Who controls the dealerships?
