  2. Good morning, I have worked with the Corporate Security officer Steve Lucett in the past - I recently reached out to him and he is no longer with the company and I am having trouble finding the new contact and they will not connect me without a name. Any help would be appreciated!

  4. Since Schwab and my account Adviser departed company 45 days ago, I have been unable to meet anyone to consult some issues that we working on, however, I received an appointment date and time, unfortunately that DAY n time, I had a medical visit, which I communicated to this man, it seems he didn't like it, and that has been the end of the conversation. Being an small investor, but a loyal one for 22 years, I'm surprise, I thought higher of Schwab?

  5. I'm pissed about a Schwab employee who shredded all of the original documents I submitted to close out my Mother's account after her death in May, 2018. Nobody fessed up about this being the reason for a long delay - still not closed out - until today. I've been able to probate her will, file all of the required reports, distribute assets that were part of probate process and close it out 2 months ago. My Mother's account at Schwab was a designated beneficiary account to provide efficiency and speed in distribution of the funds in her account. Her beneficiaries have likely lost growth in her account and nobody at Schwab has had the courage to apologize or even admit that you were the cause of the delay until today. Ken Shelin
