Whole Foods Westport CT Disappointing Ongoing Experiences

April 30, 2025

Whole Foods in Westport CT 06880, has gone downhill it is the worst Whole Foods in CT. I am a Prime member and the only store that will deliver to me is The Westport CT store the store # is 4756. I like the Darien CT store and the Greenwich Store also Stamford CT store, but they are all out of my district for delivery even though Darien CT is close. The Westport CT store is dirty & their prepared deli foods are not the same quality as the Greenwich CT store.

What makes me really mad is I will go into the store and they will have a lot of stock of certain items and when I look online the same day it will show no stock for delivery it is infuriating because I have spoken to several supervisors and they told me that the person who is supposed to have it uploaded available online is in the store but they do not know why it isn’t getting done. One supervisor manager will lie and say we have separate stock for online and in store which is not true I spoke to the head manager, and he said that was not true if it is in store, it should be available online. Whole Foods has not fixed the problem, and it has been an ongoing problem for months. I will try and place an order online for delivery as a Prime member and it will show several items out of stock, so I get in my car drive over to the store and they have plenty of stock!

We are getting a Wegmans in Norwalk CT, and I will be shopping there instead of Whole Foods I am fed up with the lack of customer service. This is a company who puts the customer last, and the store has gone downhill since Amazon has taken it over.
