Pizza Hut Facility Outdated

I’d like to know why your company spends so much time on advertising and not enough updating the outdated dilapidated buildings around the country. We are at the one at 1127 Erie Blvd, Rome, NY 13440 and it’s got ripped seats, flys on the windows, rickety furniture, chairs from the ‘80s, the bathroom hand dryer didn’t work, ceiling needs painting, my butt feels the wood under the cushion on the seat, tabletops are worn…..why aren’t you updating these buildings? Have you seen your ratings on Yelp and others? This place has a 2.5. I’d rate it lower because of the dumpy inside. There’s a vacuum in the corner behind a booth in the dining area. I’ll try attaching pictures but why aren’t they updating?

I wanted to order Pizza Hut today because today was the day that I heard to boycott Pizza Hut because Pizza Hut in Israel gave free pizza to the Israeli soldiers Was going to order online but it didn’t give me a pick up time option, only 15 min. needed to take dog to park. I downloaded the app to make things easier, the app doesn’t work period. Thought I would phone the order in on the way. Called when ready to order, the person that answered was so distorted I couldn’t understand anything. She forwarded me to the location. After giving my order the price was $33.00, I told her that my order online was $19.99, she told me that store price is different from online. This was the last time I’ll ever consider calling Pizza Hut. Got my pizza at Little Caesars, that’s another story. Trying to find a good little Italian family pizza place in Mesa, AZ. Done with corporate pizza, it doesn’t get any worse that this!

Bring back the Pizza Hut of 1979 - Time to Rewind

This is more of a strong suggestion than a review. As Pizza Hut has been shoved to the side by gourmet pizzerias and other big names, most of us middle-aged folks often talk about how good Pizza Hut ” used to be “. Americans like to sit in booths, be waited on, and hit the salad bar while they wait for their pizza. Not order at the counter and be forced to eat pizza on a Styrofoam plate with a plastic fork. As an experiment, I ask that you recreate the Pizza Hut atmosphere from 1979 or 1983, whatever, and offer the retro experience. Americans crave this. Your product is good. It’s the atmosphere that’s missed.

Yes, Papa Johns’s or Domino’s might take the delivery crowd but neither will ever have the sit-down atmosphere that Pizza Hut once had, and people miss that. Call it ” Pizza Hut 1979 “, or anything similar, give us the retro look, feel, and vibe and they will come. I promise you. But it would need to be advertised properly.

Hello, I live in Louisiana. I have a friend who lives in El Negrito Honduras. There is a pizza hut only a few miles from her house. I would love to surprise her with a pizza delivery but I’m not sure if it is possible. I would appreciate any information about doing this Thank You
